Abstract: 

Introduction and research purpose: National Library is an Institute of Education (Science), Research and Services. The main mission of the National Library, according to the statute of the organization, includes collection, preservation, organization, dissemination of written and unwritten works as well as the research issues and services. In the present study, according to the practitioners and experts at the National Library, the efforts have been made to achieve the cultural development, while the current status of this organization is the evaluation and provision of a constructive exemplar to achieve the ideal outlook. Research methodology: The present study is applied as a practical research via the surveys, where the most significant tool of the present study is the written and verbal interviews with the practitioners and experts at the National Library. Statistical population: According to Cochran formulation, among thirty senior directors at the National Library, five directors were interviewed directly. Results: In respect to the purposes of the cultural development, initially the data were collected from the directors and experts at the National Library in order to achieve the criteria of the cultural development at the National Library and then the strategic cultural management is applied according to the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Conclusion: The identification of the deficient resources and the exchange and completion of the resources as well as digitalizing the resources are the major measures to achieve the cultural management. Any negligence on the organization, retention, and recruitment of the human resources based on relative selection and subjective preferences would make it difficult and unfeasible to achieve the cultural development.

Abstract: 

Introduction and objective of research: The staffs by increasing their cultural intelligence can take the perception and judgment of the others about themselves into consideration that the present study aims to investigate the relationship between cultural intelligence and perception management of staffs of Faculty of Management & Economics of Islamic Azad University, Science & Research Branch of Tehran. Methodology: The descriptive data was collected based on correlation-survey method. The population of research consists of all staffs of Faculty of Management & Economics of Islamic Azad University, Science & Research Branch of Tehran. The questions about cultural intelligence and perception management were provided as a questionnaire to 31 staffs of Faculty of Management & Economics. Validity of the research was accepted using virtual method and the convergence validity using PLS method. The reliability of research is a composite reliability. The data was analyzed using structural equations and pair least square (PLS) and SPSS software. Findings: The results show that positive and significant relationship between the cultural intelligence of staffs and their perception management. The hypotheses related to the cultural heritage elements, strategy, knowledge, motivation and behavior were tested by perception management variable that the output of software showed the positivity and significance of hypotheses. Conclusion: The organizations considering the capability and abilities of staffs and create an outstanding image of themselves upon interaction to the others by promotion of their cultural intelligence. In this case, they achieve better success in the organization.

Abstract: 

Introduction and Research Aim: Along with the multidimensional development and progress of the societies, new concepts and factors are being introduced into social sciences. One of these concepts is cultural citizenship. Social theorists now emphasize that in today’ s culture and globalization, issues concerning citizens’ cultural rights have the same importance as political, civil, and social rights. The main purpose of the present study is to examine cultural citizenship effect on symbolic cultural fund. Methodology: the present study is practical in aim and correlational (survey-descriptive) in its design. Research population includes all the staff members of the Islamic Azad University of Ilam which consist of 156 individuals. Since the population size was small, all members were considered. Data gathering instrument was a standard questionnaire and LISREL was used to analyze the data. Findings: cultural citizenship has a direct, positive, significant effect on cultural symbolic fund in Islamic Azad University of Ilam. Also, cultural citizenship factors i. e. providing staff members’ cultural right, developing staff members’ social confidence, attention to social groups’ rights, have a significant positive effect on cultural symbolic fund in Islamic Azad University. Results: the results show that having cultural citizenship and observing its factors in the university, cultural symbolic fund will increase, so university principals should pay especial attention to staff members’ cultural needs and cultural citizenship dimensions.

Abstract: 

Background and Objectives: This study aimed to identify the effective factors and components on the ways of promoting the culture of sacrifice and martyrdom. Methods: in the combined method (qualitative and quantitative). The research community consisted of experts in the qualitative part that information of 32 people collected to saturated limit through semi-structured interviews and classified using thematic analysis. In the second part, population, about 500 people, were experts and executives of the culture of sacrifice and martyrdom in Isfahan. 200 people were purposefully selected as the sample size and the questionnaires were distributed. In the qualitative part, interview was the collection tools and in the qualitative phase was researcher-made questionnaire based on qualitative part. Findings: The results showed that the quality of the promoting works of sacrifice and martyrdom culture (89/3 percent) had the highest average of severity of impact among the effective components with 4/3 and realism in manufacturing and attention to products for kids and adolescents and enjoying the art and evolution and creativity in the practices, followed in the ranks. Conclusion: The research indicated that cultural factors had the highest impact in the effectiveness promoting of sacrifice and martyrdom culture with 77percent and 4/07 impact average, both collectively and in comparison with other factors.

Abstract: 

Background: In this dynamic environment of organization, the importance of using appropriate methods for facing with changes is important. One of the best ways to deal with environmental changes, leading to the organization to be agile. The aim of this study was to evaluate the organizational agility in the municipality of Tehran (22 districts) Methodology: This applied research is descriptive-survey. 377-person sample of the population of Tehran Municipality staff (22 districts) with multi-stage sampling (cluster and systematic) were collected. Data collected by using standard questionnaires (organizational agility) analyzed by spss tests such as single-sample t-test and Friedman test and descriptive parameters such as mean and median were analyzed. Finding: Research findings indicate that organizational agility of organizations surveyed is in relatively good and in terms of ranking and prioritizing the importance of organizational agility indicators, merit is the highest priority. Result: It is necessary for managers to identify changes in environment and facing with changes by using proper policy and preparing organization for agile.

Abstract: 

Introduction and Purpose of the Research: One of the issues related to the behavior of stock price is the sudden changes is that it occurs as a crash or jump in stock price and it faces a huge challenge to investing in stocks. Studies have shown that the emergence of such events in the market is rooted in the culture of societies and by classifying culture into two types of secrecy and transparency leap to link stock price crash and jump and to cultural values. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of cultural elements on stock price crash and jump risk. Research Method: For this purpose, through the Hofstede Cultural Element Questionnaire (1980), information about the cultural elements was gathered of the companies accepted in the Tehran Stock Exchange. The present research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of nature, descriptive-survey. Findings: The results of this research showed non effect Power Distance, Individualism versus Collectivism and Masculinity versus Femininity on stock price crash risk and Uncertainty Avoidance is negative and significant effect on stock price crash risk. Also, cultural elements non effect on stock price jump risk. Conclusion: Cultural values are considered as an unknown factor among shareholders, managers and other stakeholders in assessing the Stock Price Crash and Jump Risk.

Abstract: 

Introduction & Research Goals: With plenty of cultural and religious attractions, Rey city has a great potential to develop cultural and religious tourism. Thus, this study aims to investigate the relation between cultural-religious tourism and sustainable development of Rey city. Research Method: Based on its purpose, the research method is applied and based on its implementation, is a descriptive correlation type. The study population consists of cultural and religious tourists of Rey in the first 6 months of the year 2016 which based on informal statistics contains about 8730000 peoples. The sample of study selected based on simple random method with the size of 385 suggested by Cochran formula. The data collecting tool was a researcher made questionnaire based on a 5 step Likert spectrum containing 35 questions which its validity was assured through consulting advisor and consultant and its reliability was obtained through calculating Cronbach's alpha (Alpha=0. 811) Findings: The results of analyzing data confirmed a significant positive correlation between cultural tourism and cultural– social, economic and environmental sustainable development of Rey city. The results also confirmed a significant positive correlation between religious tourism and cultural– social and economic sustainable development of Rey city but there were no sufficient statistical evidences for a significant relationship between religious tourism and environmental sustainable development of Rey city. Conclusion: Capabilities of cultural and religious tourism can be used to ensure the sustainable development of the Rey city.
