Abstract: 

Civic culture as a new concept in the third millennium, are directly affected by social skills of citizens. Thus the aim of this research is to identify the relation between social skills education in Tehran municipality’ s cultural and artistic organization and civic culture. The research method in terms of the purpose is an applied and in terms of its implementation manner, is a survey descriptive one. The statistical population of this research consisted of participants of Tehran municipality’ s cultural and artistic organization social skills courses containing 400 persons in the first six months of the year 1395. The sample was selected randomly in a size of 169 suggested bu Cochran formula. The data collecting tool was 2 questionnairs: a researcher made questionnaire of social skills containing 20 questions and another researcher made questionnaire of civic culture containing 22 questions which their validity approved through consulting experts and their reliability assured by calculating cronbatch’ s alpha. ( the value of alpha was 0. 802 and 0. 816 respectively). The resuls by calculating Spearman’ s rank correlation coefficient confirmed that there is a significant positive correlation between social skills education courses in Tehran municipality’ s cultural and artistic organization and civic culture in the population.

Abstract: 

Introduction: Most scholars of education and psychology consider the first issue of today's man to be released from ignorance and cultural and educational poverty. Obviously, it is not possible to emancipate problems and achieve an acceptable level of progress, with the exception of the idea of cultural management and proper and sustainable development (Fast al-Kalmam 2005, 99). Because without thinking about cultural management and proper education and investment in this field, any attempt to escape from ignorance will be in vain. From the time that mankind came into existence and began its social life, the need for the management, supervision and organization of human societies seemed essential. On the other hand, man as an intrinsically social being, in the light of relationships with others, needs proper management education. As a result, one of the pillars of human social life is the management of education in the management of education, human resources are the most important component of each system's components. In culture and education, the only enduring source is man and his potential. Each mine, no matter how big and valuable it is, will eventually end. The only inexhaustible source is human culture and education. Through the teachings of culture and culture management, the rituals, beliefs, values and attitudes, behaviors, knowledge and social skills are sustained and transmitted from generation to generation (Delshad Tehrani, 1382, 173). Thus what today is the mind? The human being is engaged in the management of education, that is, the study of educational, cultural and managerial approaches. Purpose: The purpose of this research is to identify the components of management education from the perspective of the Quran, in order to provide a model for Iranian education. Method: The research method was exploratory combination. In the qualitative part of the study, the method of analysis of the inductive loading method was used. The field of research in the field of qualities was the book of Quran Majid and the collection of Al-Mizan's commentary books. 145 verses and 133 open source were selected as the sample population. In the quantitative part, factor analysis and modeling of the structural equation were used. The statistical population included all the managers, educators of selected provinces, the clergy, and professors, were university professors working in five clusters in the north, south, east, west and center of the country in 94-96. The size of the statistical society was 310 people, according to the provincial capital staffing report. Sampling method, multistage cluster method and sample size were determined according to Cochran table of 162 people. Results: In the qualitative part of the research, the obtained components consisted of 3 main themes of the 7 themes of the organizer and 18 themes that were based on the 98-item log. To assess the validity of this section, the relative coefficient of content validity was used and to determine the reliability of the Holstein coefficient, and in the small part after the factor analysis, 18 variables (basic themes) of the questionnaire based on the data extracted from 162 questionnaires, the KMO test index was 0. 883 (Greater than 0. 6) (which is indicative of the adequacy of the sampling rate), as well as the sig of the Bartlett test is less than 5%. To assess the validity of the log, the construct validity method and also its reliability were measured using Cronbach's alpha. Conclusion: The results show that the questionnaire items, in total, three factors with total variance explained more than 72. 2% able to measure (management education). This shows the validity of the proper structure of the questions in this area. According to the results, it is clear which of the two items is exactly what each item is. Abstract: 

Introduction and Research Goal: In recent decades, wasteful consumption of modern mass media by children, has sounded the alarm in our country. With respect to limited controllability, escape restrictions and inevitability of the modern media consumption, it seems that the one of the only fundamental solution of this problem is “ teaching optimization of any type of media contents. In this research, with the aim of reaching the possibilities of realizing the consensus comments of experts and executives and increasing the possibility of successful executing of the plan (media education to elementary students) meanwhile, in order to recognize the essentials of children media education, these two groups of informers’ points of views has been examined and compared. Research Method: In this research, the researchers has been tried to explore the essentials of media education, hence, it is exploratory, and because of comparing the executives’ points of views, it is explanatory. In this research, it has been used the Delphi technique. Findings: It has been observed meaningful statistical significance in just two components. This result proves the existing of dominant alignment among the experts’ and executives’ points of views. Results: The consensus among experts’ and executives’ points of views, been proved. So the circumstances are ready for the successful implementation of media literacy in elementary schools.

Abstract: 

Iran due to an old and ancient history as well as the geographical extent, has a wide variety of national symbols but omission of the authorities and the Iranian nation has made not only achieved the little success in the field of national symbols but the neighboring countries have used this neglect and occasionally introduce an Iranian symbol to the world as their own. Therefore, this study while survey of the neighboring countries activities in order to confiscate the Iranian national symbols, try to review and assess the countermeasures to protect these symbols. This study, based on purpose, is an applied research and in terms of data collection is a survey research and in terms of data analysis method is a descriptive-survey research. In terms of how to implement the study is qualitatively and using the analysis of the importance / performance (IPA). Demographic targeting is based on Census of all symbols. Due to limitations, 10 of them (wicket, Pooriya Vali, coffee shop, Lavash Bread, Tar, Windward, Yalda, Hyrcanian Forests, Antelope, and Ferdowsi) have been addressed. Also, the respondent's population in this study is experts related to protection of national symbols that survey conducted in 30 experts using the Delphi method. In order to ranking the importance of each indicator examined the strengths and weaknesses of Iran countermeasures in protection of the disputed symbols using Chi-square test and the Friedman test was used in order to answer questions. According to research results the symbols importance are: Polo 30%; Puriya valy 61%; Coffee-house 60%; Lavash bread 66%; Monochord50%, louver 62%, Yalda 57%, Hirkanian forests 57%; Antelope67%; Ferdowsi 62. 5% which is indicative of their high importance, but on the contrary, the performance of executive agencies in the field of countermeasures to prevent confiscation of symbols is weak and reported as Polo 30%; Puriya valy 31%; Coffee-house 20%; Lavash bread 17%; Monochord 20%, louver 12%, Yalda 14%, Hirkanian forests 14%; Antelope 34%; Ferdowsi 12%. Also, the results from the IP matrix show that experts' Opinions on countermeasures in the fourth quarter (the area of weakness), means the executive agencies, didn’ t meet the expectations of the experts in this case and is below the total average of importance / performance, and some actions are in the third quarter (the field of indifference), means that it doesn’ t matter in protecting of symbol confiscation. Therefore, better action is necessary to adopt appropriate policies to prevent the confiscation of national symbols. The results showed that Iran countermeasures in protection of the disputed symbols aren’ t in a favorable condition and due to the significance of each symbol in national identity, it is necessary to take more effective action. So it can be said that registration of cultural elements in the National Book List and then on the World Heritage List; attention of all relevant organizations to Protecting national symbols as well as taking more serious measures about confronting the confiscation of national symbols can significantly affect the protection of national symbols.

Abstract: 

The results of this study showed that the significance level of Sperman's correlation test was less than 0. 05 and there is a meaningful relationship between the familiarity and enjoyment of foreign culture (cultural invasion) and the trend of Tehran's families to the new networks of Persian-language satellite establishment. Also there is a significant relationship between the weakness of national media performance and the tendency of Tehran families to the new networks of Persian language establishment. Also there is a meaningful relationship between the modality and the tendency of Tehran families to the new networks of Persian-language satellite establishment. So there is a significant relationship between consumerism and the tendency of Tehran families to the new networks established in Persian language satellite language The significance level of Pearson correlation test is less than 0. 05. The researcher measures such as strengthening his own culture and showing its high values to the low levels of society. The advent of voice and video and the protection of family privacy in order to counteract the negative effects of satellite films to deal with satellite damage.

Abstract: 

The quality of work life which is an important factor in promoting organizational performance, itself is influenced by organizational culture elements. Thus, the aim of this research is analyzing the roles and effects of organizational culture elements on quality of work life of Tehran municipality’ s cultural and artistic organization employees. The statistical population of this research consisted of Tehran municipality’ s cultural and artistic organization employees contains 2500 persons in the first six months of the year 1395. The sample was selected randomly in a size of 334 suggested bu Cochran formula. The data collecting tool was 2 questionnairs: a researcher made questionnaire of organizational culture elements(based on robbins theory) containing 60 questions and a standard QWL questionnaire of Walton containing 35 questions which their validity approved through consulting experts and their reliability assured by calculating cronbatch’ s alpha. ( the value of alpha was 0. 817 and 0. 843 respectively)The resuls using ANOVA and multivariate regression confirmed that Robbins elements of organizational culture elemements influence QWL of employees except 2 elements: integration and communication pattern. The results also confirmed that the individual creativity has had the maximum effect and the leadership hsd had minimum effect on QWL of Tehran municipality’ s cultural and artistic organization employees.

Abstract: 

Introduction and Purpose of the Research: This study aimed to investigate the relationship between between administrators' ethical leadership with quality of working life from the perspective of teachers district 10 in Tehran. Research method: Research into methods of data collection is descriptive and correlational. The population included all male and female teachers Region 10 Education in Tehran in 95-94 school year that includes 625 people. According to Morgan table, a sample of 235 people found that all these people responded to the questionnaire. Simple random sampling method is used. To collect the data, quality of life questionnaire Walton (1988) and ethical leadership Emadi oven (1388) is used that Cronbach's alpha was used for the validation of the quality of working life and Cronbach's alpha for 0/921 and 0/879 respectively administrator of ethical leadership has been achieved. In inferential statistics using Pearson correlation coefficient, t-sample and regression to the survey questions have been answered. Findings: The results showed that from the perspective of teachers, administrators ethical leadership style is a little higher than average but the quality of working life is less than average. In addition, teachers' attitudes towards the morality of his administrators' leadership style has significant positive correlation with the quality of their working life. The results of regression analysis also revealed that among the variables entered into regression model, only the variables in the final model remains reliable, the variable in 31/5 percent of the total variability (QWL) is explained. Conclusion: Managers as educational leaders should be able to discover the abilities and talents of employees through proper and continuous planning and encouraging behavior. These leaders can create new ideas, collaborate learning, increase the atmosphere of understanding, enhance the level of professional knowledge, update the science and ultimately the progress of the school by enhancing the quality of work life among teachers.
