The concept of entrepreneurship is rapidly gaining importance and recently women's entrepreneurship has attracted many people around the world. Women through entrepreneurship can show their potentialities, remove the obstacles and improve their abilities. In the developing countries, women are considered as the main hope to improve the status of the family as well as country. Through entrepreneur activities, women not only provide economic profits, but socio-cultural benefits as well. The main object of the present research is to examine the socio-economic developmental affects of women's entrepreneurship. The sample consisted of 150 women chosen from prod using, industrial and servicing companies. The methods used are survey research and documental research, using written questionnaires and fish notes for gathering information. The analysis of information is arranged in four sections, including descriptive section, testing the hypothesis correlation analysis and multivariable regression analysis. For testing the hypothesis Q.S statistical method were used, according which all the hypothesizes were approved. In other words there was a relationship between individual (motives, objectives and human capital) environmental (cultural and socio-economic factors) and network factors and entrepreneurship index. Regression analysis index of entrepreneurship's relation with independent variables indicates that among independent variables, individual-personality factors and network factors and cultural factors have interred the equation and that environmental factors are of the main importance.

Research investigate relation between feminine individuals and auditing. The aim of research is affect of feminine on select of procedures auditing and promotion of auditors and accept of law and standards. for this aim distribute 253 questioner on CPA of Iran. Regression is done. confidence interval was 95 present. conclusion of research are confirmation relation promotion of auditors and feminine. But relation of select procedures and accept of law and standards with feminine auditors not confirm.

In this research, in order to evaluate the performance of Channel 3 Telecasts of IRIB the researchers study the points of view of media experts and youths and addition to studying the situation of media, they divided the duty of this channel into seven axis and express the importance of performance evaluation in organizations and its philosophy in traditional and modern system of this channel as well. They continue by studying two different views one of them belongs to media experts (managers and producing and broadcasting agents at channel 3) and the next belongs to customers that youths are its main part and show ways to improve the telecasts in terms of quality and quantity.

This research aiming to study the effects of exports of cultural products on globalization, initially represents the concept of globalization, the factors affecting it and its consequences, and then states the critical theory on the cultural products. Afterwards, the two types of cultural products are introduced and the relation between the phenomenon of globalization and cultural products and also its relation with the culturizing industry are described. This study is functional in terms of purpose and correlational in terms of implementing method. The results from the investigation indicates that according to the viewpoints of the experts, the components of culture management, culture value, and the structural dimension are ranked from first to third in terms of affecting the phenomenon of globalization. The results also show that there is a significant relation between exports of cultural products and the dimensions of culture structure, culture management and culture value. It was also proved that there is a significant relation between exports of cultural products and the phenomenon of globalization.

This paper is an effort for presenting a suitable model for cultural marketing management (CMM) with cultural development approach (CDA). First, the necessity of cultural engineering and management in the globalization and cultures ruthless competition era emphasized with modern and efficient tools. In this regard CMM introduced as the most efficient device. At the rest of the paper incomplete approaches of cultural organizations about marketing were analyzed. Then it was elaborated that how the marketing concept in cultural organizations developed. Furthermore it was discussed that marketing is the beginning of cultural sovereignty on economics as considered in modern cultural discussions as cultural-shift theory. Thus, nowadays the paradigm of culture economy was changed in to a new paradigm called cultural economy. At the end of the paper CMM was taken synonymous with cultural demands management and different aspects of CMM clarified and a strategic CMM model were presented.

This article aims to study the development of information and communication technology (ICT) and it's social and cultural background in Iran, then analyzes the structural impediments of ICT and finally presents some recommendations to improve the future of planning in this field. Information society is depending on variety of activities which are connected directly with the generating and cycling of information. The different definitions of Information society by Daniel Bel Marin and other theorist being discussed here this article contains four sections: In the first section; the development of information technology and main approaches about Information Society being discussed. Additionally, we have a historical and analytical look at the main issues and events of ICT in the world. In the second sections; we discuss the technology problems of information and communication in the third world, digital gap between North and South, and important criteria of development in Information Society. Third section of the article deals with the background of this concept in Iran and its problems and limits. Finally in the conclusion the author give some recommendations to solve the problems of Information Society through scientific methods.

In this review article, first of all the subject has been explained & then, in order to reply the question that by which model we can investigate & evaluate the rate of attaining vision document target in the field of cultural development first the importance of the cultural development has been pointed out & followed cultural development view points of respective authorities and describing the dimensions of the cultural development. In the conclusion the ways of creation and accomplishment of the cultural development model has been explained.
