Abstract

The commission review and approval of Journal in Islamic Azad University issue publication license of 221 JOURNALS in Various scientific fields. Islamic Azad University, Branches have published hundreds number of those JOURNALS in throughout the country. since the JOURNALS are valuable resources in research process and papers are the most reliable and latest specialized information. This study is intended to provide DATABASE design and creation of these electronic JOURNALS, continuous , easy ,update and without limitation of time and space access to papers full text, Direct contact and cooperation researchers, teachers and students together inside and outside of Islamic Azad university, distance search, subscription instead to ownership ,citation analysis report of JOURNALS, selective dissemination of information (SDI) and current awareness service (CAS) for researchers inside and outside of Islamic Azad University.
