Introduction: The role of media as an influencing instrument in public opinion and culture of communities in promoting goals of cultural diplomacy cannot ignore; thus the aim of this study was to "Identify of the place and role of media in cultural diplomacy".Method: This study was descriptive-survey study. For gathering data questionnaire was designed and filled out by 40 Professor of Science and Research Branch, Islamic Azad University. Reliability of the questionnaire was computed as 0.93 using Cronbach-alpha test.Results: Media has been important role in cultural diplomacy and also in cultural exchange, cultural diffusion and acculturation as indices of cultural diplomacy.Conclusion: Media has been role in explain and promote the cultural values in other countries, in development of international cultural relations and in providing context and background to study the customs and traditions of cultures.

Introduction and objective research: in fact, preserving and enhancing Iranian-Islamic identity; specifically at the era of research or ,this article has been written according to descriptive survey, it is based on components and indicators of Iranian-Islamic identity, a questionnaire with different parts was prepared and a field research has been done to gather the opinion of the sample  population about the variables of ethnic and tribal elements of Iranian identity, religious (Islam, Shiite) and universal.Method: Due to the nature and the topic, the present study can be considered a descriptive-analytic study. This study was conducted by using a questionnaire. At first the validity of the collected data by using the coefficient of Cronbach's alpha has been checked. Then the collected data were classified and analyzed.  Next descriptive statistics was used, the data was collected through charts and tables and it was summarized according to frequency distribution. Inferential statistics has been used to test the hypotheses. This research studied the relation between the components of Iranian - Islamic identity and the components of Iranian-Islamic identity were classified according to the importance and rank by Friedman.Results: The results show that most of the students believe that:• Iranian culture and Islamic culture has been interwoven and the spread of Islam in the world makes them satisfied and content.• There is a gap between Iranian culture and Islamic Shiite culture and to be Shiite is Iranian indicators.•They have a sense of belonging to Iranian-Islamic identity.Conclusion: In order to promote the Iranian-Islamic identity components among the students the following ten axes are recommended:• Preservation And Promotion Integration Between Identity Iranian And Islamic Identity of Iranian people• Emphasis On Islamic, Iranian, Regional, Local, And Ethnic Beliefs• Emphasis Balanced On All Dimension of Iranian Islamic Identity in Universities• Preparation For Educating students who look for real identity in universities.

Introduction and objective research: Question of the cystic and the identity of individuals concerns of human thought have been throughout history. In the era of globalization and the emphasis on national identity and religion is especially important. The purpose of this paper examines the impact of the family's role in preserving national identity and religious and youth in the study population in 1390.Methods: Due to the nature and objectives of the subject article, descriptive study design and causal association- was compared. The study includes youth 25-18 years old, Zone 1 and 5 in Tehran with the technique stratified sampling ratio, sample 71 was selected and utilizes techniques, questionnaires, national and religious identity and the use of statistical methods to analyze correlation and multiple regression path analysis, the results of the questionnaire, were reviewed and discussed with the identity of the individual and family characteristics were related.Results: According to the findings of the test Spearman correlation coefficient, we can say at significance level 0.05 between national and religious identity is confirmed and the correlation coefficient between these two variables 0.4 is also given the findings from path analysis variable can be said of the national commitment is approved by the National Brhvyt parents who have a standard ratio 0.22Bashdvnyz the educational function of religious variables on parents' religious identity was confirmed and this variable has a standard 0.42.Conclusion: Significant direct relationship between national and religious identity of young people there. Function of parental education on religious issues and a significant direct impact on young people's religious identity. Commitment to family and significant direct impact on national issues of national identity is youth. Family's adherence to religious issues and significant direct impact on national identity is youth.

Introduction and Objective: There are some type's forms and features of social heresies and anomalies in any historical period, according to their structural nature.Today, in our society, the concept of heresy has a lot of meanings, one of which is vandalism phenomenon or vandalistic behaviors.The title of this research is “the role of cultural management in dealing with vandalism phenomenon” (the case study of Tehran’s municipality_district 6).The cultural management is very important for any country and we have used civic and cultural specialists’ and managers in dealing with vandalism phenomena and have used the available references for providing theory base and components and cultural indices and behavioral models.Methods: We have used the correlational type method and mensuration type information collection technique in this research.Results: The results show significant relation between cultural management and vandalism, so the designed model was suitable from the cultural planning, cultural organizing, preparation of cultural sources and possibilities, cultural leadership and control, point of view.The results show that the cultural planning with 36 percent role is the most effective component between five components of cultural management.

Introduction and Objective: This research is a non-experimental and applied study. Statistical Universe and Sample of Research:1) In the stage of weighting to the conceptual model of research, the opinions of 289 experts (including designers, producers, economic activists and authorities on seminary and university) viewpoints concerning the evaluation of existing condition of covering management.2) In the stage of prioritizing the values of, the opinions of 44 experts have been studied by researcher-made questionnaire of model design, and Delphi technique was used for determination of priority of values.Parson’s AGIL model is considered as the four dimensions of the research model and then the values of Blanchard and O’Connor are localized with the view to the opinions of experts and positioned as the indices of model.Results:1-Based on the designed model, in this research we can evaluate and improve the activities of covering management in the country.2-The goals set forth based on identification and achievement for covering management in the country, the cultural, political, social and economic components in improvement of covering management have been achieved as far as possible.3-In the present research, was used sorted happiness value with 30.7%, profitability value with 28.2%, identity value with 23.2% and health value with 17.9% are four better values in designing model.

Introduction and Objective: Among effective factors on organization productivity, human resources are of effective and determinant role. Naturally, every organization must make particularly attempt for quality and promotion and optimizing its human resources to obtain its outlook and development goals. According to the importance of productivity in management and variation and importance of women role in productivity, a main goal of this research is to study the situation of women productivity in Agriculture Bank.Methods: This study is application in terms of goal and descriptive-survey in terms of executed method. In this study, statistical population includes all employed women staffs in central offices of Agriculture Bank, the number of which is 384 peoples. Sample size of this study was calculated 195 peoples through Kergeksy and Morgan table that related sample were randomly selected through related population. Study tool of this research is Moghimi (2010) standard questionnaire. Mentioned questionnaire involves in studying productivity in two dimensions in terms of management: human resources and productivity. Justifiability of questionnaire was apparently approved. Assessing questionnaire stability was calculated through Conbach's alpha coefficient after performing preliminary study and verifying variance of questions that this stability score (Cronbach's alpha) was calculated 0.901.Results: According to load factor of each factor and literature of productivity and questionnaire content, obtained factors can be called as follow: first factor: human resources productivity; second factor: productivity is correct in a management views.Conclusions: Obtained results from done research showed that the components of women productivity in Agriculture Bank is assessed in high level in a sample individuals view. But in human resources productivity due to practical average has no significant difference with theoretical average, it can be reasoned that the situation of human resources productivity of employed women in Agriculture Bank is in mediate level.

Research introduction and object: Main objective of the research is to study effectiveness of personnel education courses of Govah agency Co (Iran Khodro Diesel), by Kirkpatrick evaluation model.Research method: This is a survey-descriptive research; statistical community are managers and employees of Govah Co (480 people), it was done in 2011-2012. Classified random sampling was used, 214 were selected through Morgan and Kerjeci's Table.Data collected through researcher developed questionnaire based on Likert's scale, its stability was calculated to be % 0.97 by Cronbach's alpha. Single group and the independent groups' undergone t test.Findings: Findings of the research show that during four stages educational courses of managers and employees of Govah Co, Reaction, learning, behavior, and results were effective according to them, and there is not any meaningful difference between the standpoints of managers and the employees in this regard.

Research introduction and object: Iran is enriched from cultural attractions and it is placed among top 10 countries from cultural potential aspect. When cultural tourism resources are well recognized, it remains the positive effects as protecting and stability of cultural heritage, arts, traditions, and customs of the nations across the society and cultural environment. The hosting area in order to provide these resources should also manage such resources and apply those standards in order to keep their quality. The art of planners and directors of tourism in public and private sections is that by applying proper methods while increasing the positive effect of cultural tourism development to limit their negative effects. The object of the present research is to find the effect of factors as cultural, political, economic, advertisement, sub-construction, management, and education on cultural tourism attraction in the city of Kermanshah.Research methodology: This research is development research from object viewpoint and surveying descriptive from data collection. Statistical population in this research is 118 persons chosen from among personnel of Cultural Heritage and Tourism, Tour and Travel Agencies, personnel of museums and travelers.Findings: Findings in this research showed that presently the share of city of Kermanshah at cultural tourism is not considerable. In this regard, political, advertisement, and cultural factors find the highest level but economic factor in attracting cultural tourism is lowest.Conclusion: Since in many countries, especial attention is paid to macro policy plans and execution of their plans in tourism industry as an effective instrument in continuation political, cultural and economic development, and therefore cultural tourism development shall cause cultural resources organization. It means that we face automatic organization, sampling, and recording of our cultural resources in cultural resource development. Unfortunately, considerable savings has been applied in the budget allocated to it.
