Abstract: 

Background: In this research, the survey of relation between psychological capital and organizational commitment has been discussed. The psychological capital has been used from the findings of the researches “Luthans e tal”. Also in order to study of organizational commitment “three-part model of Allen & Meyer” has been used.Objective: The main purpose of this research is the study of the relationship between components of psychological capital and organizational commitment of personnel in labor and social affairs of East Azerbaijan Province.Methods: This research has been performed by using of questionnaires. For analysis data’s and test the hypothesis of research has been used from Spearman correlation test (SPSS Software). Statistic social in this research was the personnel of labor and social affairs of East Azerbaijan Province and statistical sample consisted of 184 employees.Findings: Spearman correlation test indicated that 95% confidence level, significantly level related to the basic hypothesis and the subsidiary hypothesis of research (except the second subsidiary hypothesis) was smaller than 5% error rate. So alternative-hypothesis is proven in all hypotheses except second subsidiary hypothesis.

Abstract: 

Initially, organizational agility was used for the production and manufacturing organizations, but nowadays, the agility of governmental agencies and services are also been discussed. The speed of technological changes and increasing demands of customers, enforces the banks to enter the competition field in order to attract more and more customers. After all, agility is the new paradigm that can answer to all the customers’ demands and the bank itself.In this article has been attempted to discuss the characteristics of organizational agility in the state-own banks, then with providing a model for measuring organizational agility in Iranian state-own banks, the readiness of Saderat Bank for organizational agility was surveyed. For this purpose, the hexagonal model for the agility in the public sectors provided by the Institution “A.T.Kearney” is used. This model contains the dimensions of organizational change, leadership, culture and values, performance management, customer service and e-government. The method of the research is descriptive-survey method and the instrument was a number of questionnaires. The process of data collection in this study consists of two stages of Delphi method and distribution of questionnaires. For data analysis, qualitative and quantitative data analysis methods were used. After qualitative analysis of data from Delphi method, with descriptive and inferential statistics, quantitative data were analyzed.In the end of the study, found that there are gaps between the current situation and the desire situation of organizational agility in Saderat bank and each of them were rated. However according to the results, it seems Bank Saderat Iran is ready to be an agile organization and the bank can move toward organizational agility.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this paper is to present a model for gas allocation to different sub-sectors in Iran by means of Non-Linear Programming method. Stochastic programming approach is applied to obtain the optimal system configuration meeting the gas demand in different subsectors based on available gas produced. The model considers possible threats would occur in natural gas supply. The solutions provide gas allocation to different sub-sectors at macro level taking the possible threats in to consideration. Research results show the significant percentage share of gas should be assigned to residential-commercial, power plants, industries, natural gas injection, exportation, petrochemical, rich gas injection, transportation and agriculture respectively. The novelty of this work is its ability to quantitate possible threats using stochastic programming approach in order to provide more holistic point of view on energy security factors impacting gas allocation in Iran.

Abstract: 

Knowledge in today’s complicated and variable environment as the source for the strategic restructuring of an organization is not hidden from anyone. Knowledge enables organizations to make faster and more effective than past acquisition of knowledge and to apply, therefore, provides a basis for maintaining a sustainable competitive advantage. The purpose of this study supports the strengthening of organizational culture in knowledge sharing in cement factories (Suafian-Tabriz).This paper is as correlative-descriptive research and is from the applied research. Statistical sampling is all of the employees from office-section in suafian comment factories. For analysis the data, we used Spss and PLS software, in order to get results of conformity factor analysis and partial least square.Hypothesis test results showed that the correlation between organizational culture and knowledge sharing with t=68.87, in a significance level (p=0.05) is significant .The dimensions of organizational culture on knowledge sharing in both dimensions’ adoptability (t=22.71) and mission (3.1=t) are significant. The in fluence of dimensions of organizational culture on organizational culture are significant, that also means from total of eight hypotheses, six hypotheses were confirmed. this results show that organizational culture is as the motivator factor, has direct influence on knowledge sharing.

Abstract: 

This manuscript was based on the research studying the relation between system thinking and creativity among high school principals in Tehran. The questionnaires were administered based on components of both variables. Such demographic variables as their educational degree, major, and working experience were also involved. Statistical population included 482 principals of high schools for girls in Tehran sampled in 172 based on Cochran formula. Sampling was based on clustering method and data analysis process was done through using SPSS in both descriptive and inferential statistics. Pearson correlation was employed to show the probable relations. The results of the study show that there was a significant positive relationship between system thinking (as the main variable) and the principals’ creativity of girls’ high schools in Tehran. There was also a meaningful and positive correlation between the components of system thinking (system approach, holistic, and system performance) and principals’ creativity.

Abstract: 

The aim of this paper is examine the moderating role of organization commitment, organization climate and job satisfaction as organization internal factors on the relationship between organizational citizenship behavior and organization performance, using organ’s model in Tehran general office of physical educations. Organizational citizenship behavior is a useful set of behavior that is not listed in the job description but employees perform it while doing their tasks to help others. The method used in this paper is cross- sectional survey. The required in formation for the research were gathered in two ways: Library and questionnaire. The statistical population of the research are the employees of Tehran general office of physical education (472), from them 147 employees were selected randomly as sample. Spss was used to analyze data and to study the relationship between variables hierarchical regression analyze was used. The results indicate that organization internal factors moderate the relationship between OCB and of, collectively and individually.
