Abstract: 

Today, in most countries of the world, small and medium sized enterprises are playing role of different aspects of social, industrial production and services. In many countries, these enterprises are the main providers of new jobs, the cradle of innovation and leading change and the pioneered new technologies. These enterprises with their significant export play an affective role in economic development of nations. In addition, the intensity by global competition, increasing in confidence and demand for different products, has led to increasing welcome of these enterprises. The research's shows moving toward small and medium sized enterprises, is not only optimum and profitable, but is required in the present conditions in this context. This study has been done aimed to assess the factors affecting SME's export development of food industry in Qazvin province. The study population is small and medium sized enterprises in Qazvin province that are active in the food industries. Research method is Survey and data gathering tool is a questionnaire. The main purpose of these tests is the presence or absence of relationship between dependent and independent variables in the form of research hypothesis.

Abstract: 

Most of authors have emphasized on importance of trust in creation of organizational success. Organizations and companies must know how trust-building acts as a transactional process and what are the effects of policies and activities of organization on the level of customer trust. This is a proved fact that trust- building activities are taken into account as an excellent way for increasing of profit. The purpose of this study is exploring the relationships among service quality, satisfaction, trust and loyalty of customers of transportation companies. All of these variables have significant effect on performance of transportation companies. The data were collected using a designed questionnaire. These questionnaires were distributed among the passengers of transportation terminals. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and structural equation modeling (SEM) were used for testing of hypotheses. All of hypotheses were accepted. This study has useful implications in area of service quality, satisfaction, trust and loyalty of customers.

Abstract: 

The main objective of the organizations is performance improvement and achieving a level of excellence in order to survive, develop, make profit, and meet the needs of society. Therefore, the affective factors play a very important role. Among these effective factors on performance improvement are the two variables of knowledge management and market orientation. Knowledge management is introduced as an approach based on which the organization identifies, create, achieve, and use knowledge for improving and promotion of efficiency in the organization, and market orientation is the organization ability for predicting, reacting, and capitalizing the environmental changes. This is the reason behind the current study researches the effects of two key concepts of market orientation and knowledge management on the institutions' performance. The two field and library-based research methods were used for data collection. Library- based method was used for developing theoretical framework of the study and related literature. A questionnaire was used for obtaining data from the statistical population. The statistical population of the study included small institutions in Mazandaran Province, and non- probability sampling method was used for choosing the samples. The reliability of the questionnaire was approved with high confidence levels by alpha- Cronbach method. Finally the data were analyzed using AMOS, and SPSS software and through Pearson test and designing structural equation modeling. The results indicate that the main hypothesis of the study is approved.

Abstract: 

Today's organizations are largely focused on team structures to carry out their duties more effectively. For developing of the teams in organization that use information technology to communicate between members are in order to meet the dynamics of the environment. Using of these technologies can have different effects on the individual's relationship between groups and organizations. One of the effects of group- level concept as the formation of virtually of teams that are discussed in this study. Accordingly, the main purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of virtually, as a moderator variable on relationship between conflict, trust and cooperation. For this purpose we examined virtually of teams in organizations of Guilan Province Science and Technology Park. The Samples are 261 members of the teams that are randomly selected. To achieve the objectives and evaluate hypotheses, correlation and multiple regression test were used. The results show that virtual amount of conflict on respect, trust and cooperation also differ by effect. Results indicate that the virtually affects the relationship between conflict, trust, and cooperation. And increase the negative relationship between conflict and trust and reduce the positive relationship between trust and cooperation.

Abstract: 

In summary, organizational culture is the model of the common purposes of the organization members. The main reason for doing this Research is lack of Identifying Effective Indicators on Organizational Culture and Organizational Transformation in The Air Defense Camp of Khatam AlAnbiyae (s) AJA, that it creates Organizational Culture in Camp's members and helps Organizational Transformation at there. The research results show that the most effective Indicators for Organizational Culture are: "Common Ideal", "Transformation Oriented Culture" and "Religious Principles", and the most effective Indicators for Organizational Transformation are: "Developmental Supports" and "High Trust". Summary of Statistical Tests in this Research are: the Cronbach's Alpha for Reliability Statistics in Indicators of Organizational Culture is 0.78 and the Cronbach's Alpha for Indicators of Organizational Transformation is 0.88. One of The most important results of this research is: helping to create Positive Perspective to the Air Defense Camp members' abilities and Personalities, and also create Islamic and Ethical Climate between the Air Defense Camp members for developing their Values and Believes for member commitment to Islamic great Values.

Abstract: 

Cash management is one of the main topics of corporate financial management. Liquidity is the company's ability to fulfill short- term obligations. Budget preparation is one of the most important short-term financial forecasting tools for cash management in companies. Cash budget plans input and output cash flows in a period. Using this method the courses the company is faced with surplus cash and the courses in which the company is faced with shortage of these funds and has to supply it are determined. In this study, it has been attempted to while analyzing the causative relationships among the components of incoming and outgoing cash flow, a system dynamic model is proposed for planning organizations' cash funds. Using the proposed model the incoming and outgoing cash flows are predicted and by providing different scenarios to address liquidity shortages, the variable changes of the model and their effect on liquidity of the company are discussed.

Abstract: 

In this era with its fast- growing changes and developments, managers of organizations are compelled to think about the new situation to achieve the success needed for their organization. One of the most important approaches toward empowerment and development of human capital in order to develop the knowledge, skills and practice of personnel is investing in on-the-job training (OJT) courses. This research was done to find out the impact of OJT of Qazvin Provincial Government personnel on their empowerment. This applied descriptive study used a survey to gather its data. Its statistical population of the study was Qazvin Provincial Government personnel that had attended the OJT courses; 92 samples were selected among the personnel using simple stratified sampling method. The results showed that, from the point of view of learners who attended the OJT courses, the courses have been effective on the development of different aspects of empowerment. The results indicated that OJT would increase and promote the empowerment of Qazvin Provincial Government personnel towards their job and organization.

Abstract: 

It has been more than two decades since the first time the term Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) was expressed by Organ and his colleague. Organizational Citizenship Behavior is a cooperation which enhances the performance and refers to the behavior that is useful for the organization but has not been planned by the organization. The purpose of the present research is to study of the relationship between different Personality dimensions of the principals in Payame Noor Universities of Guilan and their Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The research methodology is correlational and causal and is known as an applied research according to its purpose. In this study among the managers and principals of Payame Noor universities of Guilan, 121 people were asked to fill in big five Questionnaire Costa & McCrae and OCB Podsak off Questionnaire. Regression analysis was used for analyzing the data. The results showed that there is a significant relation between Personality and OCB. There is also a significant relationship between the dimensions of extraversion, consciousness & agreeableness with the OCB variable. And the dimension of openness had a negative relation with OCB. The relation of openness and neuroticism dimensions and OCB is not significant.
