The current study aims to explain the factors affecting organizational health (OH) via proposing a desirable conceptual framework for Sama institutions of Islamic Azad University (IAU). The statistical population includes all women teachers who work in Sama institutions, regions 2 and 13. From among them 186 individuals were selected as the statistical sample. The random sampling method, using Morgan Table, was used to select the sample. The present study is of field research type that uses descriptive analysis as well as inferential analysis. Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin test, Kroit Bartlett test, Factor-Analysis test, Varimax Turning Technique, and MANOVA were employed for analyzing the collected data. The researcher-made questionnaire of 0.98 reliability and confirmed validity was used as the research instrument. The eighth factors identified in this study as the effective factors on OH according to their importance are: 1) Service leadership, 2) Optimum distribution of power and communication, 3) Correlation, 4) Innovation, 5) Problem-solving capability, 6) Application of resources, 7) Autonomy, and 8) Morale, Which account for 81 percent of the total variance of organizational health.
