The main purpose of this research is to study the relationship between quality of work life dimensions with related dimension of organizational citizenship behavior individual and organization- among one of the Cement industry employees in Iran. Total number of employees in that period was about 1000 from which 280 subjects were selected randomly. For this purpose, of a statistical population of 1000, 280 were selected randomly. A set of questionnaires consisted of quality of work life (Walton, 1973), and organizational citizenship behaviors (Lee and Allen, 2002) administered in this study. For statistical analysis Pearson's correlation coefficient and Stepwise regression analysis were used. The results indicated that there are significance relationship between healthy and secure workplace, continuous security and opportunities to grow, respect to organizational rules and the whole life space with organizational citizenship behavior toward organization (p£0.01). Moreover, there is significance relationship between social connection in work life and organizational citizenship behavior toward individual (p£0.01). Furthermore, stepwise regression analysis results indicated that, at the first step, respect to organizational rules and in the second step fair and satisfactory payment were able to predict organizational citizenship behaviors related to the organization. In addition, fair and satisfactory payment, social connection in work life, healthy and secure workplace was able to predict organizational citizenship behavior related to individual, respectively. Finally, fair and satisfactory payment was able to predict organizational citizenship behaviors.
