Today, because of rushing a large number of tourists to cities, urban tourism has a significant role in different fields of tourism. Urban increasing development causes urban areas to become major centers of population and activities, services, trades, productions, consumptions, and places to live. Despite the facilities offered by cities, uses of services for tourists have limitations that make them difficult to access. Access is one of the most important characteristics of a good city. Access can be divided into different forms such as access to work, goods and resources, facilities and finally access to information. The present study focused on assessing the tourists’ desirable access to tourism services in Tabriz. In order to assess the dispersion and spatial distribution of urban tourism elements, the marginal utility of urban tourism in the Tabriz has been studied too. The research method was analytical and descriptive. To fulfill the study, ten zones of Tabriz as well as some domestic and foreign tourists were selected. To achieve the marginal utility of each region the AHP and TOPSIS models were used. In order to determine the distribution of land uses in the city, the five-fold model was used which involves average nearest neighbor, K Coefficient, spatial autocorrelation, kernel density, coefficient G. Finally, for determining the accessibility of tourist accommodation Eucliden Distance functions of Spatial Analysis model and Service Area Network Analysis model were used. The results of the analysis indicated that zones 9 and 7 included undesirable access, while zones 6 and 5 had relatively poor access. Th results also showed that zones of 10 and 3 had average availability, while zones 1 and 4 were located in the less desirable access and finally zones 2 and 8 were in the desired position.
