Abstract: 

Background: Nowadays, Public Policy Knowledge has been faced many new approaches including adaptive policy approach, public policy network approach, closed innovation diffusion policy approach & open innovation diffusion policy approach. The ability to choose the right approach between adaptive policy approach, public policy network approach, closed innovation diffusion policy approach & open innovation diffusion policy approach in this condition is very important Objective: Proposing a contingency framework to choose the right approach between Stage process model, policy network approach, policy innovation diffusion and adaptive approach Method: Qualitative Research Method by means of mixed metasynthesis and Delphi technique. Metasynthesis has been conducted by Sandelowski and barroso (2007) technique & Delphi technique has been recurred 4 times in this research. Findings: Three variables including predictability, participatory and innovativeness can define applicability conditions of each approaches including stage, network, innovation diffusion and adaptive Conclusion: The applicability of each approach is not general and each of them has a unique condition.

Abstract: 

Background: Organizational resilience means that organizations survive in crises, tolerate well and improve their performance. Purpose: This study aims to identify the indexes and components of organizational resilience in private sport clubs. Methodology: The research community includes scientific and executive experts in the field of sport management who were familiar with the topics related to private sport clubs. To collecting samples by snow ball sampling method. Semi-structured interview is used for collecting data. Thus in this qualitative study, theme analysis method is used, the components and indexes of organizational resilience were identified by analyzing the data resulted from the interview texts with 17 scientific and executive experts. Results: According to the results, organizational resilience component includes three indexes of situational awareness, key vulnerability management, adaptability with 15 primary codes; barriers to resilience includes 16 primary codes, resilience facilitator component includes 5 indexes and 17 primary codes, and finally resilience strategy component includes 5 indexes with 17 primary codes. Conclusion: For developing organizational resilience in sport clubs through policy making and setting proper structures and providing satisfactory environments and contexts, organizational resilience bases in sport clubs are identified and performed.

Abstract: 

In the course of sports general policy-making, the presence of parallel institutions as well as multiple sources of decision-making to deal with different diminutions of sports including professional and public sports has resulted in waste of the country's material and spiritual resources as well as forces and talents. Therefore, assuming the problem in the Iranian sports policy-making and focusing on the multiple sources of decision-making, the present paper is seeking to concentrate on the biggest problem of decision-making procedure of the country’ s sport’ s system in national, regional and international levels as well as the present conflict in the conceptual system which affects the constriction of sports policy. Abstract: 

Background: The emergence of management styles based on world literature, goals, performance and effectiveness of human resources has undergone many changes. Management is a very important factor in the management of organizational behavior in the organization due to the role it plays in individual and group effectiveness. Objective: Types of management are specific ways of making decisions in matters under control. Different forms of management can change depending on factors such as community culture, the task expected of the job, differences in the workforce, and the personality and abilities of leaders. Methods: The research method is qualitative analysis method (content analysis) and descriptive-analytical research projects with applied nature have been collected based on library research. One of the innovations of this research was looking at the management aspect in Shahnameh. Findings: In the study process, it was shown that role-playing management style, successful management style, patriarchal or exploitative / authoritarian management style, supportive and participatory management style, contingent management and motivation styles and situational management style in Shahnameh are very It was more evident than other styles. Conclusion: Ferdowsi has used the concepts of control culture, organizational design, motivation, decision making according to time and place.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to identify and rank the factors affecting the knowledge sharing behavior of ABFA IT staff in Khuzestan province using fuzzy hierarchical analysis technique. The research was based on purpose, applied and based on data collection, field research and semi-exploratory. The information society staff of Abfa company in Khuzestan province was selected for the purpose of identifying and prioritizing 12 people in fuzzy Delphi phase and hierarchical fuzzy analysis process. The research questionnaire was adjusted after reviewing the literature in the form of 22 identified dimensions. The three-stage fuzzy Delphi phase was reduced to 22 dimensions to 11 dimensions. In the process of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process 11 dimensions and 72 sub-indices (sub dimension) of weights were identified and ranked. The results showed that among the dimensions of staff training (weight 0. 121), technology (weight 0. 115), leadership and management style (weight 0. 108), personality traits (weight 0. 102), communication (weight 0. 945). 0), Motivational Factors (Weight 0. 041), Demographic Factors (Weight 0. 087), Inter-Member Confidence (Weight 0844), Senior Staff Support (Weight 0. 083), Social Capital (Weight 0. 099) And the company's reward system (weight 0. 09595) is ranked one to eleven, respectively, due to its higher weight.

Abstract: 

Introduction & Objective: Organizational health is an important management structure that provides favorable environments for people to work and on the other hand, every organization has a duty to fight corruption to improve administrative health. Therefore, this study investigates the effect of administrative health promotion policy on organizational health of East Azarbaijan Technical and Vocational University. Method: The present study is a descriptive correlational research that has been conducted by survey method. The statistical population of this study is 520 faculty members and non-faculty staff of East Azarbaijan Technical and Vocational University. 221 people were selected as a statistical sample by simple sampling method and using two standard organizational health questionnaires OHI Miles Data and questionnaire of office health promotion policy have been collected. The required information has been collected. For data analysis, structural equation modeling using PLS method using Smart-PLS software has been used. Results: According to the value of t, the relationship between the components and the relevant variable is significant at the level of 99% (0. 000). Examination of the factor loads of the model shows that the factor load of the components on the research variables is higher than 0. 7 and the level is possible.

Abstract: 

Background: Today, the selection of elite teacher in accordance with specific criteria and a thoughtful administrative process, But over the last few years there has been a lot of criticism. An important issue in the evaluation of teachers who have been neglected, Pay attention to the teachers themselves as people who have unique characteristics. One of the most important of these is personal excellence. Objective: the present study aims to pathology of Personal excellence of teachers as a model in selecting elite teachers. Methods: the present study is qualitative and dependent on the phenomenological method. For this purpose semi-structured interviews were conducted with 19 professors of educational sciences, managers and deputies with experience and success in Khorasan Razavi province, who were selected as criterion-oriented and informants. Data were analyzed based on a seven-step Colaizzi strategy. Findings: Personal excellence is a phenomenon that can be considered in choosing the elite teacher. In order to promote teachers' personal excellence, obstacles, consequences and facilitators were identified. Interviewees also referred to the role of the school administrator in promoting Personal Teacher Excellence. Conclusion: Personal excellence is a good role model in choosing elite teacher Therefore, it was necessary to remove its barriers and to facilitate its facilitators.

Abstract: 

Background: Population growth, especially in developing countries and increasing life expectancy and life expectancy, has caused the phenomenon of aging societies and one of the issues that affect the lives of the elderly is exercise, which playsan important rolein the physicaland mentalhealth of the elderly has it. Objective: The purposeof this study is to identify factors affecting the elder’ s sports in Iran and classificationthem in terms of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and environmental threats, as well as providing practical strategiesfor thedevelopmentof elder’ s sportsin Iran. Methods: The present research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of how to collect information of mixed type(qualitative and quantitative). The statistical population of this study includes experts related to elder’ s sports in Iran. Among these people, 20 people were selected as a research sample in the qualitative section. The sampling method is non-random. Data collection toolsarequestionnaires and interviews with experts. For statistical analysis, Delphi technique andSWOTanalysis matrix were used. Findings: The findings show that with the formation of theSWOTmatrix, 40practical strategies for the development of elder’ s sports in Iran were presented. Finally, amongthe strategiespresented, 10strategies were selected as thebest strategies by experts. Conclusion: According to the results thelocation of the elder’ s sports in Iran in the internal andexternal square matrix located in defensivebox.
