Abstract: 

Background and Aim: Increasing rate of crime and inefficiency of punishment methods have led to a growing tendency to use scientific findings in crime prevention and the realization of preventive goals requires organizational change with jihadist determination; Therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of presenting a model of organizational change in disciplinary crime prevention with a jihadist approach. Method: The present study is applied in terms of purpose and mixed (qualitative-quantitative) in terms of the nature of the data. The research population in the qualitative section included police elites in the field of crime prevention. By purposive sampling method and based on the principle of theoretical saturation, 14 people were selected as a sample and semi-structured interviews were conducted with them. In the quantitative section, the statistical population consisted of 139 commanders and experts, of whom 102 were randomly selected by stratified sampling and a researcher-made questionnaire was distributed among them. EMOS software was also used to analyze the data. Results: The findings indicate that the final model of change includes 116 indicators, 19 components and 5 dimensions of organic organizational structure and change in technology, organizational culture, human resources and crime prevention goals. Conclusion: Considering that each of the identified dimensions plays a significant role in prevention programs, in order for disciplinary crime prevention measures to be effective, it is necessary to carry out a transformation in a jihadist action in all identified dimensions.

Abstract: 

Background and Aim: Communication is the basis of all areas of life, including educational activities; Thus, there is a complex interrelationship between communication and education. Therefore, having command skills of armed forces commanders can play a significant role in improving training. The purpose of this study is to design a model of communication skills of line commanders for effective interaction with trained soldiers. Methodology: This research is applied in terms of purpose and qualitative in terms of implementation method. The statistical population of the study consisted of line commanders and managers of NAJA public training centers and soldiers of these centers and purposefully, a sample of 17 people were interviewed with semi-structured interviews. The data are designed using thematic analysis technique, review and research model. The reliability of the research is confirmed by the method of intra-subject agreement (83. 25% agreement) and the validity of the research can be defended at all stages. Results: The study showed that the model of communication skills of line commanders, 12 capabilities of "respect and dignity of people, appearance, personality, experience, expertise, emotional intelligence, time, justice, support, appreciation, understanding individual differences and considering the circumstances of each Includes "position". Conclusion: Commanders' abilities, in four dimensions of "attitude, traits, behaviors and requirements", form the model of communication skills of commanders in the ranks of NAJA public training centers. These dimensions can be the basis of human resource planning for the selection and training of line commanders.

Abstract: 

Background and Aim: Improving the detection capacity and reducing the time from occurrence to discovery is one of the strategic priorities of the police. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify the challenges of police management of theft investigation in the police command of Hamadan province. Methodology: The present study is applied in terms of purpose using two methods: qualitative (two-stage Delphi) and quantitative (descriptive-survey). The participants of the qualitative section included 15 experts of disciplinary management and managers of the intelligence police of Hamadan province who were selected by purposive judgment via stratified sampling method. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity was calculated and confirmed by content validity and its reliability by Cronbach's alpha. To analyze the data, Kolmogorov-Smirnov tests, one-sample t-test, Friedman test and multivariate regression used. Results: The challenges of police management of theft detection were classified into two levels: internal challenges in the two areas of preliminary stages and performing basic actions and external organizational challenges in the preliminary stages, performing basic actions and the final stage. Conclusion: Internal organizational challenges have an important role in challenging the police management of Hamedan province in the pursuit of theft and crime detection; therefore, it is necessary that the heads and managers of the Awareness Police of Hamadan Province prioritize the reform of the internal challenges of the disciplinary management.

Abstract: 

Background and Aim: Optimal and efficient management of society needs an organized management that can legally manage various affairs in the geographical space in a way that in addition to legitimacy, security, satisfaction and comprehensive participation of citizens. One of these efficient management models that the leader of the revolution has emphasized in preparing the vision document is jihadi management; therefore, in this study, an attempt has been made to identify the components of sustainable national security in the vision document and to analyze the effects of jihadi management on it. Method: The present research is applied in terms of purpose which has utilized a mixed method research (qualitative-quantitative). First, the most important indicators of jihadi management based on malnutrition research (2007) were extracted and in order to identify and extract indicators related to national security, the vision document was provided to twenty managers and elites, then the results were validated and approved by five experts. At the end of the researcher-made questionnaire, the reliability of which was 0. 764, it was given to 50 managers and experts in a targeted manner, and the results were analyzed using linear and multiple regression statistical tests. Results: The findings indicate that the components of national security in the vision document include thirteen components in the internal dimension and eleven components in the external dimension. Individual indicators of jihadi management were identified and analyzed in six cases and management indicators in five cases. Also, the standardized beta coefficient shows that the self-sacrifice index with a coefficient of 1. 080 has the greatest impact on the components of national security in the internal dimension and the index of unity in speech and behavior with a coefficient of 1. 050 has the greatest impact on the performance of the external dimension components of national security. Conclusion: Based on the obtained findings, it can be argued that jihadi management is a good option to achieve the ideals set out in the vision document and ensure sustainable national security.

Abstract: 

Background and Aim: Police stations, as front line of Iranian Police, have a very key role in reducing conflicts and increasing safety and public trust; Therefore, in order to improve the quality of service of police stations in this study seeks to provide a framework for evaluating the performance of police stations in line with the transformation plan of police stations and checkpoints based on the opinions of customers. Method: This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of the type of research in which a survey method has been used to collect data. The statistical population of the study is all participants who have filed a case as plaintiffs from September 2019 to September 2020 in three police stations in Isfahan. Using the Cochran's formula, 120 people were randomly selected as the statistical sample. Data reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha test (0. 879). Data were analyzed using factor analysis and linear and multivariate regression analysis using SPSS software. Results: Factor analysis of the questionnaire led to the identification of 4 factors of "efficiency and good behavior"; "Manpower discipline"; "Adherence to the law" and "quality of equipment and environment", which explain 28. 87, 15. 89, 14. 25 and 11. 25 percent of the variance of police stations, respectively. In total, the designed questionnaire can explain more than 70% of the citizens' satisfaction with the performance of police stations, which makes it a desirable evaluation framework. Conclusion: Considering that one of the most important goals of the transformation plan of police stations is to increase citizens' satisfaction with the quality of services, in order to achieve this, it is necessary for police stations to be evaluated based on the framework identified in this study.

Abstract: 

Background and Aim: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of commanders 'emotional display strategies on reducing job boredom of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari police officers as the main assets of the organization due to the importance of commanders' and staff relations in the hierarchical structure. Method: The research was conducted using a survey method and a questionnaire. The statistical population included all employees of the Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province police command, 327 of whom were selected as a sample using the Cochran's formula. In order to collect information, standard questionnaires of emotional strategies of Dindorf managers (2005) with a reliability coefficient of 0. 75 and Maslash occupational boredom questionnaire (1985) with a reliability coefficient of 0. 84 were used. Pearson and linear regression tests were also used to analyze the data. Results: The findings showed that there is an inverse relationship between the two variables of managers' emotional display strategies and job boredom, employees' emotional fatigue and employees' metamorphosis. Also, a positive and significant relationship was observed between emotional display strategies and personal performance of employees. The study of regression of independent variable components showed that deep, real and superficial strategies in total are able to predict 26. 4% of employee job boredom, respectively. Conclusion: Considering that the emergence of emotional display strategies, especially the deep and real display of managers, can reduce employee job boredom; Also, with the increase of deep and real emotional strategies of managers, the amount of employee metamorphosis decreases; It is suggested that command staff pay special attention to emotional display variables to reduce job boredom.

Abstract: 

Background and Aim: From the Islamic point of view, the most valuable asset of a society and organization is manpower; In such a way that the Qur'an introduces man with attributes such as divine successors, chosen creatures and conquerors of all beings. Therefore, the present study seeks to explain the pattern of perfected human capital from the perspective of the Holy Quran. Method: The present study is applied in terms of purpose via using a content analysis technique. First, by exploratory study, the dimensions of perfect human capital from the perspective of the Qur'an were identified and the categories of each dimension were identified. Then, by referring to the text of the Quran, verses related to each of the dimensions and categories were identified and analyzed, and also the frequency of verses related to each index was reported. Results: The results showed that human capital from the perspective of the Qur'an has two dimensions of individual and organizational, 14 categories and 36 indicators; these results were the result of examining all verses of the Qur'an and extracting 88688 related verses from 89 suras. Conclusion: Perfect human capital from the perspective of the Qur'an reflects the innate characteristics of human beings and is strengthened by communication, efforts and education and causes deepening of spirituality, companionship with others, transformation and increasing productivity in the organization.
