Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to investigate the necessity of observing ethical and legal issues in the field of research and testing on animals within the framework of scientific laws and Islamic regulations. The use of animals in biology, medicine and laboratory sciences has been common throughout human life. Today, a large part of life science research is done on living organisms, especially animals. Doing most of these scientific experiments on animals is associated with pain and suffering, and many of these experiments cause premature death of animals. This has provoked reactions around the world in defense of animal rights and the protection of endangered species. This article is a systematic review that based on information gathered from Internet and research sources, examines the existing laws and regulations on the rights and ethical aspects of the use of laboratory animals. The results of this study show that along with the increase in the use of animals in the laboratories of educational centers and with the advancement of new technologies, the intensity of ethical debates about animal life in schools and universities has increased and the need to continue animal life has been questioned. Nevertheless, the success of animal rights advocates is small.

Abstract: 

Childhood is one of the most important stages of human life, the impact of which is quite tangible and definite in other stages of human life. Literature, especially poetry, is especially influenced by this period of human life in the contemporary era. One of the manifestations of human life in childhood is play. Basically, the child is involved in games and his mental and physical development depends on these games. One of the reflections of children's literature in Persian poetry is the mention of childhood games. Mentioning children's games has been effective in creating a sense of nostalgia for adults and attracting children to learn and teach as much as possible. Basically, using this technique has a tremendous effect on education. Therefore, this descriptive-analytical research with a library method tries to study children's poetry and analyze the reflection of play elements in them. By reviewing the selected poems, the poet welcomes this technique in teaching and instrumentation in learning.

Abstract: 

Human have various dimensions that for flourish and sublime, of this dimensions and talent need to be educated. The cultivation of virtue, yet one of the most difficult things and do the important goals and sublime of human societies. Moral instruction, interaction in order to achieve moral action good oriented (Bagheri, 1389, 1390). The current study aims to delivery instructional design model for moral instruction, using a systematic review of research, exploratory succession design was performed for delivery model (Nieveen, et al., 2006., van den Akker, et al., 2006). The review of literature, was used to introduce a conceptual and procedural model. The finding of this research in the field of model delivery, recognition theory, concepts and factors in moral instruction and classify them, delivery concept map and delivery instructional design model for moral instruction. Instructional design model for moral instruction at development (including data collection, analysis of audience, determine the dimension of the program, instructional design, production, implementation, evaluation and revision) have a systematic approach and in instructional design have a constructive Critical approach (including preparation, action, explain, criticize, motivation, repetition action).

Abstract: 

The present study aimed to investigate the current and desired situation professional competencies of teachers. The present study was applied in terms of purpose and in terms of data collection type survey research method. All teachers in Qazvin province in the academic year of 2019-2020 were the statistical population of this study. The sample consisted of 618 participants who were selected by cluster sampling method. To collect the data, a researcher-made scale of professional competency of teachers with 55 items and 10 components were used. The validity of the scale was confirmed by Lavashe method (1975) and And its reliability was calculated by Cronbach's alpha method of 0. 97. Data analysis was done in descriptive section of mean, standard deviation and in inferential part of Wilcoxon nonparametric test using SPSS-25. The results showed that between the current and the desired status of professional competencies of teachers in the dimensions of knowledge, professional ethics, classroom management, effective teaching, creativity and innovation, cooperation and interaction, assessment of learning, research, information technology and professional development, there is a significant difference and gap. This difference in the components of professional ethics, cooperation and interaction, and assessment of learning more than other components. The results of this study indicate the necessity of empowering teachers to reduce the difference between existing and desirable status in professional competencies and can provide a platform for planning to improve the existing level of professional qualifications of teachers.

Abstract: 

In the field of education, the vacuum of a charter of professional ethics is felt that is local and appropriate to the needs of the system and the Islamic Revolution, and the purpose of this study is to identify and present this model based on the statement of the second step of the revolution. In this research, using the method of collecting information in a library and using the advantages of the Foundation's data theorizing strategy in the field of information analysis, the statement of the second step of the Supreme Leader's revolution is examined and all categories, concepts and following The concepts of the values of professional ethics in the field of education are enumerated based on this statement and are classified as a charter. In the statement of the second step of the revolution, 22 basic values and 21 practical values were summarized in 5 categories of individual, social, professional education, training centers, education centers. According to the ultimate goals of the statement, observance of these requirements and values of professional ethics will lead to self-improvement in the first place, to socialization in the second degree, and to civilization in the third degree.

Abstract: 

The principles of professional ethics and commitment to this important concept play a key role in any organization. Ethical principles play an important role, especially in educational systems. In some countries, educational systems have rules for teachers called "Principles of Teacher Professional Ethics. " Believing in the principles of professional ethics has developed in many countries today. The purpose of this study was to review the principles and examples of professional ethics among teachers and education. The method of the present study was descriptive and review. Accordingly, by examining internal and external databases including learners, treasure, SID, Noormags, Scopes, Science Direct, ProQuest, Google Scholar, and Google with the keywords ethics, teacher professional ethics, ethics-oriented education, ethics in teacher training, teacher ethics / morality, ethics / morality in education, professional ethics were examined. Google data retrieval techniques, such as AND, OR, file type and "" operators, were used as the search strategy. Out of 137 articles extracted, finally 27 articles were studied. As a result of these studies, the nature of the teaching profession, collective ethics in the teaching profession, the basics of moral and personality education, the characteristics of ethical education, linking ethics to courses, professional ethics issues in education, normative tools and necessary regulations Teacher professional cognition were presented. It can be concluded that success in the professional activity of a teacher requires the observance of principles, strategies and standards of professional ethics.
