The principles of professional ethics and commitment to this important concept play a key role in any organization. Ethical principles play an important role, especially in educational systems. In some countries, educational systems have rules for teachers called "Principles of Teacher Professional Ethics. " Believing in the principles of professional ethics has developed in many countries today. The purpose of this study was to review the principles and examples of professional ethics among teachers and education. The method of the present study was descriptive and review. Accordingly, by examining internal and external databases including learners, treasure, SID, Noormags, Scopes, Science Direct, ProQuest, Google Scholar, and Google with the keywords ethics, teacher professional ethics, ethics-oriented education, ethics in teacher training, teacher ethics / morality, ethics / morality in education, professional ethics were examined. Google data retrieval techniques, such as AND, OR, file type and "" operators, were used as the search strategy. Out of 137 articles extracted, finally 27 articles were studied. As a result of these studies, the nature of the teaching profession, collective ethics in the teaching profession, the basics of moral and personality education, the characteristics of ethical education, linking ethics to courses, professional ethics issues in education, normative tools and necessary regulations Teacher professional cognition were presented. It can be concluded that success in the professional activity of a teacher requires the observance of principles, strategies and standards of professional ethics.
