Abstract: 

Background: Nowadays organizational creativity and employee happiness have a special place in organizational change, and as a major asset in human resources, it is a tool for developing the business environment, providing quality services and ultimately improving organizational performance. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between organizational creativity and happiness with organizational performance of the Road and Transportation Staff. Method: The research applied in terms of purpose and method was descriptive, correlational one. The statistical population consisted of all staff members of the Road and Transportation (N= 160). The statistical sample was 113 participants that determined by the Krejci and Morgan formula and selected by stratified random sampling according to gender. Data were gathered by using three standard questionnaires: organizational creativity, happiness and organizational performance questionnaires. Their reliability was calculated to 0. 74, 0. 73 and 0. 75 respectively by the use of Cronbach Alpha. Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics including were used to analyze the data. Findings: The results indicated that there is a positive and significant correlation between organizational creativity and happiness with the organizational performance. Also, the contribution of each dimension of organizational creativity and happiness is different in predicting organizational performance of employees. Conclusion: Considering the relationship between organizational creativity and happiness with organizational performance, managers of the Road and Transportation Bureau, by adopting appropriate policies, support, enhance and develop the creativity and happiness of employees as an important part of their programs, so that they can function through them. Improve the organization of the staff.

Abstract: 

Background and Objective: Human beings have different abilities. One of these abilities is creativity. Problem solving and creativity are at the highest level of human cognitive activity and are considered to be the most valuable culprits and educational goals. Creativity is one of the most important factors that affects educational adaptation and means unifying all human activities. Undoubtedly, the main goal of educational institutions is to create problem-solving ability and creativity in students. The purpose of this study was to explain the relationship between creativity and educational adaptability of students by mediating academic motivation. Research method: In order to reach the goal of research, 542 students were selected from which 268 non-respondents and 274 boys were enrolled in high schools in Rabat Karim in the academic year of 97-96. Sampling method was selected in a multi-stage random cluster sampling. Participants included 268 girls and 274 boys, questionnaires, Abedi's creativity (1993), and Baccocrillac's academic compatibility (1989), Valerand et al. (1992). The research method was descriptive-correlational and analytical of structural equation type. In order to analyze the data, structural equation modeling using Amos software was used. Conclusion: The findings of this study showed that the structural model of the relationship between creativity and academic adjustment with the mediation of academic motivation was fitted with the collected data. Direct effect of creativity on educational adjustment was significant. In the indirect effect of creativity and academic motivation and its dimensions, creativity with a positive correlation was significant. Also, the relationship between internal motivation and impulsivity with academic adjustment was significant, but the relationship between external educational motivation and academic adjustment was non-significant. The relation between non-inductive and non-inductive was significant.

Abstract: 

Background University as A Social Institution Is Responsible for The Development of Talents, Creativity, And the More Ability of Academic Staff, And Setting the Stage for The Embodiment of Each Individual's Agency in Society. Purpose The purpose of this study was to reflection the experiences of academic stakeholders (faculty members) as creative agent, missing elements if creative cycle in the higher education system of Iran. Method This research was designed in the interpretivism paradigm and qualitative approach using phenomenological method. The data collection tool was a deep, unstructured interview. Participants included 19 faculty members from Tehran Comprehensive Universities who were selected purposefully and using selective strategies with maximum diversity. The data were analyzed using unstructured deep interviews and the data were analyzed using a seven-stage Colaizzi’ s strategy. Findings Analysis of interview data to create a main category of faculty creativity and two sub-categories that included "organizational and individual" factors. In organizational factors, what causes mental activity and lack of creativity; issues related to laws and infrastructures, organizational structure, organizational culture, and inefficient management, are in the domain of individual factors, mood, motivation, active mind, and knowledge and expertise. Conclusion The results of this study emphasize the underlying issues of neglecting the role of agency and position of the individual in the structure of higher education in Iran, which leads to the lack of creativity and prosperity of talents. The advent of creativity requires the existence of several interconnected factors such as decentralization, academic independence, change cultural politics in such a way that cultural, ethnic and gender diversity are considered as cultural capital.

Abstract: 

Background It is perhaps difficult to believe that recognizing the needs of each society can form the main lines and policies of policy makers at the national and commercial levels. But the trend of structural changes in the production and supply of products and services in the world has complicated the type of consumer behavior that has changed the lifestyle and culture of societies. And in every age people lived in a private lifestyle. Purpose In this article, we have tried to design a new model in Iranian lifestyle by passing the concept of lifestyle and models of Western and Iranian cultures. Method This research is in the context of qualitative research, which is carried out using a foundation-based approach to data theory. The population of this study was 17 selected university professors who participated in the profound interview as the main contributors to the study. . Findings Based on the Grounded Theory, at the theoretical coding stage, 900 data were identified and encoded using Max-Q Da software, and then, in the axial coding step, 62 concepts were categorized and selected in the coding step In four main categories, the final model was designed using software. And then, this model is modeled on 62 indicators in three Persian, Azary, and Arabic languages through the data panel. Conclusion The obtained model shows four categories of factors in the formation of lifestyle: environmental factors, individual factors, human factors and attitudes and values, and these factors have different values in different ethnicities and are more than models The previous one is more comprehensive.

Abstract: 

Purpose The purpose of this study is to the effect of authentic leadership on the creativity of employees: with regard to the mediating of role knowledge sharing behavior and use of information technology. Method This research is in terms of the purpose of applied research and in terms of the nature and method of the descriptive research is a type of correlation. The population of this research N= 90 number of Employees of Isfahan insurance company Branch Staff. With Tables set a sample volume the Morgan and Krejcie of n = 73 which were selected by Simple random sampling. To collect the data, researcher-made questionnaires were used based on standard questionnaires of experts. Reliability of questionnaires were confirmed by Cronbach's alpha test. Then these data were analyzed using spss24 software. In the first stage, which is a descriptive analysis, the aggregated data were presented as a table of descriptive statistics and frequency, and bar and circular charts. In the next step, in order to test the hypotheses, Pearson correlation test and structural equation model were used using Smart PLS2 software. Results The results confirm the direct relationship between authentic leadership and creativity (main hypothesis), as well as the role of mediation of the variable of knowledge sharing behavior in this relation (sub hypothesis 1) were confirmed, but, the moderating role of information technology (sub hypothesis 2) was not approved. Conclusion Based on research findings, the Behavioral Pattern of Leadership as the root of all modern leadership styles, and the most comprehensive and applicable leadership theory, can solve many of the problems of organizations and positive outcomes, including creativity and The desire to share knowledge in the workplace And managers and authorities of organizations must strive to strengthen the characteristics of this behavioral pattern in order to benefit from it.

Abstract: 

Background Rhizomatic approach as one of the effective methods for creativity development can be considered as an appropriate method in teaching science. Purpose The purpose of this research was to develop the educational model of rhizomatological thinking and its effect on creativity development of elementary school students in experimental science. Method The research was carried out using quasi-experimental method. The statistical society of all male students was the 6th grade elementary school in the city of Sahneh during the academic year of 1397-98. In order to select an appropriate sample, two classes of Scenic City classes with appropriate educational facilities, expert teachers and high grade students were selected as samples. A 30-member class was assigned to the test group and a 30-member class to the control group. The research tool was Torrance Creativity Questionnaire. Conclusion The findings of the covariance analysis showed that the developed pattern of rhizomatous thinking increases the creativity of students in the experimental sciences.

Abstract: 

هدف: پژوهش حاضر سعی دارد به طراحی فرآیند جمع سپاری ایده پردازی و جذب ایده های مردمی و سوژه های نو از مخاطبان به برنامه سازان و تولیدکنندگان صداوسیما یعنی اتصال مخاطبان ایده پرداز به مجاری نیازمند ایده های خلاقانه در تولید بپردازد. روش: برای انجام پژوهش از روش تئوری سازی داده بنیاد به عنوان یکی از رویکردهای محوری در پژوهش کیفی بهره گرفته شده است. به این منظور با کارشناسان و صاحب نظران حوزه های جمع سپاری، فیلمنامه نویسی، خلاقیت و ایده پردازی در سطوح دانشگاهی و سازمان صداوسیما که به روش نمونه گیری نظری انتخاب شده بودند، مصاحبه شد و مصاحبه ها تا حصول فرآیند اشباع نظری در مصاحبه بیستم ادامه یافت. طی فرآیند نمونه گیری متن مصاحبه ها در سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی حاصل شدند. یافته ها: یافته های این پژوهش در مقوله های امکان سنجی و تعیین حدود جمع سپاری ایده پردازی، فرآیند نگارش خلاقانه فیلمنامه، نحوه جذب و انگیزش مخاطبان در استمرار همکاری، نحوه ارزیابی، دسته بندی و عرضه ایده ها، چگونگی جمع سپاری فرآیند ایده پردازی و جایگاه ایده های مردمی در ساختار رسمی دسته بندی شده و مدل عملیاتی تحقیق را تشکیل دادند. نتیجه گیری: این مدل علاوه بر بهبود کیفیت تولیدات نمایشی، می تواند موجب بهینه سازی فرآیند ایده پردازی برای استفاده از ظرفیت مخاطبان، افزایش انگیزش و رضایت کارکنان داخلی سازمان شود و زمینه ای فراهم آورد تا مخاطب خود را جزئی از سازمان به حساب آورده و توجه خود و گروه های اجتماعی وابسته به خود را به تولیدات رسانه ای این سازمان معطوف کند.

Abstract: 

Aim The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of using Ideality pillar of TRIZ on the performance of the design of architecture students. Method A semi-experimental research is carried out in the form of pre-test and post-test design with a control group. The statistical population includes the architecture students of Najafabad University. The research sample consists of 24 students in the control group and 23 students in the experiment group. The control groups’ design process has no training or new method but the teacher of the experimental group leads the students to use TRIZ Ideality pillar during their design. At the end of the semester, the design of all students was evaluated by using a performance assessment method by three teachers. a covariance test was used to analyze the data. Results The results showed that teaching and using Ideality enhances the design performance of students. Conclusion According to the findings, the use of creativity techniques, especially the theory of the TRIZ that encourages both convergent and divergent thinking, is essential in the design process of architecture. Thus, teaching TRIZ is recommended throughout the student's period of study.

Abstract: 

Purpose The main goal of this research is to validation of creative deviance model at the National Iranian Oil Company. In such companies, it seems that creative deviance is the only factor that can lead to creativity and this is less empirically investigated. Method This research is descriptive and correlation. In order to collect data, a questionnaire with 84 items was used. For distribution, first, stratified sampling and then available sampling was used in the seven main managements of the National Iranian Oil Company consisted of almost 452 personnel. After collecting data, we the model and tested the hypotheses through the PLS algorithm. Finding Fit indices in different section indicate that model reliability is desirable and all assumptions are approved. Results The causal conditions of creative deviance (organizational and managerial component) have a positive and significant effect on the formation of structural pressure and creative deviance can be one of the significant strategies for this structural pressure. The individual’ s personality characteristics and the idea characteristics (context conditions) and management, organizational and individuals’ biographical conditions (intervening conditions) also identified as the factors affecting the development of creative deviance. Finally, these behaviors have a positive and significant effect on creating positive and negative consequences on individual and organizational levels.
