Tall building such approaches is the world's Metropolitan cities that a result of population growth, shortages and high prices of land and urban landscape development problems has increased. Therefore, the location of the buildings in the urban spaces of great importance enjoys. This research tries to the factors affecting of locate tall buildings in urban environments using multi-criteria decision-making methods introduced and to identify suitable zones for the establishment of the buildings in the region 9 Mashhad Municipality action. This study based on results in a useful model for Network Analysis Process (ANP) and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), so that the data-information and research through a questionnaire were collected 25 expert. The results showed that in ANP method is adaptation and land prices measures with ratio of 0.143 in the first place and service per capita and population density in the second place. While in the AHP method is fault distance by a factor of 0.255 in the first and slope of the land with coefficient in the second place. After the collection of zoning map, suitable areas for tall buildings in the region, 439 to 449 hectares, respectively, in the space between the ANP and AHP method is quite appropriate. Ultimately, from the eight of tall building under construction in the area, ANP method according to any of the zones have not been perfect, while the AHP method two tall buildings of Armitage and Mania were completely appropriate.
