Abstract: 

To explain service compensation at the senior management level, in addition to the points of compensation systems, other considerations must be considered that can have profound and significant effects on the performance of the organization. The aim of this study was to design a conceptual model for determining the salaries and benefits of senior managers in the country's insurance industry. The statistical population of this study consists of senior managers, experts and specialists in insurance industry. The research is mix method, qualitative and quantitative. To design the initial model, background study, interview with experts and Delphi method were used. At this stage, sampling was done in a theoretical way with using snowball technique. 16 interviews were conducted with experts and managers of the insurance industry. Confirmatory factor analysis was used to analyze the quantitative data and test the model. The sample size with using the Cocharan relation was 168. Data collection tools in this study include interview and questionnaire that after confirming the validity, its reliability was calculated to be 93%. Finally, the model for determining the salaries and benefits of senior managers in Iran was introduced.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to determine and prioritize organizational factors affecting the professional development of faculty members. The research method is exploratory in terms of purpose of data collection and in terms of data collection. In the qualitative section, 34 internal and external researches were identified and evaluated using cross-sectional method to determine the organizational factors influencing professional development. Then, to determine the importance of these factors in the quantitative section, the viewpoints of faculty members and heads of departments of Shahid Bahonar University of Kerman were used (N = 650). Sample size in this section was determined using Cochran formula of 242 persons. Based on cross-sectional results, 15 factors influencing the professional development of faculty members were identified and their importance was emphasized by faculty members and heads of departments. These components were categorized by nature into five categories: organizational structure, technology, organization, organizational resources, and strategy,organizational resources ranked highest and technology factor ranked lower than other factors. It seems that the 15 components extracted in this study can play a significant role in the professional development of faculty member.

Abstract: 

Performance appraisal is the process by which employees' work is formally reviewed at regular intervals. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the performance of managers of SEPAH BANK and merged banks and institutions in terms of mergers and to predict their performance in terms of mergers. For this purpose, the combined research method of the classification model was found to be suitable for discovering the research model and examining research hypotheses.

Abstract: 

Valuing the balance between the perspectives of environmental integrity, economic well-being and social equality has led to the creation of a new paradigm called sustainable human resource management, which is an important concept in the field of organizational and social studies. Accordingly, in order to better understand this concept, the purpose of this study was to test the effectiveness model of sustainable human resource management incentives. The present study was applied in terms of purpose and based on the method of descriptive work. The statistical population of this research includes two sections of the staff of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance and experts. Data collection tool was two questionnaires,The first questionnaire was for structural-interpretive modeling method. The second questionnaire was used to validate the model developed in the study population, which was evaluated based on various indicators, their validity and reliability. The results of structural-interpretive modeling show that organizational support and supervision are the basis of sustainable human resource management incentives that have directly and indirectly affected other incentives. Also, the validation results of the developed model indicate the appropriateness of the model in the statistical population.

Abstract: 

One of the most important management issues is the effectiveness of managers' performance. According to the latest research, effective managers have certain personality traits that affect their performance. In this regard, the present study was conducted to explain the impact of effective personality traits on the performance of crisis managers (Case study: southeastern provinces). The present study was descriptive in terms of purpose and applied in terms of results and its statistical population consisted of all members of the Crisis Management Headquarters of the southeastern provinces of the country (Sistan and Baluchestan, Hormozgan, Kerman, South Khorasan and Yazd) whose number in 1398 was approximately Was over 100 people,Formed. Among them, using Morgan and Krejcie sampling table, a sample of 80 members of the crisis management staff was selected by stratified random sampling. Data collection was done in two parts: qualitative and quantitative. In the qualitative part, the method of collecting written information and in the quantitative part, after designing and validating the instrument, the five-factor questionnaire (NEO) was used. The results of the analysis of the research data, while confirming the model of personality traits affecting the proper performance of crisis managers in the southeastern provinces of the country,Showed that there is a significant difference between the personality traits of crisis managers (p <0. 05), among which the highest rank is compatibility and then psychoanalysis. According to the obtained result, it is suggested to pay attention to their personality traits when selecting crisis managers.

Abstract: 

The main purpose of this study was to identify the factors affecting Women's Social Entrepreneurship In order to empower marginalized women in Zahedan. In identifying and prioritizing the factors affecting Women's Social Entrepreneurship, articles published in scientific journals were analyzed by meta-synthesis method. The statistical population of the research in the field study section includes all women living on the outskirts of Zahedan. The statistical sample of the study includes 380 people who were selected by available sampling method from the study population. In this research, descriptive and inferential statistics have been used to review and analyze the data. In the research results, 3 dimensions and 46 components affecting Women's Social Entrepreneurship was identified which includes behavioral, environmental and organizational factors. The results also showed that these factors have a significant impact on entrepreneurship development. Finally, some suggestions for improving the status of identified factors in the study population are presented.

Abstract: 

In today's competitive environment, the survival and growth of organizations depends on adaptation to change. In such a situation, accounting information systems can play an important role in the performance and optimal performance of managers and organizations by providing useful information. Accordingly, the present study was conducted to investigate the effect of using accounting information systems on management performance efficiency and survey method. The statistical sample of the present study consisted of 40 managers of Ansar Bank branches in Sistan and Baluchestan province in 1398 who were selected by census method. The required data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity was measured by content validity and its reliability was assessed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The results showed that the use of accounting information systems as well as its components (reliability, integrity, intelligent design, ease of use and access speed) have a direct and significant effect on management performance and thus the main hypothesis and subhypotheses of the research were confirmed.

Abstract: 

Financing higher education is one of the main concerns of science and technology policy makers. Due to the increasing limitations of the public budget of the government, it is necessary to use new methods of financing in this area. The main purpose of this article is to design a model for calculating the price of university services. The approach of the present study was qualitative and its strategy was the theme analysis method. The method of data collection is through semi-structured interviews. The research population is experts in various fields of higher education. The sampling method is purposeful and theoretical and the number of participants in the present study is equal to 30 people. For validity, the methods of pluralism and peer feedback have been used, and for reliability, the method of reliability between two coders has been used. The results led to the presentation of a model that shows that in order to calculate the cost of university services, in addition to the financial dimension, which is only concerned with student education activities and is calculated based on the per capita student model, another dimension of university services It should also be considered as a brand and identity that oversees research and technology, social and international activities. This dimension includes components such as international status and prestige, national status and prestige, and the position of the university in the higher education system.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of intelligence on entrepreneurship profile emphasizing on Gardner’, s Multiple Intelligence Theory. The statistical population consisted of all 300 students in Art Faculty of Sistan and Baluchestan University and 169 students were selected as research sample by systematic method using Morgan table. This is an applied research. Gardner’, s Multiple Intelligences and entrepreneurial characteristics questionnaires were used to collect data. Cronbach's alpha test was applied to determine the reliability of the questionnaires. The reliability of both questionnaires was greatly confirmed by the coefficients of 0. 956 and 0. 958 for multiple intelligence and entrepreneurship profile questionnaires, respectively. In order to confirm the research model, Structural Equation Modeling was used,research data were analyzed using AMOS 20 and SPSS 20. The results showed that intelligence had positive effect on entrepreneurship profile. Also, all types of Gardner’, s intelligences had positive effect on entrepreneurship profiles of research sample.

Abstract: 

In knowledge-based countries, many governments support innovative educational activities aimed at increasing the power of future national competition, and educational policies and, in the end, schools, in order to innovate and play their efficient role, require the transformation of all aspects and factors of internal organization and outsourcing. The purpose of this research is to design an open innovation innovation model in educational system. Accordingly, the researchers have done a thorough and in-depth review of the subject using the Meta-synthesis method and combined the findings of relevant qualitative research. Therefore, Hence, 197 published researches of internal databases and publications (Noor specialized journals database, University Jihad Scientific Information Center database and comprehensive humanities portal) and foreign (Science Direct, Google Scholar and EBSCO) in the field of open innovation during 1975-2019 evaluation and at the end of 95 studies were selected and relevant dimensions and codes were extracted and the importance and priority of each were determined using Shannon entropy. According to the results of the research, the categories of facilitating factors, internal culture, internal structure, curriculum innovation and macro policies were ranked one to five, respectively. In the end, after the research steps, the model of the establishment of open innovation in education was designed in a systematic way (input, change and output) and the importance of open innovation for the educational sector was demonstrated.

Abstract: 

Nowadays Organizations are seen as open systems, if they avoid learning and change, will face organizational inertia and ultimately organizational inefficiency over time. The purpose of this research is to analysis the role of organizational indifference on organizational inertia. The present research is purposeful, applied and field survey. The statistical population of this study is all official staff of khorasan University of Medical Sciences. The sample was selected by simple random sampling method, according to the Morgan table and number of indicators in structural equations. The research data were collected through a questionnaire. Structural equation modeling and SPSS and Amos software were used to analyze them. The results show that organizational indifference has a positive and significant relationship with organizational inertia. It was also revealed that four components of organizational indifference (indifference to the manager, organization, colleague, client, and work) also have a significant effect on the organizational inference of the employees.: Considering the destructive results of organizational inertia in the long run, managers need to pay attention to factors such as the indifference of the organization and prevent its formation at the university.
