Objectives: Approaching to the capacities and capabilities of Islamic culture and sciences in the contemporary era and enjoying them well for civilization-building and more complete adaptation to the global new movements have necessitated provision of contexts and thinking in new knowledge of the Islamic Human Sciences.Method: Description and analysis of the problem based on the realities of Humanities and Islamic Human Sciences and comparison of supporting and opposing comments about Islamicizationof sciences. Results: The process of Islamicizationof sciences, in spite of its minor differences with the localization of knowledge, requires accurate understanding and cognition of requirements and challenges and avoiding monopolistic views in resolving them. Despite the lack of acceptance by some experts and scholars in terms of theoretical foundations and operational methods, the approach resulted from this process implies the existence of some sort of teleological unity and significant relationship between the Islamic areas of knowledge. If the preceded attitudes and mentalities among the Islamic scholars about this issue are revised, the extent of compatibility and incompatibility of these areas of knowledge with the scientific achievements of the West can be measured and a new insight of epistemology can be opened to reality-seekers.Conclusion: In fact, the process of Islamicizationof sciences-if it is done in the right path and considering the separation between different statements of a science and monopolistic views among the scholars and experts of that sciences- will bear important results such as constructive interaction of science and religion, development of interdisciplinary studies, provision of efficient and value-creating cognitive patterns based on divine worldview, establishment of a harmony with growth and development of other sciences, promotion of coordinated systems in applied fields of Islamic society, reduction of cognitive gaps, and generation of new research necessities.

Objectives: The present article intends to provide a comprehensive record of the quantity and quality of the letters in the Sacred Defense Theatre and compliance with the criteria of Sacred Defense Theatre theses by the arbitration in scientific journals. Method: This paper is placed in the area of library studies, Plans to use form of judgment Journal of Fine Arts for the pathology of activities and research works in higher education institutions in their artistic research.Results: Data collection is through referring to libraries and dramatic arts colleges in the country including government, nonprofit and Azad. As a spontaneous movement of the theater universities in the country after the end of the war, students who were concerned about the Revolution and Holy Defense decided to choice their college thesis in the field of theater in the area of related topics (Holy Defense).A total of just less than one third of the total theses, evaluation report is acceptable.Conclusion: Due to recurring themes, obviously, predictable and non-specific problem, is the discontinuity between the host system (policy), and research (academic class).In other words, cultural policy makers adopted as theses, not involved and the Group approving the theses, the academics, do not know the policy system problems. Obviously, only the host system (policy) could be responsible for monitoring and its relationship with academic class.

Objectives: The subject of religious experience is a fundamental subject for religious thinkers as well as those people who develop religious studies as an academic discipline. The purpose of this paper is to investigate religious education based on religious experience approach. Method: According to Franken’s deductive methodology, objectives and principle of religious education have been investigated.Results: Research findings revealed that religious education based on religious experience emphasizes mainly on emotional aspect through religious rituals and ceremonies. The accomplished criticism indicates that religious experience approach pays attention to the priority of religious sentiments and affections over cognition in forming faith and as a result it pays attention to religious education, therefore, they believe that understanding is secondary while in Islam understanding is superior to sentiments and affections.Conclusion: The author of the present article concludes religious education based on religious experience conformed to Islamic education is done with regard to three cognitive, affective, and volitional principles.

Objectives: This article intends to answer to this central question: what is the logic of attaining the fundamental principles of Islamic Humanities? Hence, explaining the process and the quality of attaining the fundamental principles of Islamic Humanities is the aim of this article. Method: For data collection, library research method is adopted and for surveying the information, the meta-analysis and philosophical analysis is employed.Results: The results of the research indicate that provided by the central problem and the aim of this article, the quality and the process of attaining the fundamental principles of Islamic Humanities is going to be studied, then the premises (Al-Mabadi) and based on this process, the fundamental principles (Al-Mabani) will be dealt with. The first step in the process of accurate semantics of the fundamental principles. Hence, producing a conceptual and semantic delimitation between premises and fundamental principles as well as presenting a clear definition of the fundamental principles, it will be described that it is not possible to explain the fundamental principles without regarding the position, subject matter and goal of Islamic Humanities.Conclusion: The author of the research concludes for identifying the position, Humanities is positioned in the category of practical and conventional disciplines, and the common subject matter of such disciplines is personal and social demands. Hence, the fundamental principle of seeking the propositions which its subject matter and genre is directly and immediately dependent to that. Regarding this point, the ontological, anthropological, epistemological propositions should be regarded, not as the fundamental principles of Humanities but as the premises and the principles dominating over the fundamental principles.

Objectives: Some studies have recognized factors that are effective on development process in Iran. The aim of the present study is to determine the relationship between Non-Cultural attitudes and development achievement goals in Iran during last fifty years.Method: In present study, Case study research is a methodology which can take either a qualitative or quantitative approach. Case study in this article refers to the in depth analysis of some facts about development in last 50 years of Iran contemporary history. In addition, Data analyses are based on describe-analysis method.Result: The concepts, culture and society are closely related, from this point of view, last 50 years policy making for development in Iran not only is based on Iran cultural and social condition , but also created many fundamental problems and Specially caused antagonism between tradition and modernity in Iran. Conclusion: The author of the present study concludes Paying attention to the variables such as the role of culture in development and decision making for progress, have crucial role in predicting the future of progress process in Iran.

Objectives: The aim of the present paper is to consider the relationship between technology and human being’s attitude toward the course of human being’s history or philosophy of history. Although development of technology has changed to a necessity in our country and has been one of the major concerns of policy makers and politicians of Iran’s contemporary history, less attention has been paid to its scientific and specifically philosophical aspects. At first, development of technology was solely done based on technical view, but then, while technical view was changed to deeper scientific layers, its necessity and cultural aspect were also taken into account. However, till now technology has not attracted the attentions of our scholars and policy-makers from philosophical point of view. The problem is that whether new technology has been formed based on the specific approach of new human beings toward history or whether the new technology is unduly about any attitude toward history, and whether there is any special relationship between technology and human being’s attitude toward history or in another term “philosophy of history”?Method: The present study is conducted through documentary-library methodologyand consists of two sections. In the first section, the relationship between new technology and philosophy of modernity history is taken into account and in the second section, the fundamental differences between philosophy of Islamic history and philosophy of modernity history and necessities of such fundamental difference in understanding the nature of technology are stated.Conclusion: The author of the paper concludes although the essence of human being is a historical essence, technology is a part of historical essence of human being. The historical course of modern human beings which is progressive and hegemonic toward the surrounding world, leads to such technology, and where the historical course of human being becomes religious and Islamic, while it has harmony with surrounding world rather than domination over it, a technology with such relationship will be created.

Objectives: The author of the article, has tried to asses the situation of the European’s 18/19 centuries relation to atmosphere of social, historical views and also the factors of development & the dominated liberal pattern that takes part on progressing in European countries and in all over the world a well . This article has attention to outputs and consciences that are in relation with the development and the dominated liberal pattern.Method: This research paper is based on historical analysis on progressing and also it uses the approaches of experts at all matters.Results: At first this article says that the important factor is expanding the problems of sociality and contextual phenomena, therefore it displays the frames of civilization & social phenomena for example, it shows in economic, industrial, technological, cultural, social’s productions. At second, liberalism, and communism have the positive and negative effects that partly are inborn from rival & competitions orders. At third stage, it reveals paradoxical appearance but in reality they have the common principles for making a new model in movement and progress.Conclusion: The author of the survey concludes we ought to respect to the positions of modern & contemporarily territories for accurate assessing in every social religious orders. After Iranian-Islamic revolution (1357), Today, we need to have contrast with western order, we must acquire the positive capacities from the dominated civilization pattern, and also we must discover the negative outputs from every western thought order, because nowadays we are passing trans context and text of the all orders.
