Abstract: 

Determination of blood parameters, blood tissue and Hematological analysis in fish can be good indicators for the detection and determination of health and or the infectious diseases. The purpose of this research, Determination of hematological parameters of cultured Acipenser baerii. In three different ages of groups, with the weighted average, Fry fish (21.5±3.9), Juvenile fishes (198±19.7) and Spawners (female, 668.6±73.9 and male 533.8±160.8) in a period of six months. For this reason, 30 numbers of cultured Acipenser baerii were used (10 fry fishes, 10 Juveniles fishes, 5 female spawners fish and 5 male spawners fish). The results indicated that compared hematological parameters average, all parameters except for RBC, MCV, MCH, MCHC significant differences were observed during different ages (p<0.05). But in terms of Sex statistically significant difference was not seen (p>0.05). By investigating the present results, it can be stated that age, and sex is the most effective in the change of blood parameters.

Abstract: 

Rainbow trout is the most important species of cold water fishes in Iran and the feeding diets which improve the quality and growth of this fish are of great importance. In this study, 360 youth of rainbow trout fingerlings with approximate weight of 100±0.04g were fed with different concentrations of sesame seed (%) in their diets instead of fish meal for 120 days. Feeding diets were prepared in 4 concentration levels (15, 20 and 25 percent of mealed sesame seed instead of fish meal, and same diet without sesame seed meal for the witness group) in triplicates as a completely random design experiment. The highest rate of weight gain (281.5±0.08g), length gain (27.5±0.01 cm), specific growth rate (1.45±0.01), protein efficiency rate (2.09±0.01) and food conversion ratio (1.4±0.01) were obtained in treatment 3. The lowest rate of weight gain (245±0.04g), length gain (26.5±0.01 cm), specific growth rate (1.2±0.04), protein efficiency (1.45±0.04) and food conversion ratio (1.9±0.04) was obtained in the witness treatment. The obtained results indicated a significant difference among the witness and treatments (P<0.001). Alternation of sesame seed improved the growth and health of rainbow trout fingerlings. These results demonstrated that sesame seed meal can be used as an alternative ingredient in its feeding diet, instead of fish meal.

Abstract: 

To investigate growth parameters C. gibrllio, a total of 198 specimens collected in the reservoirs of the bony fish complex of Sijaval using small beach seine from May to September 2016. Sex ratio was 1: 15.5 in favour of females. The range of the length and weight were 24.3-6.8 cm and 254.857-8.676 g. LWR were obtain for females and males as W=0.042TL2.6704 and W=0.045TL3.49 respectively, indicating negative allometric growth pattern (b<3) for females and positive allometric (b>3) for males. The studied population included 4 age groups ranging from 1+ to 4+. Mean of condition index of Fulton were calculated for females and male 1.88 and 1.55 respectively. VBGF parameters were obtained as L¥=30.29, k=0.18 and t0=-0.577.

Abstract: 

This study considered the effect of stocking density on ‚immune factors and stress rate in brown trout (Salmo trutta caspius). Scrods have been saved on 3 accumulations 50‚75 and 100 in each cub meter with primary weight mean 7.25±0.4 g.the duration of experience period was 60 days. cortisol hormone rate and immune factors such as immunoglubolin (Igm) ‚ complemans (C3‚ C4) and total protein and calcium have evaluated.the results indicate that it has an increasing accumulation on safe factors such as immunoglubolin (Igm) ‚complemans (C3‚ C4) ‚total protein‚ blood calcium and the rate of cortisol hormone has not a significant effect (P>0.05). Although the parameters related to stocking density in brown trout (Salmo trutta caspius and have increased dietary change coefficient‚ but this increasing on the range of used stocking density of this study was not stressor for scrod and has not an effect on immune factors of fishes.

Abstract: 

The aim of the present study was to evaluate the effect of using different levels of acidifier (Biotronic S. E. Forte) on growth performance, survival rate and body composition of Barb (tinfoil barb). So food additive was used at levels of 0, 2, 4 and 6 g/kg in four experimental diets. A diet without acidifier was used as the control. Diets were fed to three replicate groups of 16 fish with an initial weight of 2.7±0.03 g for a period of 60 days.0 g per kg of acid supplements. Also during this period, the highest increase was seen in the height of the treatment 4 kg of acid capacity; 2.1 cm to 6.43 cm, and the lowest rate of growth of acid capacity was 2.9 cm which reached to 7.2 cm. Finally, different treatments for scrutiny of the amount of protein, fat, ash and moisture to specialized laboratories were analyzed by corpus, which was in the highest protein content (15.47 for the treatment of 6 g per kg of acid).

Abstract: 

In the recent years, the proliferation of fish and native fish in the world has been of particular interest. Hypophthal michthys molitrix is one of the important species of breeding native fish and lives in Amor river basin. Because of the importance of this kind of fish, it is necessary recognize its physiological status. During the embryonic and larval development of most species of this fish, development and marketing of energy depends on the yolk reserves which are transported by the producers. The larval and survival growth depends on access to the foreign food in sufficient quantities and of good quality after the yolk sac is absorbed. Given the amount and composition of fat in the yolk, the timing and amount of fat burning can be used to produce fatty acids of different changes. For example, some researches are done about percafluviati and oncorhynchus mykiss. After considering the role of fatty acids in growth, survival and quality of larvae to identify process changes in the fatty acid composition during the early stages of development of silver carp, knowing the exact combination of feeding high quality for the active feeding as well as breeding producers is being required.
