The BMI average in men and women were 26.58±0.32 and 22.72 ± 0.42respectively.4.6% of men had a smoking history. Significant differences were seen among qualitative variables including needle stick, tooth disorder, vision and hearing and among quantitative variables on BMI, blood pressure and cholesterol at each grouping survey. Conclusion: This study which was performed for the evaluation of personnel health along with the timely prevention and early identification of occupational disease and reducing health care costs and promotion of health monitoring process among health care workers, determined that there is a meaningful connection between quantitative and qualitative variables related to personnel health which is separated to sex, age and occupational groups; furthermore, after considering variables, all results were investigated thoroughly.

Background: patient satisfaction is known as his report of care quality and the interaction between the patient and health service providers and is an important criterion for assessing the quality of health cares. The aim of this research is to localize a self-administered questionnaire to assess the patients satisfaction hospitalized in a military hospital.Materials and Methods: This study is an action research. The research population includes the quality improvement unit experts, complaints handling unit, head nurses as well as the patients hospitalized in a military hospital in Tehran. Data were collected by semi-structured interviews and questionnaires as well as scientific texts. Stages of this study were as follows: 1. determination of the different dimensions of the questionnaire, 2. identifying questions related to each dimension, 3. modifying questions conceptually and contently, 4. confirming the face validity of the questionnaire, 5. confirmation of the reliability of questions using a pilot study and 6. Presentation of the final of questionnaire. Results: The self-administered questionnaire of inpatient satisfaction was localized in two sections, health and medical section with 21 questions and three dimensions of sanitation / hygiene, nurses and physicians and non-medical section with 27 questions and six dimensions of the reception, staff treatment, nutrition, the welfare and facilities, legal - faith issues and discharge. Cronbach's alpha coefficient in health and medical questionnaire and non-medical questionnaire was 0.975 and 0.936 respectively.Discussion and conclusion: In total, Alpha coefficient of the questionnaire indicates the high reliability and validity of the questionnaire and shows that this questionnaire can be used as a scientific instrument for self-administered assessment of hospitalized patient satisfaction. But it should be noted that to avoid bias, this method must accompanied with items such as measurement of patient satisfaction when leaving the hospital, concurrent use of other methods such as telephone surveys, periodic review and revision of the questionnaires and so on.

Abstract:

Introduction: Cognitive behavioral models consider certain personality traits to be risk factors for the development of body dysmorphic disorder (BDD). The aim of this study was to investigation Relationship between appearance- based victimization and, behavioral inhibition system and with body dysmorphic disorder: The mediator role of perfectionism. Methods: The method of this research was descriptive- corelational. The study sample was 200 students of Islamic Azad University of Qazvin Branch that were selected by categorical randomize sampling method. Data gathering instruments were appearance anxiety inventory, Appearance-based victimization, Gray – Wilson Personality Questionnaire and perfectionism scale. Data were analyzed by person's correlation coefficient and path analysis statistical method by LISREL.8.5 nd SPSS16.Results: the result of path analysis indicate that model fit with collected data and in this model Appearance-based victimization direct and indirect, perfectionism indirect and behavioral inhibition system have an indirect relation with BDD (AGFI=0.98, RMSEA=0.023, NFI=0.98).Conclusion: The results indicated that individual how have an Appearance-based victimization history and have a higher score in behavioral inhibition system and negative perfectionism is prone to develop BDD.

Background: The purpose of present study is, review the effect of 6 week intense alternative exercise along with taking supplementary ginseng on some of physical function factors and exercised men rest blood pressure.Material & methods: 28 voluntarily men (24/57 years old, height 175/92 cm, weight 78/62 kg) were chosen and divided into 4 groups (supplementary, exercise, exercise & supplement, control) participants exercised and consumed ginseng supplement for 6 weeks. In this period, exercise group, exercise and supplement, practiced alternatively for 3 days in a week. Control group didn’t exercise at all even their daily exercises. Participants according to their grouping, consumed 500 mg ginseng supplement. In this investigative protocol, explosive power experiments (Sargent jumping) anaerobe power (rest test) perceived pressure level (Borg test) measuring rest blood pressure have been used before and after 6 weeks. In order to analyze the findings and to achieve medium, variance and determine the difference between groups and in groups, we used descriptive and inferential statistics. Results: At the end of this exploratory protocol, explosive power increased considerably in supplement group, exercise and supplement group. However there wasn’t any meaningful difference in exercise and control group. In anaerobic power, no change was observed for 4 groups. Also there wasn’t any meaningful difference in groups at the time of activity in systole blood pressure, rest diastole and perceived pressure. Conclusion: Generally we can conclude from this study finding that explosive ability of exercised people increased dramatically after 6 week consuming of ginseng supplement.

Abstract:

Background: Botulism is very dangerous type of food poisoning caused by botulinum neurotoxins, which are entered into the blood and eventually into nerve cells. Due to the very high military agent. Methods: In this cross sectional study, the English and Persian sources and reports were searched based on information and data collected from Internet sources and published literature from 1990 to 2016 in the relevant databases such as PubMed, Scopus, SID, Google Scholar and by using the keywords including "Bioterrorism", "Biological weapon", "Botulism".Results: Botulinum neurotoxins are one of the most powerful known toxins in the world. These toxins have a polypeptide structure and are formed by two heavy and light chains that are connected by a disulfide bond. A light chain of metalloendopeptidase with a molecular weight of 50kDa can enter the nerve terminals by the heavy chain (100kDa) and by the breakdown of proteins called SNARE is involved in secretion of neurotransmitters, especially acetylcholine and can stop the secretion, which can result in flaccid paralysis and death. Conclusion: Botulinum neurotoxins can cause mass casualties and have an adverse impact on public health. Hence, great efforts need to achieve broad-based public health preparedness. These neurotoxins have also a moderate to high potential for large-scale dissemination. These factors can make botulinum neurotoxins as a primary candidate in bioterrorism and environmental threats.
