Abstract:

Background: Tissue engineering has the potential to create organ and tissue in the form of de novo. Scaffolds are based on structures existing in the extracellular matrix. The trend of successful use of scaffolds is growing rapidly in organ transplantation and in order to expedite such successful use, structures similar to the target tissue are to be used. The coverage of PCL with Gelatin is devised to enable the surface properties of polymer to have hydrophilicity and permeability. This study is to investigate the cell behavior towards Gelatin-coated poly-caprolactone supramolecular nanofibers polymer. Methods: Poly-caprolactone supramolecular nanofibers were prepared by electrospinning method, and were coated with gelatin. Poly-caprolactone supramolecular covered with gelatin has been investigated by FTIR, and scaffolds morphology has been investigated by scanning electron microscope (SEM). L929 fibroblast cells have been cultured on scaffolds, and their cellular activity has been assessed first by MTT test and then has been stained with DAPI to confirm the presence of cells on the nanofibers. Results: The results showed that L929 fibroblast cells, when cultured on nanofibers, such nanofibers can create three-dimensional topography to support the cell growth and cell proliferation, Gelatin-coated poly-caprolactone supramolecular nanofibers has had impact on their biocompatibility. Meantime, MTT assay has confirmed the biocompatibility of the resulting graph. Conclusion: Gelatin- coated poly-caprolactone supramolecular nanofibers, leads to improved surface properties of polymer and to suitable cell behavior.

Abstract:

Background: The use of telehealth programs in rural areas has led to increase access to health care services for patients in these areas. Implementing the activities in the proper places can be accompanied with achieving a higher efficiency. This study aimed to identify and prioritize the factors influencing places of rural health centers equipped with telehealth services using Analytical Hierarchy Process. Methods: This study was a descriptive cross sectional study and performed in 2014. Participants were 30 persons including expert people working in network development and faculty members of health information management and technology department. The data collection tools were two researcher-made questionnaires. The tools' validity and reliability were previously confirmed. We used SPSS (version 16) and Expert Choice (version 11) for data analyses. Results: Findings of this study revealed that all criteria and sub-criteria for electronic services quality evaluation have been confirmed. Among these criteria and sub-criteria, "population", "access" and "the communication networks” had the highest priority and “distance from military areas” had the lowest priority. Conclusion: The identification and prioritization of the affecting factors on the determination of places of health centers with telehealth services are key elements in equity distribution of these centers. Furthermore, this proper distribution leads to appropriate access to high quality health care services, saving time and money, and reducing unnecessary transfer. Additionally, these can increase the quality of planning and the quality of life in patients particularly in remote areas.

Abstract:

There are alloantibody in the patient with hematologic disorders like acute leukemia and multiple blood transfusion. These alloantibodies are IgM and IgG antibodies against alloantigens of platelets like HLA antigen.Platelets resistant was detected in 2-30% of patients with blood transfusion and in 50% patients case a unsuitable respond to platelet transfusion in patients. In this descriptive analytic Study anti platlet antibodes were detected by lymphocytotoxicity method in 18 patients that received blood and blood components in Imam Reza and Taleghani hospitals.Anti HLA antibodies detected in 9 of 18 sample of patients with blood disorder and malignance. The mean of old in samples was 24.5 years.Anti HLA antibodies were detected in 50% of study patients. There were not significant related in anti HLA antibodies and FFP, platelet rates and times of hospitalization. But between ratty and times of pack cell transfusion and anti HLA antibodies a significant related was seen.
