The Purpose of this paper was Presentation of evaluation criteria for Imam Khomeini maritime university. Statistical population was Imam Khomeini maritime university and the statistical samples were the faculty members and educational personnel of that university. The Cronbach’s alpha coefficient formula was used to determine the reliability of the questionnaire (a=0.97). Content and face validity of the questionnaires were also assessed by viewpoints of experts (by use of CVI and CVR formula). Finally, data analysis was done through descriptive statistics, SPSS and structural equation modeling by use of partial least squares (smart PLS) software.Findings: after data analysis 17 components and 64 criteria determined for Imam Khomeini maritime university. Evaluation components, in order of importance are 1- Academic leadership and management, 2- Faculty members, 3- Educational activities, 4- Satisfaction of stakeholders, 5- Laws and regulations, 6- Physical spaces, 7- Training activities, 8- Information and communication technology, 9- Staff, 10- Services, 11- Research activities, 12-Budget resources, 13- Students, 14- Strategic planning 15- Educational facilities, 16- Quality assurance system, 17- Knowledge management and organizational learning.
