Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to survey the Relationship between organizational commitment and job burnout of Physical Education teachers of the east Azarbaijan. The research is descriptive and correlation study. Phisical teachers in East Azarbaijan Provience (N=270) were selected the samples of this study. two questionnaires of this study were standard. Pearson correlation, independent-sample T Test, One-way Anowa and Tukey tests were used. The results showed that there was a significant Relationship between organizational commitment and job Burnout.Also there were a negative significant (p<0.01) Relationship between, affective commitment and Normative commitment with job burnout. but there wasn, t a significant relationship (p<0.01) between, continuance commitment and job Burnout variable. In addition, the difference of some individual characteristics with organizational commitment and job burnout were studied. Only The difference of organizational commitment with salary was significant. Also there were significant differences in salary, job experience, recruitment, educational certify and marital with job burnout. Therefore, the educational managers are advised to increase affective and normative and organizational commitment to decrease the job burnout.

Abstract: 

In today's era, sport is a social phenomenon which is linked to cultures. The purpose of this study is to identify the cultural challenges and opportunities of sports in Mazandaran.The research method has been sort of a Sequential exploration using both qualitative and quantitative methods. In the qualitative approach, 32 people including experts, managers, coaches, referees and athletes from Mazandaran who have been prominently active at national levels, have been interviewed to identify the factors related to the research. Eventually, 45variables were identified as related to challenges and 21 variables were identified as related to sports and cultural opportunities of sports in Mazandaran.In the quantitative approach, after identifying the variables, an AHP questionnaire was designed and the reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by three Sports-Management Professors and also by considering the necessity of inconsistency rate being lower than 0/1 which was totally met.For weighing the variables, the verdicts of 90 experts, administrators, athletes, coaches and referees at the national level have been considered. The Sampling method in both qualitative and quantitative approaches was Purposeful and in access.Spirituality fade among athletes acquiring the relatives weighs of: coaches 0.249, manegers0/289, referees 0.295 and people' 's happiness and euphoria through winning the sport events acquiring the relative weights of 0.243, referees 0.24, and experts 0.231 are respectively the most important cultural challenges and opportunities of sports in Mazandaran.Familiarization of athletes with the religious principles, joint meetings between athletes and Clergymen, valuing the spirituality of the sports officials can be partly responsible for increased spirituality among athletes.

Abstract: 

The travel and tourism industry is one of the largest and most dynamic industries in today’s global economy, whereas sport is also an important industry in the leisure sector. Sport is an integral part of all culture and often viewed as a separate activity, but it is inextricably related to tourism. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to introduce the solutions for development of sports tourism in Hamadan province. The method of the research was descriptive –correlation. The population was the experts in tourism and sport and tourists of Hamadan province respectively. One hundred twenty-seven subjects were selected as statistical sample by stratified random sampling. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data. The content and face validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by a panel of expert. Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was used to test the reliability of the questionnaire (α=0.908). Factor analysis, with a varimax rotation was used to analyze the data. The variables were classified into seven categories: hosting the event, facilities for tourism, outdoor activities, infrastructure, ecotourism, advertisement and natural landscapes. The results showed that the most important factor is “infrastructure (4.17±0.16)” and the least important factor is “ecotourism (3.56±0.07)”.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was the evaluating the content analysis of the best seller newspapers and online in the Iran with emphasis on different disciplines covering the main components of the female athlete. There is a perspective method that performed with content analysis and the data was collected in an attributive and a bookwork methods. The population for this study, were the 2012 archives of 10 best sellers newspapers in the country. A Multi-stage random was used for sampling. results from analyzing the structure of sports parts in newspapers show Only 9.2 percent of news articles relating to women and gender issues, gender issues, 86% of the news articles have been directly related to men. Among the sports component approach to the women's championship, professional, and public education has been the focus of the press.Sports football and futsal in priority than other disciplines were covered.Given the current poor state of women' 's sport in the media, the media and the promotion of women' 's sport to get out of this situation compelled to revise and adopt programs, policies and strategies in order to cover more women' 's sports press.

Abstract: 

Media is the most influencing factor for attracting the spectators. In this regard, the purpose of this research was to introduce and evaluate functional factors of media in the form of a structural model in order to acquire the importance-performance of these factors in attracting the spectators. For this purpose statistical populations were spectators in the football stadiums of Khorasan Razavi, Azadegan league.From 400 distributed questionnaires, 219 questionnaires were completed and only117 usable questionnaires were analyzed. For the fitting of model, LISREL method was used and for the analysis of data the importance-performance analysis was employed. Model fitting was confirmed by the findings. Our results on the importance-performance analysis showed that factors such as TV news coverage and TV coverage of the games have high importance and performance values, while factors like TV interview with football players and coaches, despite its high importance in the view of the spectator, has no proper performance.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to identify the role of diversity management in the job burnout of faculty members of physical education of universities across the country. The present research is of correlation and performed in field method. The population for this study consisted of 400 individuals and groups of all members of the faculty members of physical education and sports science departments in the universities across the country. The volume of the sample size was 133 obtained through Cochran formula. In this study, a diversity management questionnaire (Villamil Astrid, 2007) and burnout questionnaire (Maslach & Jackson, 1981) have been used. For data analysis, in addition to descriptive statistics, also the correlation coefficient, multiple regression and single-sample T-test have been used. The results of correlation coefficient showed that there is a significant and reverse relationship between diversity management and job burnout of faculty members (r=-0.44, p<0.01), race dimension and burnout (r=-0.20, p<0.05), religion dimension and burnout (r=-0.46, p<0.01), scientific degree dimension and burnout (r=-0.43, p<0.01), age dimension and burnout (r=-0.41, p<0.01). there was no relation between between gender and burnout (r=-0.15, p=0.087). The results of step by step multiple regression also showed that aspects of the diversity management in religion, race and scientific degree aspects are able to predict burnout (F (3, 129)=34.740, p<0.01).Thus, we can conclude that the increase in diversity management and its dimensions except for gender, burnout decreases. And the management of 43% of the variation can be explained by changes in burnout (p=0.447). It is suggested that managers in terms of diversity management provide the way for reducing the job burnout of faculty members.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this research was to Evaluate the Effect of Knowledge Management and Psychological Empowerment on staff`s Creativity in youth and sport organizations of Ilam Province. This research is descriptive-correlative and Population included 120 employees of the Office of Youth and Sports of the way all of Ilam were selected. To collect data was used knowledge management (Hemati 2010), Spritzer empowerment (1995), Randsip creativity (1997) questionnaires and the reliability using Cronbach's alpha coefficient, respectively: 0.96, 0.86 and 0.92, respectively. Results of describing data suggested that a mean score related to creativity dependant variable is 46.9 of 100, the mean of knowledge management in administrative organs in Ilam province is 68.9 of 134 and the mean score related to employees.Psychological empowerment variable is 59.4 of 75. Also, results of data analysis shows that knowledge management and its aspects, psychological empowerment and its aspects have a positive meaningful correlation to employee's creativity.The results of multiple regression analysis showed that psychological empowerment, knowledge management and 0/99 variability (Creativity) are explained. Finally Lisrel confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling showed that According to the Fitting indexes: GFI=0.99, RMR=0.063, Relative Index Chi square=0.81, RMSEA=0.001 and NFI=0.98, research model was Goodness of Fit Index.
