The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of anger control training on the students’ resilience, quality of life, and their misbehavior. A quasi-experimental study was conducted The statistical population of the study included all students in 1396. In a cluster sampling method, 60 individuals were selected as sample (30 test group and 30 control group). To collect data, 3 standard resiliency questionnaires and quality of life questionnaire and maladaptive behavior were used. Data were analyzed using covariance test. The findings showed a significant difference between the experimental and control groups in the post-test (p = 0. 001). Also, there was a significant difference between the groups in terms of resiliency subscales, quality of life and maladaptive behavior (p <0. 05). It seems that the use of anger management skills training has been effective in increasing the resilience, quality of life, and reducing the maladaptive behaviors of the trainees.
