Selecting a portfolio has always been a significant issue in Financial Management. The models presented for selecting the best portfolio have some deficiencies and after some time, their deficiencies would be revealed and they will be replaced by some other models. One of the problems with those models is neglecting the multifaceted indices and dimensions for final evaluation of portfolio, and these efficiencies will bring the validity of the evaluation results under question. In order to remove these efficiencies, one can use DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) technique which is one of the MCDM (Multi-Criteria Decision Making) techniques. In this paper, two models have been presented; one finds the most efficient portfolio and the other one finds the most inefficient. In this paper, 95 companies now present in Tehran Stock Market have been investigated. The results demonstrate that out of those 95 companies, seven companies are efficient and 8 companies are utterly inefficient.

Today the reverse logistics is one of the most important subjects in supply chain area. The control of return process beside the forward supply chain permits the organization to avoid of additional costs. This paper at the first approach introduces the major success factors which result from interview with experts in this area and although stemmed from major resources in automotive reverse logistics and then it utilizes the Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) methodology to understand the mutual influences among the barriers so that those driving success factors, which can aggravate few more factors and those independent factors, which are influenced by driving factors are identified. By analyzing the success factors using this model, we may extract crucial factors that influence the reverse logistics activities. It can be observed that there are some factors, which have both high driving power and dependency, thus they need more attention. Finally, the implications for practice and future research are discussed.

With the rapid growth of the Internet, e-learning has been prevailed in various societies. Despite the emerging trend of using web-based learning systems to facilitate teaching and learning activities, the number of users of web-based learning systems is not increasing as fast as expected. In this research, an integrated model has been used in order to assessing the influence of IS-oriented, psychological and behavioral factors on instructors’ adoption of web-based learning systems. To examine the research model, collected data from 115 university instructors were analyzed using structural equation modeling. The results showed that subjective norm and information quality have positive effect on perceived usefulness; also, self-efficacy, service quality, subjective norm and information quality are effective on perceived ease of use. In addition, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and system quality all increase instructors’ intention to use web-based learning systems; however, perceived usefulness is the most important factor affecting on intention and actual use of the system (adoption).

Today, organizations have come to seek current customers and also maintain a permanent relationship with them in addition to developing strategies to attract new customers and trading with them. In other words, they have found that losing a customer is more than losing a sell and it means losing the whole sell opportunities that a customer could make in his lifetime.Since losing a customer in the trade market is equal to lose an important part of the organization asset, developing close and deep relation with the customers creates great value for the organizations. Organizations should reinforce their relations with their customers actively and try to end their relations with non-profitable customers. In this study, “customer profitability for organization” is considered as a new concept.The purpose of this research is to design customer profitability model for organizations and consider the factors affecting on customer profitability in Iranian companies. For this purpose, after reviewing the theoretical foundations in this field, we will identify the factors affecting on customer profitability for organizations, and provide the appropriate conceptual model to measure and confirm these relations. Then we will collect data through questionnaires, analysis and ultimately ntroduce customer satisfaction and customer loyalty (repurchase intention, and recommendation) as two factors that affect on customer profitanility, using the research results.

Competitiveness and availability of transparent information are necessary in capital market. Information quality effects decision making and causes better resource allocation, which in turn leads to efficiency. Information transparency results in long term vision, reaching to new sources of capital, lower cost of capital, accountable management and finally, increasing of the shareholders, wealth..This project investigated Benford’s Law as an indicator of data quality in Tehran Stock Exchange. The data used in this research included the first digit of daily close price and indexes .The study period was from the beginning of 1999 to the end of 2009.The top 25 percent of companies with regard to trading days were selected as a sample of the research.Kolmogorove-smirnov’s and Goodness of Fit tests were used to estimate the model.The results showed that the investigated data was inconsistent with Benford’s Law.

Organizational behavior is a complex of voluntary and intentional behaviors that are committed by the staffs and personnel of an organization even though they are not part of their official behaviors. The consequence of such behaviors is an enhancement of the functions and jobs of the organization. Organizational justice refers to ethical and fair behaviors of the staffs and personnel of the organization and is identified with ‘equity’, ‘impartiality’ and 'indiscrimination'. It is the organizational health that provides an opportunity for the staffs or their respective organization to perform far beyond the held expectations or their rivals. Considering these factors, the present study aimed at investigating the effect of the organizational health on organizational citizenship behaviors. It also aimed to explore the role of 'organizational healthy personality’ as a moderate factor.

Decision-making in competitive situations is a challenge for managers. Identifying the strategic success factors (SSF) for each company and determining the company’s position relative to its competitors due to the SSF are critical, which top managers use for survival in the competitive conditions. The aim of this paper is to create a quantitative method to determine the competitive benchmarking. In this study, average cost of production, company’s brand equity, product quality, marketing and sales capabilities, purchasing capabilities, customer satisfaction, production flexibility, engineering capabilities, technical research capabilities, and the number of R & D projects were identified as critical success factors by the experts of Profile and Pipe Steel Industry. The technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution was used to determine the positive benchmark (as positive ideal solution) and negative benchmark (as negative ideal solution). Then by considering the budget constraint, binary goal programming model was used to maximize the positive deviation between each rival and the negative benchmark, and to minimize the negative deviation between each rival and the positive benchmark. The results of the proposed model showed that which SSF rival should be considered to reach the positive benchmark.

The purpose of this study is to assess the opinion of the graduate students of public administration about merging of the Sport Organization with the Youth Organization and establishing the Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs.  In this study, three method were used including phenomenographic, pathological and factor analysis.  An open-end questionnaire was distributed among all graduate students of the various fields of public administration in Allameh Tabatabae University asking the advantages and limitations of the formation of the Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs and whether it is in consistent with the sections 10, 21 and 25 of General Public Policies.  In addition, in order to test the reliability of the findings, triangulation and multiple analyses were used.  In the end, advantages and disadvantage of this merging are described by the extracted codes and analyzed interviews through Nvivo software.  The purpose of this study is to assess opinion of master students of public NVivo software.

In turbulent environment, power and success of organizations depend on the intellectual capita; abilities and the main challenges of these organizations are on that how to establishe new generation of intelligent organizations for knowledge edge. The problem this research wants to solve is that how an organization that its main asset is intellectual capital can obtain organizational intelligence. The conceptual model of this research has been designed based on open system mode,l and the knowledge strategies, knowledge communities, adhocracy and intellectual capital have the enabler role for intelligence processes. Statistical population of this research includes the faculty members of the research centers of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology. Totally, 278 persons have been selected based on classified sampling. The results showed that adhocracy with %86 of coefficient has the highest effect on structural intelligence processes. Also knowledge strategies and intellectual capitals correspondingly with %67 and %64 of coefficient are in the second and third rankings. Also the results showed that adhocracy with %64, intellectual capital and knowledge strategies with %59 of coefficient correspondingly have the highest effect on human intelligence processes.

Knowledge sharing creates opportunities to maximize the organization’s ability to meet those needs and generates solutions and efficiencies that provide a business with a competitive advantage. Knowledge sharing can be defined as a social interaction culture, involving the exchange of employees knowledge, experiences and skills through the whole department or organization. The concept of innovation has been closely related to “knowledge creation and knowledge sharing”. Innovation is a process where the knowledge is acquired, shared and assimilated with the aim of creating new knowledge, which embodies products and services.Through exchange tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge with others, the capacity of people increases to be involved in new situation and solve new problems. It further helps to build new solution for the next issues. So different kinds of knowledge sharing are necessary to create new knowledge and innovation. A descriptive–correlation survey approach was used in this study, and the questionnaires were filled in by the staff (n=96) in Refahe Kargaran Bank. In the 95% confidence level, the results of the study revealed that there is a positive. relationship between knowledge sharing and innovation. Also it was found that there is similar relationship between serial transfer and innovation. In addition, the same result were observed for near transfer, far transfer, strategic transfer and expert transfer with innovation. Finally, the research limitations and suggestions for further researches are presented.
