The mission of combat medicine is to provide health and medical support for the military personnel in case of dangers, injuries and diseases caused by their tasks. Regarding its subject, it is an applied research conducted in a descriptive method with a mixed (quantitative and qualitative) approach. The data collection was done with a field and library method using the existing documents, interviews with experts and questionnairs. A commander carries the characteristics of a leader and leadership is the essence of command. Therefore, a commander requires to possess knowledge, wisdom, higher human traits, intelligence and intuition to identify threats. This mixed-method research, which is done in a descriptive-analytical method, seeks to study the relation between future threats and desirable command in the military organizations in Islamic Republic of Iran. Data analysis was done through mathematical methods (derivative) and inferential statistics in order to study the effects of future threats in desirable command. A questionnaire was designed to determine the relation between future threats and desirable command and the relation between ignoring future threats and surprise. After ensuring the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, it was distributed in the statistical population composed of 49 responders and the answers were analyzed through statistical methods and techniques, followed by final conclusions and evaluations. In the last step, the research results reveal that a commander needs to be able to predict threats in advance and prepare counter-threat plans. The correlation between future threats and desirable command is 0. 9 which shows a high, direct and positive correlation. This, however, has been studied in three different conditions.

This research is applied and developmental type that has been combined with a mixed approach and utilizing multivariate regression analysis and T test to predict the main topics of strategic managers training. The results of the research indicate that there is a significant difference between the present and the desired situation of training strategic managers in the social arena and in this area strategic challenges, strategic intentions, strategic shocks and megatrends play the most role in explaining the requirements of training strategic managers and addressing the need.

Hajj, as the religion of worship, and a religious and political practice, has a vast capacity for the Islamic world. Hajj pilgrimage and new pilgrimage have been faced with a lot of ups and downs with at least half a century of experience in servicing pilgrims. This issue continues to be a challenge due to the lack of appropriate patterns of scientific research after three decades of revolution. Therefore, the main objective of the research is to explain and prioritize the dimensions and components of the Hajj pilgrimage system of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Friday Prayer is one of the greatest religious rites in Islam, which has a special place in the discourse of Velayat-e faqih. In order to use the Islamic texts and the ideas of the Velayat-e faqih for the theorizing, the foundation's data approach was used, and its purpose is to explain the doctrine of administering the affairs of Friday prayer based on the discourse of Velayat-e faqih, the focus of data analysis on the discourse of Velayat-e faqih based on The Proceedings of Imam Khomeini (Rahmatullah Against) and Imam Khamenei (Allah). It is obvious that taking enormous and strategic decisions on this basis, plays an important role in obtaining higher levels of security and military authority in the country and in pursuit of the goals of the 1404 perspective of the Islamic Republic Of Iran. This study is done with the purpose of providing a recognition about energy context in the field of military from the perspective of employing the capabilities of the nanotechnology. This procedure, has tended with a mixed approach at the beginning and in a qualitative way with the use of documents in order to collecting literature and design the conceptual pattern of the search. Then, it goes on with a quantitative method using questionnaire and data collection from sample population which is coincided with the statistical community of the country’ s strategic military managers, who are technologist and have a good knowledge about nanotechnology (56 persons). Its analysis has been done by the Advanced “ Smart PLS” Software in order to prioritization of different parts of military field based on extent of the impact of this exercise on improving the country’ s military capability. The results of this study showed that the highest impact of nanotechnology capabilities in energy context in the field of military is in the systems of ICT and WUA, then in the systems of maritime and army and finally in the systems of aerial, air defense, spatial, military medicine of the country. With the concerning proximity of their load-factor coefficients, it can be concluded that all military parts of the country up to 1404 horizons are largely affected by nanotechnology capabilities in the field of Energy.

The Islamic Republic of Iran, with its extensive water and earth borders, unique geopolitical, geoeconomic and geostrategic positions, has been located in one of the most sensitive geopolitical situations in the world and in the region, so that the geopolitical regions of the region have extensive and numerous functions around it, The focus of gravity is on regional and global diplomacy and has always been and is threatened with numerous threats. On the other hand, the presence of regional and subregional actors in neighboring countries has always created numerous potential threats to the Islamic Republic of Iran. Therefore, the present research has been conducted to study and explain the strategies of defense-security cooperation of the Islamic Republic of Iran with Turkmenistan. In this research, we used descriptive, inferential and SWOT analysis techniques (internal factors assessment and external factors assessment), and the preparation of strategic positioning matrices for analyzing the data and taking into account strategies appropriate to the purpose of the research. . The analysis of the data indicates the current status of the IRI's cooperation with the Turkmenistan with the invasive approach and the current situation with the favorable conditions. Considering the current and desired conditions of the Islamic Republic of Iran, in line with the research objectives, 25 strategies were first identified based on the factors mentioned above. Finally, during the holding of the expert meeting and the synthesis and implementation of the sectoral strategies, with the opinion of specialists and experts, in the end, eight main strategies The defense-security cooperation of the Islamic Republic of Iran with Turkmenistan was assessed, explained and finally put forward the necessary executive suggestions in order to fill the gap and reach the desired position.
