Abstract: 

The aim of this study was the factor analysis of those factors affecting commercialization of researches in sport management. This study was application in terms of aims which was conducted by descriptive analysis method. The statistical population consisted of lecturers and doctorate students of sport management in state and private universities in Iran (N= 1050) and 257 subjects were randomly selected as the sample. For data collection, a researcher-made questionnaire (50 items) was used; its face and content validity was confirmed by 20 experts in sport management and its construct validity was confirmed by confirmatory factor analysis. In a pilot study, its reliability was obtained as 0. 763 using Cronbach's alpha test. To analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics including Friedman test, exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses using SPSS and AMOS software were used. The results showed that there were seven factors: researchers’ capabilities, research and education strategies, infrastructures, finance, personality and culture, policies and networking for the commercialization of researches in sport management.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study was toStandardization of Neuromarketing Questionnaire in Sport. The statistical population of this study were the consumer’ s sport’ s wear brands common in Iran included Nike, Adidas, Reebok, Puma and Majid. The sample size consisted of 384. Measurement Instrument was researcher-made questionnaire. A validation study was conducted by management experts. Statistical methods were descriptive indexes for describing data, Cronbach`s alpha for determining reliability, Exploratory factor analysis and Confirmatory factor analysis to determine the construct validity was used. Analytical results showed (α =0. 95) reliability for Neuromarketing questionnaire. The amount KMO= 0. 87. The amount of relationship and T-value, and they could be a good predictor for their agent. X2/df=2. 77, RMSEA=0. 068 indexes and NFI=0. 94, CFI=0. 95, IFI=0. 95, AGFI=0. 90 and GFI=0. 95 also confirmed the goodness of models. Also, the results about the relations of factors with the meaning of Neuromarketing showed that all factors could be a good predictor for the concept of Neuromarketing (T-value=± 1. 96). Neuromarketing questionnaire reliable and valid measure that can be used to evaluate Consumer behavior in the field of sports and reliable and consistent results are achieved. Finally, based on the results obtained, the neuromarketing questionnaire is reliable and valid measure through which sustainable and stable results can be achieved in a way that helps to sports marketing in changing, convulsive and competitive environment and consequently, marketers, manufactures and sports managements with help of obtained results can design their own advertisements in a way that has the most influence on sports consumer.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to recognize areas and infrastructures of Iran sport industry and to make management decisions based on them. A researcher-made questionnaire with 71 items was used. Its content validity was confirmed by 5 experts. The reliability of the questionnaire was determined using Cronbach's alpha coefficient (0. 953). Exploratory factor analysis was used for construct validity, to identify areas and to estimate the factor loadings. The sample included 263 subjects from 4 groups (lecturers, sport experts, coaches, athletes/champions). Based on the research methods (exploratory factor analysis, and KMO=0. 84), the sample size was appropriate. To analyze the data, mean, variance analysis, and exploratory factor analysis with SPSS version 21 software were used. The arears in Iran sport industry were classified into 18 categories: facilities and equipment, sport organizations, trade, event, tourism, human resources, goods and services, marketing, sport medicine, economic activity, government, etc. Therefore, attention to the factor loadings of each infrastructure is helpful for managers in making decisions and determining the status of each area and relevant infrastructures so that managers will be able to identify the status of each area in order to plan and promote it.

Abstract: 

The main aim of this study was to investigate the relationship of organizational trust and its components with creativity as one of those factors influencing it in the Sport and Youth offices in Ardebil province. The research method was descriptive correlation which was carried out as a field. The population included all employees of Sport and Youth general office and offices in the cities of Ardebil province (N=100) and the sample was equal to the population using census sampling method. According to the research aims, two questionnaires (Organizational Trust and Creativity) were used to collect data. The questionnaires were prepared using Shafiei (2011) and Nasimi (2013) researches. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by sport management professors and their reliability was determined by the Cronbach's alpha coefficient (Organizational Trust 0. 92, Creativity 0. 84). For the statistical analysis of data, the descriptive and inferential statistics (Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Pearson correlation coefficient, multiple regression) were used. Ultimately, findings showed that four components of organizational trust (reliability, organizational commitment, competency and honesty) had positive and significant relationships with creativity of human resources.

Abstract: 

The presents study goal is to exploring the contextual and intervening factors of corruption in football industry of Iran. The study was qualitative and grounded theory. The data gathered by depth and semi-structured interview. The population included football experts and scholars, club managers of premier league and managers in ministry of sports and football federation. The samples selected through purposeful and snowball sampling, and interviewing continued to get theoretical saturation-18 interview-. The findings consisted of 25 subsidiary components: international, internal, and public principals, mutual profit, financial corruption, vested interests, lack of finding skill process, lack of commitment, illegal profit, lack of support, management method, lack of notification, lack of law, lack of control and evaluation, lack of appropriate control, nonalignment, unknowing, lack of moralities, injustice, financial deficits, lack of appropriate management, law barriers, lack of instruction and legal barriers classified into seven general concepts. Also, intervening factors in seven subsidiary components consisted of: intervening of internal responsibilities, lack of personal corrupof organizational corruption sentiment, inconsistency in organizations, and inter-and insufficient principals classified into three general concepts. Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was examine The structural equation modeling relationship between social capital and talent management with employee Organizational Commitment in Youth and Sports offices of Kerman Province. The population of this study included all employees of Youth and Sports offices of Kerman Province (N=268). Among them, 160 people were chosen via cluster random sampling. The questionnaires of talent management (Sayadi et al, 2011), social capital (Akbari, 2012), and Organizational Commitment (Speir & Venkatesh, 2002) was used to collect the data. The data were analyzed by Pearson correlation and path analysis. Findings indicated that Talent management has a direct and significant impact on Organizational Commitment. Also the talent management has a direct and positive impact on, social capital. Finally, the model showed a good fit to the data. Findings indicated that talent management has a direct and significant impact on social capital and Organizational Commitment. Thus, talent management and social capital should be noticed in all policy-making related to offices of sports and youth.

Abstract: 

The present study aims to analyze the motivations of heroic sports activists for cooperation in benevolent marketing using a mixed approach. In the first step, 50 codes were extracted qualitatively (content analysis) as motivations for cooperation in benevolent marketing and categorized into 10 factors according to semantic similarities, based on which the questionnaire was designed. In the second step, we utilized quantitative approaches to data-mining (explanatory and predictive) in order to evaluate the statistical population. To this aim, 393 heroic sports activists were classified into two separate clusters using the Davies– Bouldin index. Moreover, we used artificial neural networks in order to design a model which predicts the cooperation of heroic sports activists in charity work. Results showed that reciprocation, desire for entertainment and pleasure, and emotional importance in the first cluster, and religious teachings, need for helping others, and desire for social cooperation in the second cluster were assigned the most cluster centers in that order. The use of neural networks indicated that the independent variables have high predictive potentials and can predict the changes in the dependent variable with the accuracy of 0. 958. Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was identified effective factors in developing the culture of sport for all. This research is a type of applied research, which was conducted in a descriptive, analytical manner, and field-based. The population of the study consisted of 800 experts and managers and practitioners of sport for all in the country. 260 individuals were selected as the sample using the Morgan sample size table. The reliability coefficient of the questionnaire was calculated (0. 912). To prepare the questionnaire, 48 questions were identified in 8 areas by expert interviews, which were classified by exploratory factor analysis and appropriateness of the appropriate study fields in 35 fields and 7 domains. The factors ranking was performed by Friedman Ranking Test. The results of the research showed that the factor of principles and structure was the most important factor in the development culture of sport for all. Sport for all education was ranked second. This article adds to the necessity of education in order to develop the culture of sport for all in the country. The development of the culture of sport for all will be a process of time requiring the authorities' determination. Accordingly, the development of the culture of participation in sport for all should be further addressed in the country's large scale sports plans, and this should be pursued with earnestness.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study was regression analysis of the relationship of knowledge management components with social capital dimensions in physical educational teachers of Khorasan Razavi. The statistical population consisted of all physical education teachers (N=2481) in Khorasan Razavi. Using Morgan Table, 334 subjects were selected. The research method was descriptive-analytic. Knowledge Management Questionnaire and Social Capital Questionnaire were used to collect data with a field approach. Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and multiple regression were used with SPSS version 22 to analyze the data. The results showed that knowledge creation, knowledge organization and knowledge application in the mentioned population had a significant effect on cognitive capital. Also, knowledge absorption, knowledge organization and knowledge application had a significant effect on interpersonal capital. Knowledge organization and knowledge dissemination had a significant effect on the structural capital. Knowledge organization had the highest role in the cognitive, interpersonal and structural dimensions of social capital among the components of knowledge management. Therefore, it is suggested that education managers should pay more attention when educating human resources as social capital of knowledge management.

Abstract: 

development dimensions and geographical variables are as the factors that could affect sport development procedure and championship sport development levels. the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the national development indexes and dimensions, geographical-climatic variables, in order to present a new model for developing the championship sport in the provinces of the country. The population of the study and the sample included 30 provinces, according to the Iranian administrative division in 2011. The present study is of the descriptive-analytic type and the data was gathered using the library, where by using 39 national development indexes, 5 geographical variables, and 48 indexes of sport development, the development level of the provinces in Iran, and the effect of macro dimensions of the development and some geographical variables on the championship sport development between 2006 and 2011 were studied. In this study, the statistical methods involving standardization, factor analysis, and panel regression were used for analyzing the data. The analysis of the proposed models showed that the most significant impact factor in the model related to the macro dimensions of the development, were the factors, in order, the cultural development (β = 0. 192) and social development (β = 0. 155); in geographical variables model, this significance belonged to the area of the province (β =-1. 160), the average annual precipitation.

Abstract: 

The Sports Governance Observer (SGO) aims to inform sports federations on how they can organize their affairs in effective manner as well as monitor their governance practices. The purpose of the study was to identify indicators and determine sports governance index on federations. The method of research was mixed and sequential exploratory kind. The statistical population in the qualitative study consisted experts (15 Person) and the statistical population in quantitative study consisted 224 senior sports boards in west states. Research tool in qualitative study was the interview and in quantitative study was the questionnaire that designed in accordance with the identified factors. To divergent validity survey, by exploratory factor analysis four factors (0. 58% of the variance) and 25 indicators in the index were identified. In convergent validity survey, Confirmatory factor analysis confirmed the four extracted factors and reliability of the index with Cronbach’ s alpha 0. 91 was high. The findings showed Sports Governance Observer score was for transparent (2. 67), democracy (2. 56), check (2. 42) and solidarity (2. 43). Final score was %38 and less than average. The results of this study provided a set of parameters for prioritizing measures to improve the good governance of sports federations.

Abstract: 

Service quality is one of the most important factors which leads to tourists’ satisfaction and future attendance. The main aim of this study was to design the model of sport tourists’ future attendance in local and traditional sport festivals based on service infrastructures. Thesample consisted of 375 sport tourists who participated in Gorush wrestling, Alish wrestling and horse riding festivals in Golestan province. Chen (2011) sport service quality questionnaire and Shonk (2006) future attendance questionnaire were used. For data analysis, the normal distribution of data were checked and confirmed; then, SPSS was used in descriptive and inferential statistics and AMOS was applied to describe path analysis. The results indicated a significant relationship between service quality and satisfaction and sport tourists’ future attendance (r=0. 67, P≤ 0. 05). Also, among all dimensions of service quality, trust had the most effect on the tourists’ satisfaction (β =0. 42, P≥ 0. 05). Therefore, professional human resources that have expertise proportionate to the provided service can provide grounds for sport tourists’ future attendance through creating trust and improving their satisfaction.
