Abstract: 

This research was conducted to identify the interdisciplinary areas of research at Kerman's Shahid Bahonar University by evaluating thematic maps. The methodological approach in this research is consistent with scientometric studies and based on data collection in descriptive research. The statistical population of the present study includes all the articles published by the researchers at Shahid Bahonar University of Kerman. The articles were indexed at Web of Science database (WOS) for the period 2005-2015. The data were saved on a computer in Plain Text format. At this stage of research, 3273 records related to Shahid Bahonar University of Kerman were collected within the desired time frame. At the second stage, TXT collector software was deployed to combine all the output files into a single file that can be transferred to scientometric software platforms. Finally at the third stage, the data were pre-processed using Bib excel software. Then, VOS viewer and Pajek software tools were used to draw up the scientific production process, and analyze & record the indicators respectively. Drawing the scientific map of the University of Bahonar indicates that its highest interdisciplinary output involves the thematic areas of energy and fuel with chemical engineering, mathematics with applied mathematics, mechanics with thermodynamics, materials science with materials engineering, mechanical engineering with mechanics, particle physics with astronomy and astrophysics, mechanical engineering with thermodynamics, building technology with civil engineering, interdisciplinary mathematics, and interdisciplinary engineering. In terms of degree centrality, the fields of electrical engineering, fuel & energy, and chemical engineering have the highest degree centrality, and are considered to be the centers of excellence for interdisciplinary research. In terms of betweenness centrality, such research domains as environmental studies, computer science, biochemistry and molecular biology have the highest between ness centrality in the interdisciplinary research network of Shahid Bahonar University of Kerman They are intermediate research areas in interdisciplinary research. A comparison of the growth rate of scientific output at Shahid Bahonar University suggests that it can be considered among the prolific universities, but it is a poor institute in terms of interdisciplinary research.

Abstract: 

This article addresses the governance mechanisms required among different knowledge groups, which are so hard to be formed, to design a knowledge governance framework in social networks. There are many problems among different knowledge groups when trying to make knowledge endeavours and obtaining a knowledge-based product/service. Reviewing the literature show strong recommendations to study the mentioned phenomena, not only using less library studies, but also using pragmatism approach and the action-based research methodologies. By understanding the situation, the researchers has used design science research (DSR) methodology to find the needs, proposing a design and make an artifact due to the problem, all based on the DSR guidelines and principles. By study different Entrepreneurial firms (start-ups) in a boot camp, all have the problems of knowledge gathering, communications between different knowledge sections and etc., the design process has been implemented and evaluated. The verification and validation results showed significant improvement in knowledge groups’ relations while many of them had more agility and also better results.

Abstract: 

One of the options for governments to improve the quality of services and increase their availability is the use of information and communication technology and e-government. Generally, the main gateway to providing e-services is the same as the corporate website or department store, where all services are provided in that way. In recent years, several models have been proposed for the development of e-government. Many services offered to citizens within the framework of the e-government, services such as the establishment of scientific communication, the presentation of the history of research carried out in the country, the presentation of research achievements in compliance with the laws and intellectual property rights, the provision of various standards in the field of publishing and scientific communication and representation, exploring the state of science and research in the country, of which they can be called scientific information management. In this research, we intend to present the role of the Iranian Institute of Information Science and Technology Institute (IranDoc) in providing information management services in the framework of e-government. Therefore, in this paper, we look at the development of e-government in Iran and in comparison with the other countries, and the status of our country has been studied in this regard. Then, according to the studies, the most important documents developed and the historical list of e-government development approvals have been extracted. Despite numerous studies and documentation, there is no comprehensive plan for the deployment and development of e-government that has been approved by the public authorities. After that, the services provided in the form of e-government in IranDoc have tried to provide a proper classification of services according to the categories in the literature review. The implementation of services provided with upstream documents at the end of this paper can be a roadmap for continuing to develop the e-government services at the IranDoc.

Abstract: 

Today, search engine services are one of the most widely used and basic ICT services in all countries. In recent years, many leading countries such as China and South Korea have managed to achieve macroeconomic and micro level economic impacts, with the establishment of Local search engine, given their specific cultural and linguistic characteristics. Therefore, the policy makers of Iran having understood such a necessity went on to implement a national plan to support development of Local search engines in the country. Since one of the main goals of this project was to improve economic aspects, the purpose of this research is to examine and explain how the economic impacts of the local search engines have been gained. for this purpose, Initially, through interviews with the main actors of this plan, the factors influencing the economics of the search engine were identified that includes: 1) business startups, 2) search engine program, 3) ministry (ICT) and 4) governance. Then the evaluation indicators of each factors were extracted through the study of formal documents of the search engine project. Furthermore collecting field data was done by selecting a sample of active startups in the search engine program. The findings and results of this research based on data analysis using the PLS3 software showed that the significant economic effects of this national plan were merely due to the support of this national program from the start-ups. Therefore, it has been suggested to support startups for successful implementation of national projects. It should be considered that the intervening of governance institutions in the economic success of the search engine program had a negative impact.

Abstract: 

The aim of this article is to explore the power-law correlation between size of Iran Nano innovation system and their citation-based impact. For this reason, we analyze articles of Iran Nano innovation system based on Web of Knowledge database. The main questions for this study are: Does the distribution of citation on this innovation system follow the power-law distribution or not? And is there a power-law correlation between size of innovation system and citation-based impact? The method used in this research is a Scientometrics and use of power-law approach. The data of this research have been extracted from the web of knowledge database and based on the articles produced in Iran’ s Nano innovation system. 4010 article were found and extracted into 145 unique organizations that participating in the producing of articles. R package was used In order to investigate the existence of the power-law correlation and identification of scale-invariance property in complex Nano innovation system of Iran. We use Monte-Carlo simulation and Pierson correlation test for analyzing power-law correlation between variables of this study. At the one side, results shows that size of complex innovation systems (number of articles) and their outputs (citation-based impact) follow power-law distribution and we can found scale invariance property. These properties are evidenced in the power law correlation between complex innovation systems’ citation-based impact and their size with a scaling exponent α ≈ 1. 23. The results suggest citations to a complex innovation system tend to increase 2. 34 times when the system doubles its size over time. At the other side, we found inverse Matthew effect between citations based impact and size of innovation system. Based on this results, it can be argued that Iran's Nanotechnology innovation system is a complex system and show the emergent property.

Abstract: 

The development of science and technology, the production of new words, the increase of scientific publications, the words entered by users into the information organization, and changes in the semantic relations between concepts and topics are a set of reasons for updating thesauri. In this research, increase in the quantity of terms, editing of terms, and development of semantic relations between the terms of scientific and technical thesauri developed at Iranian Research Institute for Information Science and Technology (IranDoc), has been done. The process of updating and developing, including the stages of literature review and provision of resources, design or examination of the concept maps, the vocabulary translation, the identification of semantic relations, the unification, the control of relations and errors, the production of thesaurus outputs, editing, and publication. In the process of development and updating, 90, 000 words were added to the previous set of terms, also semantic relations between terms developed and improved. Also in this project, the web service of the updated thesaurus was designed and implemented and is now accessible via IranDoc website. This site can be a good guide for users and indexers in organizing and retrieving information.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this research is to identify and explain how to re-establish and codify the objective knowledge of the employees and managers of the companies of the Free District of Arvand using the grounded theory. The grounded theory is a qualitative research method by which, using a data set, A theory develops. For data gathering, 25 in-depth interviews were conducted with the managers and staff of the firms in the Arvand Free Zone. The main criterion for determining the sample size was to achieve a theoretical saturation point. All sample size targeted study was selected. Encoding and analyzing data in three stages of coding axial and selective coding, and ultimately operational strategies for re-establishing and encoding objective knowledge, including exploration of knowledge, data mining, text mining, web mining and lading. As a result, the paradigm model of how to re-establish and codify the objective knowledge of companies the production of the Arvand Free Zone was formed. An important contribution to the redefinition and codification of knowledge is participation. Knowledge retention depends not only on the individual's ability but on the person's willingness to document knowledge.

Abstract: 

In today's competitive world, integrated systems constitute an essential need in organizations. Managers providing such services are mainly concerned about identifying loyal customers and establishing long-term relations and a sustainable profitability. This study aimed to assign support forces to answer customer calls and requests in order to gain their utmost satisfaction. First, research data was collected from customers of Chargoon Co. in Iran, and the customer behavior was identified and analyzed. Then, using decision tree algorithms such as: random forest, gradient boosted trees, random tree, CHAID, C5, and ID3, a number of trees were extracted based on accuracy, classification error, weighted mean recall, and weighted mean precision criteria using Rapid Miner features. Next, the best trees were identified based on mean of quality assessment and accuracy of over 67%, classification error of under 27%, weighted mean recall of over 62%, and weighted mean precision of over 66%. Then, rules from these trees were extracted and analyzed. Finally, the extracted rules were examined and ranked based on expert views. The results indicated that the extracted rules are reliable and can be implemented in the organization.

Abstract: 

Widespread use of financial payment services besides the increased volume of financial transfers carried out in banking systems, have resulted in an important growing trend of automatic fraud detection. In this regard, an intelligent system is needed that can determine the fraudulence or genuineness of a financial transaction in real-time, unquestionably with an acceptable precision using the different transaction features. In order to gain the benefits of the system, a deep learning algorithm is described and proposed in this paper. The performance of the proposed algorithm is evaluated using a set of real-world financial transactions, which is known as the standard dataset in the literature. Then, the proposed algorithm is compared with k-nearest neighbors and support vector machine algorithms using different metrics such as accuracy, precision, F-measure, sensitivity, and precision-recall curve. The computational results confirmed the efficiency of the proposed algorithm on the standard dataset with 96% accuracy and 98% precision.

Abstract: 

With the rise of information technology and its ability to bring individual consumers, together in new force, a viral approach to marketing seems less like an imperative than an option. Though the term Viral Marketing has been around for several years, the marketing world’ s understanding of viral marketing is still in its infancy. Though the research surrounding viral marketing has been of relatively high quality, most of them focus on different components of viral marketing campaigns and none of them helps marketers to develop their viral marketing campaign from beginning to end and implement it. The aim of this study is providing an integrated framework with a holistic approach to design a viral marketing campaign on social networks for B2C services in Iran, to be used in order to understand and design better the components of a viral marketing campaign and how they must come together in order to obtain the expected results. For this purpose, first, by reviewing the literature using meta-synthesis, 148 codes were extracted which were classified into 23 themes and 13 categories, and presented in a framework to design viral marketing campaigns on social networks for B2C services. Afterward, in order to revise the framework extracted by meta-synthesis according to the business environment in Iran, a semi-structured interview was used to collect data from industry professionals having experience on designing and implementing viral marketing campaigns for B2C services, and the results were analyzed by content analysis. Based on the obtained results, the final research framework to design viral marketing campaigns on social networks for B2C services in Iran was presented.

Abstract: 

One of the most important areas for developing digital technologies is sharing economy. The sharing economy facilitates the sharing of resources through IT support. ICTs have led to innovation in the provision of services, especially in today's competitive environment, and has also accelerated the development of digital systems, resulting in the development of collaborative consumption (CC). Today, many online businesses are based on a common consumption model. Given the emergence of these businesses and the potential barriers to it, it is vital to focus on the factors affecting and deterring participation. In this regard, factors affecting participation in collaborative consumption applications were first studied and then, based on the results, the factors affecting participation were prioritized from the point of view of the users and, finally, the participation model in collaborative consumption applications is provided. In this research, the statistical society consists of ordinary people and different classes of society. Data were collected through a questionnaire and analyzed using nonparametric statistical methods. Identifying the factors of participation in collaborative consumption applications in this research has been done using quantitative research method and applying descriptive survey method. After the analysis, the acceptance factors, taking into account prioritization, are economic, social, logical and environmental, respectively. In the results of this study, the partnership model for collaborative consumption applications is also presented. These results can be effective in helping to implement collaborative consumption applications and increasing people's participation.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of abuse opportunity structure on abuse intention of information by considering the mediating role of abuse-positive motivation and the moderating role of personal morality in health insurance of Isfahan province. The present research is applied in terms of type of research and descriptive-correlative research in terms of method. The statistical population of this study was all system users of the central office of health insurance of Isfahan province, which according to the human resources unit, their number was 148 employees. According to Cochran formula, the minimum sample size of 107 persons was obtained for answering the questions of the questionnaire. After collecting the questionnaires, 104 questionnaires were used. Random sampling method was used. The questionnaire was adopted and adapted from published sources and the items were based on 5 point Likert scale. The face validity was confirmed by a number of respondents and its content validity was confirmed by a group of management professors. Confirmatory factor analysis was used to verify the validity of the construct. To determine reliability, Cronbach’ s alpha coefficient was calculated using the Smart-PLS software, which calculated more than 0. 7. The findings of the research indicated that although the impact of abuse opportunity structure on abuse intention and the moderating role of morality in the relationship in this relationship were not supported, the impact of abuse opportunity structure on abuse-positive affect (t=3. 09, p<0. 01) and the impact of abuse-positive affect on abuse intention (t=2. 7, p<0. 01) were statistically supported. Moreover, the moderating role of morality in the relationship between abuse-positive affect and abuse intention was supported (t=2. 07, p<0. 05).
