Abstract: 

Identifying the factors and institutions affecting the moral development of children and adolescents is a necessary step in the proper planning for their education. Today, the family does not operate in an unrivaled environment free of extra-family factors, but the media (especially television) as a family member affects the moral development of children. These two institutions (media and family) in a single environment (home) in an interactive process affect the moral development of children. The subject of the present study is to reveal some of the educational effects of media interaction (with emphasis on television) and the family. For this purpose, we have first reviewed the challenges of the family in educating the new generation, and then we have dealt with two special effects of the interaction of these two institutions, namely the generation gap and the decline of childhood. Finally, as a way to reduce the generation gap and childhood decline, we explore the element of "parental mediation" in children watching television. The result of the research is that "generation gap" and "childhood decline" are more as much as children's media consumption without parental support is more. Among the types of parental mediation, active mediation, more than other types, reduces the generation gap and the decline of childhood. In this study, in order to identify the challenges and problems of families in the field of educating the new generation, we have resorted to the questions posed by the National Center for Answering.

Abstract: 

Professional organizations in the present age need a set of ethical principles related to the profession and the field of their mission and activity to improve their performance. According to researchers and experts in the field of communications and media, the lack of a code of conduct and professional ethics is one of the significant shortcomings in the media system of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The present article seeks to provide an indigenous model and theory in the field of "media professional ethics" and "media norm" and to enrich the relevant literature in this field. The method of the present study is classified as a part of qualitative methods in the paradigm of interpretiveness and in terms of data collection, group interviews, focused and in-depth, as well as a questionnaire have been used used at different levels of headquarters and staff of media performance areas (managers, programmers and experts) with targeted sampling. In this article, an attempt has been made by using the theoretical and methodological foundations of research and by reviewing theories, patterns, five principles in ethics, and six theories of media norm and by referring to the principles and teachings of Islam, the "Principles of professional ethics of the media in the Islamic Republic of Iran" will be elaborated.

Abstract: 

The “ Holy Quran” is the most important divine media that, with the management and role of the Holy Prophet of Islam (PBUH), has been able to fascinate about a quarter of the world's population and lead many of them to their destination. One of the most important factors for the success of the Holy Prophet of Islam (PBUH) in the correct use of this heavenly medium and the book of life, is that he has moral characteristics that if these characteristics are observed in the management of our country's media, we can certainly see It was a great change in guiding people towards divine values. In the present research, an attempt has been made to use descriptive-analytical method, and using the teachings of the Holy Quran, the most important moral characteristics of the great Prophet of Islam (PBUH) such as faith, sincerity, trust, trustworthiness, the hope of guiding people, eloquence, good morals, expand of breast, patience, compassion, kindness, humility, forgiveness, should be extracted from the Holy Quran and examined.

Abstract: 

The presenter, as the main pillar of non-show programs on radio and television, plays an important role in conveying moral messages. Creating a proper semantic connection between the programmer and the audience is a serious task for the presenters who can use their inherent experiences, abilities and talents to be the most important factor in the success of the program. One of the most important ethical aspects of women performing on radio and television is paying attention to the issue of life. From the Islamic point of view, modesty in the human educational system is at the top of moral virtues. Examining the dimensions of modesty in women's performance as one of the main characteristics of Muslim women is a great help to the people of the media; Hosts in particular are concerned that they can play a role in effective programs and have serious effects in the field of culture by avoiding the moral evils of immodesty. In this research, the information of which has been collected and documented through documentary methods and library resources, the dimensions of modesty in women's performance have been studied and practical solutions have been presented to take advantage of this moral value. Paying attention to modesty in the dimensions of looking, hearing, speech and behavior are the four moral aspects that women should be faithful to in performing; Therefore, its limits and methods have been described and explained in a practical way in this research.

Abstract: 

Informing the audience is a serious responsibility that the news media feels heavy. Therefore, ethics, responsibility and gaining the audience's trust in the process of producing and publishing news, which is required to observe the three principles of speed, accuracy and precision are very important In such a structure, the function of religious media based on Islamic and revolutionary values is very different from media based on Western standards. Factors such as neutrality in news coverage, credible news coverage, honesty in information and protection of privacy and citizenship rights can be effective in gaining the audience's trust or distrust in the media. A review of the thoughts and views of Imam Khomeini and the Supreme Leader, part of which is mentioned in this article, outlines specific criteria for a desirable religious media. In fact, the news media of the level of the Islamic Revolution is a media whose main characteristic is the observance of professional ethics, and more importantly, it is a reference, reliable and influential media in all political, social, economic and cultural. In this article, by explaining the characteristics of ethical media, the do's and don'ts of news media and its effectiveness in increasing audience trust have been studied and analyzed. The method used in this article is library and how to explain the data is descriptiveanalytical.

Abstract: 

Professional means that: Others have the right and we have the duty. Professional ethics is a branch of applied ethics that deals with ethical issues in the profession and determines the appropriate behavior of the profession apart from expedient and legal factors, and the task of controlling behaviors and preventing moral problems and explaining standards and rules. Professional ethics is a kind of moral commitment and work conscience towards any kind of profession, duty and responsibility. The production profession, due to its special position in the leadership and management of the programming group and the wide audience in the field of influencing the cultural and social context, requires research and discussion on issues of professional ethics. Therefore, explaining a charter of professional ethics of the producer helps him to have complete knowledge of the communication parties and their rightful owners and familiarity with the ethical requirements in the process of programming production, in the path of the profession. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to refer to books and articles and field research to extract the ethical requirements of the production profession using the descriptive method and the method of correlation research. The main point of this article is that the producer is aware of the obligations he owes to his rights and is required to comply with them. As a result, by inferring eight stakeholder groups and conducting studies, it was found that there are ethical criteria in all stages of production that the producer must consider in order to realize the rights of its rightful owners.
