Introduction: The application of standards at each level of care in intensive care units has been a significant issue in recent years. The purpose of this study was to determine the standards of care levels in intensive care units. Methods: In this systematic review, all articles published in English from 2019-2001 and Persian sources in the period 2000-2009 were searched. On the standards of care levels of ICUs conducted at home and abroad, in databases such as Magiran Database, Sid, PubMed, Google Scholar, Science Direct was reviewed. The search resulted in 109 articles and research projects related to the subject, of which 10 were finally included in the study. Results: Each level of intensive care unit has certain standards in terms of structure, manpower, processes and equipment. It is recommended that, based on the level of specialty care provided, the type of services, equipment, manpower and processes be implemented in accordance with national guidelines in accordance with the standards of each level. Conclusions: Of the 10 studied, 4 were descriptive-analytical, 4 were descriptive-cross-sectional, one was analytical (10%), and one was a cohort study (10%). There were no intervention studies. There were 2 studies (20%) in India and 6 studies (60%) in Iran, one study (10%) in Canada and one study (10%) in the Netherlands. In addition, there were five factors: "physical spaces", "technology used in these units and monitoring of their accuracy", "manpower", "special services provided" and "education and research capability " as the underlying standards are central to determining the level of intensive care units.

Abstract:

Introduction: Employee retention is one of the major problems of public and private organizations that many of the organization’ s investments are easily eliminated, and the positive results of staff training experience are reflected in another organization. Therefore, the purpose of the present study is to determine factors related to turnover intention in sports organizations. Methods: The study is descriptive-correlational. The statistical population of the study consisted of all 890 employees of the Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs. The minimum sample size was 268, according to Cochran formula, 260 of which were usable. The statistical sample was selected by systematic random sampling. In this study, the “ Flexible Work Arrangement Use Scale, ” “ The Michigan Organizational Assessment Questionnaire, ” “ Time-Based Work-Family Conflict Scale, ” and “ Turnover Intention Scale” were used. After translating the scales, their construct validity was calculated through confirmatory factor analysis and combined reliability as well as Cronbach’ s alpha coefficient. SPSS software and version 2 software were used for data analysis. Results: There was no significant relationship between flexible work facilities (β = 0. 008, t = 0. 074) and a tendency to quit. There was no significant relationship between job satisfaction (β =-0. 189, t = 1. 932) and the desire to leave work. There was a significant positive relationship between family-work conflict (β = 0. 370, t = 3. 759) and the tendency to quit. Conclusions: Flexible work facilities are a factor in improving work performance that has eliminated the conflict between working with family and leaving work in sports organizations. Therefore, it is recommended that the Ministry of Youth and Sports officials implement flexible work facilities as a work-life balance and a factor to prevent the desire to quit their job.

Abstract:

Introduction: Self-efficacy is the belief in one's ability and ability to perform the task. One way to enhance employees' job self-efficacy is the manager's leadership style. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between leadership style of operating room supervisors and operating room technologists' selfefficacy in teaching hospitals of Iran University of Medical Sciences in 2017-2018. Methods: The present study is a descriptive-correlational study which was performed on 220 operating room technologists of hospitals of Iran University of Medical Sciences by stratified random sampling. Data were collected using two questionnaires: "Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire" and "Job Self-Efficacy Questionnaire. " The content validity of the questionnaires was confirmed in previous studies, and their reliability was tested by the retest method. Data were analyzed using SPSS 21 software. Results: Most operating room supervisors (65. 5%) had a transformational leadership style. The majority of operating room technologists (71. 4%) had high self-efficacy. There was a direct and significant correlation between transformational, exchangeable, and non-interference leadership styles of operating room supervisors with occupational self-efficacy (P < 0. 05). Also, the mean score of self-efficacy in transformational and exchangeable leadership styles was higher than non-interventionist leadership styles. Conclusions: There is a direct relationship between job self-efficacy with all three types of leadership styles, but the mean score of self-efficacy in transformational and exchangeable leadership styles is higher than the non-intervention style. Therefore, it is recommended that supervisors use transformational or transactional leadership styles, or a combination of these two leadership styles, depending on the situation in the operating room.

Abstract:

Introduction: Management of high-risk behaviors requires identifying influential and predictive factors. This study aimed to predict the role of emotional repression, anger dimensions, and interpersonal problems in high-risk behaviors of Tabriz University students. Methods: This study is a descriptive-correlation study. After the initial interview, 270 Tabriz University students who had at least one high-risk behavioral experience were selected through available sampling. Participants included the "Spielberger's State-Trait Anger Expression Inventory-2" (STAXI-2), the "Weinberger's Adjustment Inventory, " the "Interpersonal Problem Log" (IIP-32: Inventory of They completed the Interpersonal Problems-32) and the High-Risk Behavior Questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed in previous studies, and reliability was measured and confirmed using Cronbach's alpha. Data were analyzed by SPSS 22 software. Results: Among the components of research, the components of consideration of others (β =-0. 35), aggression (β = 0. 46) and support and participation (β =-0. 33), anger suppression and aggression (β = 0. 49). Tendency to physical anger (β = 0. 42) and anger expression-in (β = 0. 29) were able to predict highrisk behaviors. Based on the coefficient of determination, it can be said that in general, the criterion variables in the model can explain 16% (R2 = 0. 16) of the variance in the risk behaviors variable. Conclusions: Emotional repression, dimensions of anger, and interpersonal problems are essential determinants of high-risk behaviors. Therefore, it is suggested that programs such as emotion management and interpersonal problem-solving skills be included in high-risk behavior programs.
