Abstract: 

The analysis of the quality of the business environment and tourism entrepreneurship is one of the most important preconditions for improving the tourism business environment. In this regard, the new institutional economy, which focuses on the institutional environment, interprets the relations of tourist actors, which undeniable influence of government, laws and governance structure is undeniable. In this research, an explanation of the factors influencing the institutional environment of the tourism sector has been attempted with the concept of institutionalism and a qualitative approach (thematic analysis). Therefore, through in-depth interviews with 24 economic and tourism experts, institutional factors affecting the business environment and tourism entrepreneurship were identified and explained. The results of the research identified three main themes: the legal system, government policies and science and technology with their sub-themes, It was identified that the business environment of tourism is affected by them and the management and organization. . .

Abstract: 

This article has identified and compiled the future scenarios of tourism in Kerman in the perspective of 1410 with a future studies approach. The data has been developed with documentary and survey methods and in processing those from the Delphi method, structural analysis and Startup Wizard have been used. The statistical population includes fifteen scientific and executive elites of Kerman who, after the initial discussion sessions, weighing and identified 15 contingent status of the propellant factor in formulating scenarios. The results show that 80 percent of Kerman tourism situations in the future are favorable and 20 percent are stable and critical. Kerman city is facing three groups of tourism development scenarios in the future. The most desirable scenario is the first group, which is based on the foundation of competitiveness, axial plan and symmetrical development

Abstract: 

This study aimed to study the impact of quality relationship with the customer on customers’ loyalty in three branches of Akbar joojeh restaurants chain (Gorgan, Sari and Tehran). A non-random sampling method was utilized to select some customers of Akbar joojeh restaurants chain and the required data was collected by questionnaire. This study applied survey method and structural equation modeling through the Smart PLS software to analyze data. The statistical population of this research includes all customers of Akbar joojeh restaurants chain. The result of the study shows that the quality relationship with the customer has a positive and significant effect on customers’ loyalty. The results also revealed that of different dimensions of quality rwelationship with the customer, the variable of customer satisfaction has the largest amount of path coefficient and its impact on customers’ loyalty is higher than other variables.

Abstract: 

Strategic alliances have come to prove instrumental across various industries owing to rapidly evolving and competitive world. Partner selection plays core and key role in any strategic alliance formation and its outcome. Though voluminous studies targeted partner selection in general, the subject has rarely investigated in tourism industry particularly in the context of a tourism type i. e. medical tourism and a specified market i. e. Iran. To this end, 17 medical tourism experts have been recognized by snowball sampling. Data have been gathered through semi-structured interviews and analyzed with Maxqda 10 software based on theme analysis. Findings show that 3 main themes including prior relation and cognition, probing about partner and partner characteristics can affect on medical tourism alliance formation in Iran.

Abstract: 

This research was Expertise-Oriented and is conducted with aim of foresight sustainable branding of coastal tourism destinations via an illustrative-analyzing method. This research makes an effort to response this question that what is the best scenario for the sustainable branding of coastal tourism destination? To do so, after extracting and customizing required indexes and propulsions, variables and the relationships among them were checked, key variables were detected and adoption degree of influential and impressive items was extracted. Then deterministic or effective and two-sided variables, risks, objectives, results, exceptions and sustainable branding adjustment variables were extracted and main scenarios authored according to them and architectured in three local, national and international levels. Also, 3 scenarios are presented with topics of A transition with a reconstruction and improvement approach, Medium with a minimalistic retrieval approach and Optimal with a maximum retrieval approach.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this research is identifying the specific characteristics and the logical benefits of hotel Hospital with Halal brand. The research methodology is based on the philosophical interpretation, fundamental orientation, deductive approach and method of doing is qualitatively. The statistical population in this research was the staff, managers and patients of Gandi Hotel Hospital and Helal Complex of Iran. Sampling was done by judiciary and to extract tangible features and logical benefits with 15 employees and managers and for the extraction of emotional features, 20 patients were interviewed by this hotels hospital. The interview data was analyzed by thematic analysis technique using MAX QDA software. The results of this research are based on the Pyramid brand model which includes 14 tangible features and 67 Logical benefits.

Abstract: 

This study integrates the theory of values of the belief in the stern norm and the theory of expectation, and seeks to determine the model of the environmental behavior of tourists who are busy and dying. The statistical population of the study is tourists in Dareh and Durand in Tehran. In this study, S, PS, S and AMOS software was developed. Findings of the research indicate that the value orientation of the environment and the value orientation of social friendship affect the new ecological paradigm and also the awareness of the consequences on the conservation of the environment is unaffected. Abstract: 

Today, the best method to be dynamic to confront the environmental changes, which lead to a deep gap between country’ s needs and operation of corporations, is reconstructing the business models. Regarding the importance of reconstruction of business models, acquiring the advantage of competitiveness, the goal of this investigation is identifying the reconstruction of business models mix. The investigation approach is qualitative and developmental in terms of purpose. The statistical sample includes 13 directors who have had the experience of entrepreneurship within the tourism industry. The tool to collect data is interview; to analyze such data, method of content analysis has been selected. What is presented as the result of the investigation is that four main factors of reconstruction corporation’ s business models mix with concentration on processes, the major structure and based on profit models, within the framework of 4Cs are corporate culture, corporate social responsibility, creating shared values and capabilities.

Abstract: 

Health tourism is a form of tourism. The convenient access to the tourism infrastructures have a great effect on absorbing the health tourists and increasing their settlement in the destination. The current study aims to analyse the health tourism Infrastructure in the city of Yazd. The sample includes: cultural Heritage and Tourism Organization experts, managers of travel agencies and respective doctors. by studying the literature review and experts’ opinions 45 variables in the form of 11 factors were identified. Following, the proposed conceptual model was developed through semi-structured interviews. Then, Cognitive Mapping modeling and Ucient and Cognizer software were used. Finally, the infrastructure including: security, Marketing and Advertising notifications, rules and regulations, Training and travel agencies were considered as the most important factors. The final output was the conceptual model for evaluate and improve the infrastructure of health tourism.
