Abstract: 

When an organization operates in a highly competitive environment, evaluating the effectiveness of business intelligence systems plays a vital role in better understanding the value and effectiveness of management and investment activities. The purpose of this study was to design a smart model of management of Iranian chain stores based on business intelligence, studied by Proma chain store. . In this regard, by reviewing the literature and research background, the research model consisting of the concepts of business intelligence, stores, marketing and sales, consumer behavior and organizational agility was examined and according to research conducted by chain stores and companies. A provider of business intelligence tools, a model was implemented and studied in the Proma chain store. The main concern of most chain store managers is to increase the volume of business data and how to analyze it. It will help chain store managers by providing specific dashboards in different areas of the store in order to make rational decisions based on real data.

Abstract: 

The main purpose of this dissertation is to investigate the impact of market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation on export performance (Case study: small and medium companies active in the field of export. In this study, using written sources and expert opinions and also reviewing the research background). The articles of reputable journals, the conceptual model of research were extracted and the independent variable (tendency to entrepreneurship and market orientation) and the dependent variable (export performance) were included in the conceptual model of the research and then their standard questionnaires were prepared with the guidance of the supervisor. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was calculated to determine the validity of face and structural validity and to assess the reliability of the questionnaires. Sampling method in the present study is stratified random method, so the sample size was determined between five to fifteen times the number of questionnaire questions and between 131 senior managers and experts of the business unit and experts of the research and development unit of ten small and medium Iranian companies The field of export was distributed. After completion and collection, the required data were collected and used using descriptive statistics techniques and SPSS22 software and inferential statistics techniques with the help of AMOS statistical software using structural equation modeling. Findings indicate that all research hypotheses in which the significant effect between the dimensions of the independent variable and the dependent variable were examined were evaluated and all research hypotheses were confirmed.

Abstract: 

Nowadays, the concern (profit and loss) of businesses has become the concern of "presence and absence". In the last century, from the advent of scientific management until the sixties, the view of management was within the organization. Introverted management experts were immersed in theorizing and presenting complex and diverse techniques to improve the organization's financial, human, and technological resource management. In the meantime, what was forgotten was the customer and his needs. Introspective attitudes had ignored other environmental factors such as competitors, technological developments between industry and inclusiveness, global social and economic developments, and in general what is referred to in the management literature as environmental opportunities and threats. For a manager, no perception is more important than understanding the business. This insight is not limited to understanding the effective factors and the relationships between them, but intuitively discovering the unknown angles of this space and creating ideas to exploit them, is a manifestation of the value creation of this insight. This is especially true for new businesses, including Internet businesses. Advertising is one of the most important communication tools in business. The success or failure of many organizations and companies lies in the quality of their advertising activities. It is obvious that the continuation and development of sales of goods and services is possible when the advertising plan attracts customers. . Based on effective advertising, if the psychology of customer needs and tastes as well as the appropriate and artistic content of the message is considered in the promotion of goods and services, those goods and services will be more welcomed. One of the new types of advertising is Internet advertising, which is increasing in importance day by day with the development of Internet and traditional businesses. The present research is an applied research in terms of purpose And it is based on reality. In this research, to obtain information in the theoretical part, various library methods such as referring to scientific sources, books, reputable journals, articles and dissertations related to the subject and computer search in various sites and databases have been used. Abstract: 

Today, environmental performance with its emphasis on environmental protection has become one of the most important and fundamental issues in business enterprises. In this regard, the present study seeks to investigate the effect of customer incentives and costs on green supply chain management and environmental performance of companies operating in the steel industry of Guilan province. The statistical population of the study is companies located in the industrial city of Rasht and the method of the present study is descriptive and applied in terms of purpose. The sampling method in this study is random that 141 people were selected from the statistical population of the present study according to Cochran's formula in a limited community as a sample. The method of data collection in this field research and its tool is a standard questionnaire. Content validity, convergent validity, divergent validity were used to evaluate the validity of the questionnaire and Cronbach's alpha coefficient and combined reliability were used to determine the reliability. To test the research hypotheses, the structural equation modeling method was used using Smart PLS software. The results showed that all the research hypotheses at the level of %59 confirmation and customer motivation and cost motivation due to the mediation of green supply management measures explain 54. 49 of the environmental performance variable.

Abstract: 

The objective of the current study was to examine the effect of electronic banking on the behavioral intentions of consumers in banking industry. The current study is practical in term of purpose and based on data collection, data analysis, descriptive research and the method of correlation. Statistical society of the current research included customers of branches of Pasargad Bank in the city of Qom who used the electronic banking services; the convenient sample selection from the targeted type was used for selecting the sample and 111 people were selected as sample. A questionnaire was used to collect data. To investigate means of data analysis including descriptive statistics and inferential statistics, structural equation modeling (using software PLS) was used. The results of analysis of the data showed that demand performance, ease of understanding, perceived risk and perceived usefulness of the use of electronic banking of Pasargad Bank influence on consumers' behavioral intention.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to provide a model for determining the factors affecting investment attraction in Aras Foreign Free Trade Zone in 1911. The statistical population of this study is business zone experts, professors and experts familiar with the category of free zones as well as investors. Internal and external, 121 of which research hypotheses have been examined using spss22 software. The location factor affects the investment attraction in Aras foreign trade zone. The economic factor affects the investment attraction in Aras foreign trade zone. The support factor does not affect the attraction of investment in Aras foreign trade zone. The policy factor affects the attraction of investment in Aras foreign trade zone. The rules and regulations affect the attraction of investment in Aras foreign trade zone. The management factor is effective in attracting investment in Aras foreign trade area.

Abstract: 

Undoubtedly, the biggest concern of authorities and decision-makers in any country is macroeconomic situation of the country. . Micro-businesses are a way to create an important factor for employment and entrepreneurship. In developing countries, micro firms to employment generation and income distribution play a considerable role. They also play an important role in creating more job opportunities for the population and have a high proportion of employment in their hands. The aim of this research is to identify internal and external factors affecting the sustainability of jobs created by the karafarini omid cash of gilan and the role of insurance in the stability of the business is generated by the karafarini omid cash of gilan. The research statistical society is consist of 53 experts and top entrepreneurs omid entrepreneurial fund Gilan Province. Due to the exploratory study and based on the nature and purpose, is a descriptive of the survey research. In this study to identify the most important criteria is used Research literature. to determine the priority of this study is used Multi-criteria decision-making models & fuzzy hierarchical analysis model. To analyze the obtained data is used Basic code in Microsoft Excel. The results show that internal factors than external factors have more priority on the stability of their jobs. Also The job experience, Raw material, the age of the entrepreneur, skill of human resources, business registration status, market, insurance, banking facilities, low productivity, management skills and Related Education are the ten constant priority for jobs.

Abstract: 

The main purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of entrepreneurial orientation, structural and human capital on the performance of entrepreneurial companies through the variable mediation of employees of small and medium-sized shoe companies in Tehran. During the second half of 9911 ". The components of entrepreneurial orientation (pioneering, innovation and risk-taking) are structural and human capital as independent variables and company performance as a dependent variable. Kirkan's innovation is also considered as a moderating variable. The statistical population of the study includes all staff members of small and mediumsized shoe manufacturing companies in Tehran. Using Morgan table, 842 people were selected as a statistical sample. The research method is descriptive survey and the method of data collection is library method and questionnaire distribution. The method of data analysis is through correlation test and multiple regression. The results showed that the components of entrepreneurial orientation (pioneering, innovation and risktaking), structural and human capital have a direct and significant impact on the performance of companies and employee innovation strengthens the direct impact of components of entrepreneurial orientation (pioneering, innovation and risk-taking). Structural and human capital depends on the performance of companies.

Abstract: 

E-banking, as the most important requirement for the development of e-commerce in the country, has grown significantly. The aim of this study was to identify and rank the factors affecting the tendency of customers to use Internet and mobile banking in Bank Mellat Zahedan. The present research is an applied research in terms of purpose and its type of work is a combination of descriptive-survey methods according to the nature of the research and the studied components and the approach of the research. The method of data collection in this study is library and field studies (questionnaire). The questionnaire was prepared in four sections and 36 items in the form of technological, psychological, innovative and customer-oriented characteristics of users and was distributed among 63 customers of Bank Mellat Zahedan. Due to the high average of 6 in customers' answers to the research questionnaire questions, the components are strongly present in the statistical community. The results of the analysis of dependent t-sample test showed that there is a difference between customers' expectations and perceptions of the research components and the level of expectations is higher than their perceptions. The results of Friedman test also showed that customer-oriented characteristics are more important and psychological, technological and innovative characteristics are in the next ranks. At the end of the research, suggestions are provided to improve the performance of Bank Mellat Zahedan in providing services to customers.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of innovative marketing on brand loyalty with the mediating role of customer satisfaction (Case study: Apple brand) using the model of Gupta et al. (6102) and Vera and Torrigio (6102). To investigate the study, a sample of 583 people was made available through the Telegram channel and Instagram pages. Data collection tool was a standard questionnaire with 62 questions whose validity and reliability were confirmed and distributed among the statistical population. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. At the level of statistics, descriptive indicators such as frequency and frequency percentage; At the level of inferential statistics from correlation methods, structural equation modeling, path analysis has been performed; For this purpose, SPSS and LISREL software were used. The results of the analysis indicate the positive and significant impact of innovative marketing on brand loyalty both directly and indirectly through customer satisfaction among Apple brand customers.
