Abstract: 

Motivation at work is a multiple phenomenon which cannot be evaluated by a single variable, directly.Motivation at work is concerned with internal and external variables which determine, initiation, form, direction, intensity and duration of the work.Furthermore, personnel’s motivation for work originates from complexity of the individuals’ personalities, nature of the work and the characteristics of the work environment.Although, several different theories have been offered for explication, justification, explanation and control of different aspect of the motivation process, most theories are not adequate enough to cover all humane existential aspects and they do not offer a theorical comprehensive framework which can motivate employees to perform their duties.In this paper an attempt has been made to formulate a relatively comprehensive model of employees motivation with individual existential social, mental, spiritual aspects, in an organization, that is designed as “Motivating model based on employees’ spirituality”.This model has four dimensions: Superpersonal, intrapersonal, interpersonal, exopersonal with their indicatives as “spirituality”.In other words, “spirituality” is defined through a humane quadruple relationship; connection with God, self-relation, interaction with others and interaction with environment, which are all concerned with human’s existential aspects, i.e, the superpersonal relationship with spiritual aspect, interapersonal with mental aspect, intrapersonal with social aspect, exopersonal with life aspect.

Abstract: 

Many companies intend to operate at the global level, therefore, the world-class manufacturer and strategic supplier selection have the highest priority for their success. This paper tries to design a supplier evaluation model to select the suppliers that can operate at world-class level and are capable of strategic co-operation with the main company.Global strategic supplier selection model is a mathematical model with multi stage algorithm. This mathematical model is relevant to Iranian companies’ needs in the process of selecting the suppliers with two specifications:1. Operating (producing) at the global level.2. Having the capability of strategic co-peration with them.The developed model, was applied to determine the best fifty suppliers. The results showed that the pervious ranking of supplier companies is not valid. The new supplier statistically selection model, change the pervious ranking by 96%, thus the two-mentioned hypothesis were confirmed.

Abstract: 

With the emergence of predictive maintenance in 1980, radical changes took place in maintenance planning. Predictive maintenance depends on the prediction of facilities failure which are used at present. By predicting the failures correctly in future, we can decrease the cost of maintenance to a great extent. This approach involves using multiple techniques including artificial intelligence, that is, neural network, and “fuzzy sets” theory. The cost of maintenance is high for the activities of Iran’s National Gas Company, therefore, the application of predictive maintenance can be economical. Gas is distributed through underground pipes which Corrosion destroys; thus, the cost inflicted on the society’s capital is incalculable.In this study predicting the failure was based on the combined model of fuzzy neural network and principle component analysis. The results indicated that this model can decrease the inspection costs by 25%.

Abstract: 

The main objective of every organization is to build a strong relation between its product and the particular customer group, rather than merely making a singel sale. The essence of this relationship is a strong bond between the customer and the specific brand. This process includes the following identifiable phases: introduction, familiarity, preference, and finally, if successful, the customer’s loyalty, the competitors frustration and organization success will follow. In this research the effective factors on customers, preference to select a governmental or state bank in Isfahan has been studied. By putting forward nine hypotheses, the effect of service variety, convenient services location, physical factors, bank credit rating, speed of providing services, new technology, frindliness of the staff, interest rate of deposits and service charges on customers, preference have been studied. For this purpose, 150 customers from different branches of state banks in Isfahan were randomly selected. The results indicated that all the hypothe sized factors had a definite effect on customers, preference to select a state governmental bank. There was a significant difference among customers, preferences with regard to their job, educational degree, and type of their bank account. In addition, it was observed that the freindliness of the staff, convenient location and speed of providing services were the most influential factors on customers, preference to select services a governmental bank in Isfahan.

Abstract: 

In the present research, has been studied the performance of agricultural co-operative societies in Khorasan Province. The main purposes of this study were as follows: 1-Determination of the performance level of agricultural co-operatives in organizing the dispersed human resources in agriculture sector.2- Determination of the performance level of agricultural co-operatives in meeting members, needs.This is an applied descriptive survey. To collect data, researcher-made questionnaire was used and the related documents were reviewed. The validity of questionnaires was tested by Cronbach' alpha and spss software. cronbach' alpha coefficient for 20 questions of questionnaire related to organizing disperse human resource in agriculture sector was 88 percent and for 56 questions of questionnaire related to meeting members' needs was 81 percent which both results showed high validity. Statistical sample size was determined by two level cluster-ransom sampling method. In the first step three cities (Bojnord-Ferdows-Mashhad) from the total 22 cities in Khorasan Province were selected. At the second level from the total of 48 agricultural co-operatives with the total number of 36, 195 members in these three cities through simple random method, 15 agricultural co-operatives and their 300 members were selected (From each city 100 members) participated in the study. To test the hypotheses, T-student Test was used. The Hypotheses in this research were not verified. According to the results, the performance level of agricultural co-operative societies in both approaches were evaluated higher than medium level and lower than successful level. The main factors which affect low performance are: The shortage of capital, credit and lack of participation by members in activities.

Abstract: 

In this paper we are going to investigate the collusion between tax payers and tax auditor (inspector) in order to take evasive action in taxpaying, in a simple game theatrical model. In this model from the government (or tax administration) view point, there are kinds of tow auditors: honest and dishonest and There is the probability that the taxpayer may collude with dishonest auditors, and repeat the tax low. Therefore, in this model there are three players: taxpayers, auditors, and the Government. The aim of the government in this game is to select a strategy that maximizes tax incomes and minimizes tax evasion (net income). We found a condition in which the net income maximized the collusion parameter.
