Abstract: 

According to importance of purchasing decision style, current research have tried to be identified and prioritized styles of purchase decision making on the basis of Sproles and Kendall’ s model. So this is an applied research which was developed to investigate to demonstrate consumer purchase style among different ages of consumer in Tehran. The statistical population of this study is composed of consumers of different age groups who buy from well-known food stores in Tehran. Based on the Cochran formula 2100 individuals have been considered as the statistical sample. For data collection the standard questionnaires were applied. The validity and reliability of the questionnaires were tested and the required changed were applied. As the result show via ANOVA indicated that there are significant differences between six buying styles of eight styles and there is not a significant difference between two styles. The results of data analysis by using Topsis technic for prioritizing styles of purchase decision making of Iranian consumers of different age groups indicated that buying styles of being perfectionistic and high quality conscious were the top priority of teenagers, youth, middle-aged and adults, and styles of being aware of prices and value of exchanged good were the top priority of elders. .

Abstract: 

Today, due to the ever-increasing competition between organizations and uncertain environments that have been created by many changes in customer needs, using an efficient supply chain can be considered as a competitive advantage for any organization. In this regard, one solution is lean approach. Lean approach helps to eliminate waste in the supply chain. On the other hand, based on the state of Iran and the abundance of oil and gas resources, the implementation of lean approach in the supply chain of the organizations operating in this field is very important. In order to conduct this study that has been carried out in one of the largest companies operating in the offshore sector and the aim of this research is to provide a lean supply chain model in offshore oil and gas industry and accordingly, executive solutions can be presented. First, by reviewing the literature and opinion poll at the experts, the 11 factors that lead to lean supply chain were identified. Then, using fuzzy analytical heararchy process and interpretive structural modeling approach, the research model was developed and based on it, the factor: “ leadership and management” , “ information sharing” , ‘ financing” and “ supplier contact” identified as the most influential and “ minimizing the delivery time” was identified as the most influential factor. In the next step, the model was validated in quantitative and statistical analyzes as well as qualitative. Finally, some suggestions were made to achieve lean procurement process in the offshore sector of the oil and gas industry.

Abstract: 

Professionalism is a key concept in the sociology of work, the sociology of occupations, the sociology of professions, management, public administration, Organizational Behavior and in general, organizations and societies at large. Research evidence suggests that executives and top managers have limited attitudes toward human resource function and human resource practitioners, experts and human resource managers but today, new realities of organizations in the global level have put the emphasis on professional status of human resources around the world. Therefore, the main objective of this research is to identify influencing factors on HR professionalism and the dimensions and components of human resource professionalism in organizations. In order to achieve this goal, this research has been carried out using a qualitative method (Meta-analysis). The tool for collecting data and information in this study is the past documents in this field, which generally consists of 36 articles. The method of data analysis is based on open coding. The results indicate that the factors affecting the professionalism of human resources can be based on three general categories (environmental, organizational and individual) and identified dimensions can be analyzed on nine dimensions (governing body, ethical code, independence, certification, legal status, contribution to Society, the body of knowledge, research base, identification). Abstract: 

E-Banking is a new type of banking service where banking services are provided using-environments. This kind of banking activity has spread throughout the world since 1991. Customers are migrating from traditional banking to modern banking with the increase of e-banking services and the provision of various tools for banking transactions. Accordingly, it is important to examine the progress of banks in these tools and the level of customer satisfaction. This study first analyzes the extent of customer satisfaction with these tools by examining customer transactions in Branch, ATM, Internet Bank and Mobile Bank Which has conducted this survey for a hundred thousand customers. After an initial analysis of the use of tools, Customers were clustered using k-Mean Method and Imperialist Competitive Algorithm with MATLAB software and grouped into seven clusters. Then the characteristics of each cluster are examined and strategies for each cluster are presented. In the final stage, we analyzed the strategies proposed by the Shapely value-based game theory approach and the most important strategies proposed. . .

Abstract: 

Despite the growing body of research acknowledging that strong brands are critical for firms' long-term competitiveness, little research examines how firms should manage their brands internally to maximize their value and the brand performance. The aim by present study is to examine the role the role of market orientation, brand management and marketing innovation in improving brand performance. Population of study consists of active firms in the country's food industry and size of sample is 222 obtained through stratified random sampling way. Data gathering toll is the standard questionnaire, for whose reliability Cronbach alpha was applied. Present study is an applied study in terms of purpose and in terms of collecting data it is regarded as a descriptive survey. Considered model was studied using structural equations modeling. The findings show that brand management system helps companies achieve brand performance better than competitors, and market orientation and marketing innovation are two of the key constituents of the system's development. In this study, the brand management system was considered as an intermediate variable for achieving better brand performance. . .

Abstract: 

The diversity of the skills required in project management and the demand for learning them as one of the main sources of competitive advantage in organizations is growing. One of the ways to learn project management capabilities is through other organizations and people. Inter-organizational learning is the way in which different organizations in an alliance collaborate, share knowledge, and learn from one another. This research focuses mainly on project management capabilities inter-organizational learning process and also on factors affecting it. By using explorative studies, a theoretical model for project management capabilities inter-organizational learning is developed and research hypotheses are formulated based on this model. The data collected from 34 organizational units responsible for different project management functions in two international consortiums of Iran petroleum industry is analyzed and then by using the structural equation modeling, the relationships between research variables are tested. Fitting indices of the model and impact factors between variables resulted from data analysis mostly shows acceptable fit and very strong relationship between components of the model. Finally, suggestions to be used by project based organizations as well as suggestions for future studies are presented along with research results. . .

Abstract: 

با توجه به اهمیت سبک های تصمیم گیری خرید، در این مقاله سعی شده است تا بر اساس مدل اسپرولز و کندال سبک های تصمیم گیری خرید در بین گروه های سنی مختلف مصرف کنندگان ایرانی که از فروشگاه های مواد غذایی بزرگ در سطح شهر تهران خرید می کنند، شناسایی و اولویت بندی شوند. برای دسترسی بهتر به جامعه آماری، بخش مرکز شهر تهران با استفاده از نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای به عنوان جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر انتخاب شد. سپس بر اساس فرمول کوکران 2100 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری تحقیق با استفاده از نمونه گیری در دسترس در نظر گرفته شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها در این پژوهش، پرسشنامه حضوری است. نتیجه تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل واریانس، جهت شناسایی سبک های تصمیم گیری خرید در بین گروه های سنی مختلف مصرف کنندگان ایرانی بیانگر آن بود که شش سبک از هشت سبک در بین گروه های سنی مختلف مصرف کنندگان ایرانی تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد و در دو سبک تفاوت معناداری وجود ندارد. همچنین نتایج تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از تحلیل تکنیک تاپسیس، جهت اولویت بندی سبکهای تصمیم گیری خرید در بین گروه های سنی مختلف مصرف کنندگان ایرانی بیانگر این موضوع است که سبک ایده آل خواهی و آگاهی به کیفیت کالا اولویت اول گروه های سنی نوجوانان، جوانان، میانسالان و بزرگسالان و سبک آگاهی به قیمت و ارزش مورد تبادل اولویت اول گروه سنی سالمندان می باشند...

Abstract: 

This research aims at presenting the IT maturity model in Iranchr('39')s governmental organizations. This research is an applied one in terms of the objective and is correlational and descriptive in terms of the nature. The research has bad been conducted in a survey method. The statistical population of this research included senior managers and IT experts of organization, which 27 persons were selected non-randomly and by judgment sampling method. A questionnaire based on the combinational model (including 24 main components and 64 questions) has been used to collect information. The opinions of the professors and experts have been used in order to confirm the validity of the questionnaire and the Cronbachchr('39')s alpha has been used to measure the reliability of the questionnaires. Descriptive statistics including mean and standard deviation have been used in order to analyze the questionnaire. Also, one-sample t-test has been used in order to compare the mean of components (questions) with the mean of data. This test has been performed with 95% confidence level and a 5% error rate. Based on the results of this test, the components have been classified into three categories less than the mean (significant), in the mean (insignificant) and more than the mean (significant). Research findings show that the registration documents organization is in the level 2(awareness) in terms of the maturity. This level also indicates that this organization is aware of the situation of IT and its needs in this area and is planning to improve it. . .
