Abstract: 

The main idea of any military force is known in the form of its doctrine; doctrine is a mental thing and a set of beliefs and knowledge that has been proven by experience. Military doctrine is a framework for the use of forces, equipment, and tactics in war. Victory in the future wars will be possible when Nezaja adjusts its operational structure to the levels of war and military doctrine. According to the available documents, war and doctrine have three levels: tactical, operational and strategic. In the current structure of AJA and Nezaja, there is no technical and meta-strategic level. This study aims to explain the operational structure of Nezaja based on the levels of military doctrine and future wars. This developmental-applied study has been done by field-case based method. The statistical population is 50 military elites with the rank of brigadier general and above who have at least a bachelor's degree and have been the commander of the division and brigade for three years. The method of data collection is field and library. Findings are analyzed using expert methods. The results of the research indicate that the future war has 5 levels of doctrine and 5 levels of implementation: technical, tactical, operational, strategic and supra-strategic levels. In order to reduce the levels and layers of command, the operational structure of Nezaja in the future war is in the form of companies, battalions, divisions and Nezaja. In this structure, two layers of brigade command and regional headquarters are eliminated. At present, the structure of Nezaja is brigade-oriented and headquarter-based, so its approach is threat-oriented and action-oriented. If the structure of Nezaja is based on battalions and divisions, its approach will become security-oriented and supra-actional. This article does not seek to change the organizational structure of Nezaja, but to look at the organization for combat and the operational structure of Nezaja in a possible future war.

Abstract: 

Choosing the eligible people is one of the key factors in the success and excellence of organizations. This issue is one of the most important issues in military organizations and the lack of a proper command system causes irreparable damage to the organization and ultimately to the country; therefore, the selection and appointment of commanders in different levels of the organization should be based on criteria to select the most eligible people to hold command positions. This study aims to identify and prioritize Ground Force commanders' eligibility criteria with a focus on the teachings of Nahj al-Balaghah. In this applied research the paradigm is qualitative-quantitative with an exploratory approach. Because of the importance of the subject and its wide range of dimensions, the prioritization of the identified criteria should be based on collective wisdom; accordingly, the fuzzy Delphi method is used next to the library study. The fuzzy Delphi method was implemented in two stages by forming a group of military experts and elites under the command of the West Regional Headquarter in Nezaja. The findings indicate the confirmation and prioritization of 24 indicators extracted from Islamic sources, especially the holy book of Nahj al-Balaghah. Also, based on the results of exploratory factor analysis, the 24 indicators were divided into three categories of school, ethical and organizational criteria. Applying prioritized criteria in the selection and appointment of commanders and senior managers of Nezaja can help this organization to achieve its high organizational goals.

Abstract: 

Cyber deterrence is one ways to deal with cyber threats. In this study the dimensions and components of cyber power in the field of cyber deterrence of the armed forces are studied. It aims to present a conceptual model for evaluating the cyber power of the armed forces with focus on the dimension of cyber deterrence. In this applied research 132 people were selected from among 200 cyber experts with security considerations. To know the dimensions and components of the conceptual model, the research method is exploratory in the first stage and to do the statistical analysis, the method is analytical in the second one. The method of data collection is field and the tool of data collection is a questionnaire. Statistical analysis was performed using one-sample T test. The results show that the conceptual model has five components: repentance of the enemy, continuity of operations, response to the invasion, consolidation and recovery. Also, the operation continuity component has a higher priority than other components. The results of this research can be used by the Deputy of ICT to identify and prioritize the cyber assets of the Armed Forces in order to create a cyber deterrent against threats.

Abstract: 

This study aims to identify and examine the involved components in improving the quality of learning in military universities and higher education institutions. In this mix method study 23 people were selected from among the Academic members and lecturers of Baqiyatallah Medical University, Imam Hussein Engineeing Faculties, Shahid Sattari Aerospace Science and Technology and Imam Ali (PBUH) Military University purposefully based on snowball sampling to interview in-depth. In addition, by using Cochran relation in a limited community, 386 people were selected from among the cadets of aforementioned universities based on simple random sampling method. Some questionnaires were returned and some were discarded due to defects in the outputs. Finally, 294 completed questionnaires were analyzed. After collecting and coding the data, descriptive and inferential statistical methods (mean, frequency, standard deviation, structural equations, chi-square, correlation and Friedman analysis of variance) in Lisrel and SPSS software were used to analyze them. Organizing and compiling the quality of learning's factors in military universities are divided in three parts: First, reviewing the results of the research background to obtain the main factors of the quality of education in military higher education institutions. The Second is the preparation of the questionnaire items for the initial implementation, and the third is the final implementation and validation of the proposed model for measuring the quality of learning in military higher education institutions. The validity coefficient of the main factors affecting the quality of learning in military universities was calculated through Cronbach's alpha and finally the results of the research led to the identification of components involved in improving the quality of learning in military universities and higher education institutions.

Abstract: 

The prerequisite for any action to solve the country's problems is to use jihadi management or work and effort with divine intention and based on knowledge and wisdom. This study aims to investigate the relationship between two key issues of jihadi management and strategic management and finally identify effective indicators. In this developmental-applied research, the method of collecting the data is survey, descriptive and analytical. 100 people were selected from among 135 people based on Cochran's formula. In the procedure of the research, first, the main indicators of jihadi management and strategic management were identified. Next, two separate questionnaires designed to evaluate the indicators of jihadi and strategic management. Then, the conceptual model that fits through the test was presented. The model was solved by structural equation method and based on the results, the correlation coefficient between jihadi and strategic management was 0. 89. The results indicate that there is a direct relationship between the indicators of two styles of jihadi management and strategic management. In the analysis of the results, it has been shown that improvement in jihadi management indicators will lead to improvement and effectiveness in strategic management indicators.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study is to identify the harms in the path of self-confidence and hope of AJA staff with a mixed (qualitative-quantitative) approach. The statistical population for the qualitative phase included some experts in the fields of psychology and sociology, as well as commanders and strategic managers of the army, and for the quantitative phase, included all commanders, managers and staff of some AJA universities. In the qualitative part, 20 people were selected with targeted judgment approach and in the quantitative part, 240 people were selected with stratified random sampling method as the statistical samples. Data collection tools in this study include a semi-structured interview and a 24-item questionnaire in which the validity of the interview questions was calculated by the criterion of acceptability and verification and its reliability by retest method (88. 4%). Also, the validity of the questionnaire questions was confirmed by content method and its reliability by Cronbach's alpha method (0. 869). Data was analyzed in the qualitative part by content analysis method and in the quantitative part by confirmatory factor analysis in Amos 21 software. The results of the qualitative section showed that the harms of staff's self-confidence and hope can be divided into six categories: command-managerial, educational-personality, occupational-structural, cultural, social and psychological harms. Also, the findings of factor analysis revealed that among the self-confidence harms, command-management (with a factor load of 0. 912) and among staff's hope harms, educational-training (with a factor load of 0. 972) provide the most support for their measurement model.
