Abstract

The prerequisite for any action to solve the country's problems is to use Jihadi management or work and effort with divine intention and based on knowledge and wisdom. This study aims to investigate the relationship between two key issues of Jihadi management and Strategic Management and finally identify effective indicators. In this developmental-applied research, the method of collecting the data is survey, descriptive and analytical. 100 people were selected from among 135 people based on Cochran's formula. In the procedure of the research, first, the main indicators of Jihadi management and Strategic Management were identified. Next, two separate questionnaires designed to evaluate the indicators of jihadi and Strategic Management. Then, the conceptual model that fits through the test was presented. The model was solved by structural equation method and based on the results, the correlation coefficient between jihadi and Strategic Management was 0. 89. The results indicate that there is a direct relationship between the indicators of two styles of Jihadi management and Strategic Management. In the analysis of the results, it has been shown that improvement in Jihadi management indicators will lead to improvement and effectiveness in Strategic Management indicators.
