Today, the entrepreneurial value chain of most countries' approach to achieving sustainable development ideals, through the institutionalization of comprehensive organizational entrepreneurship development programs, will take place in organizations. Accordingly, this study aims to validate the dimensions of organizational entrepreneurship based on the entrepreneurial value chain in the company of rural production cooperatives in Golestan province (case of study: the fleshy poultry farmers’ cooperatives in Golestan province). The research method used, in terms of the amount and degree of control, is field and in terms of information collection is descriptive and in terms of time is a one-time research. The statistical comprehensive includes members of active poultry farmers' cooperatives in Golestan province. Sampling method is classification sampling appropriate to organizational entrepreneurship on the entrepreneurial value chain, which is in terms of frequency (number) of cooperatives in Golestan province. The number of statistical samples was 220. In the organizational entrepreneurship section, the standard questionnaire of Antonik and Hisrich (2001) and Scipers et al. (2008) were used. Content and structural validity methods were used to determine the validity. Cronbach's alpha method was used to determine the reliability. The results of validity and also the study of the factor load of items showed that research variables and related items and components have appropriate validity. In addition, the results of reliability indicate the reliability of the questionnaires. Considering the results, it is suggested that cooperatives pave the way for organizational entrepreneurship of the employees to be more productive and stay in the field of competition.

Entrepreneurship development is important for any business. The purpose of this study is to present an entrepreneurial model for start-ups focused on the impact of innovation and informal learning. The present research model examines the role of informal training on business performance and customer expectation estimation. The derived theoretical model was tested on 100 startup business data in Iran. The PLS-SEM analysis showed that informal learning directly affects the performance of businesses. Findings showed that human capital is one of the determinants of informal learning. The mediating effect of informal training and customer expectation estimation on the relationship between HR quality and business performance was quite evident.

The current study has been designed to recognize indicators of skills training on universities to equal access to quality education and and propose a model for equal access to quality of skills training in higher education is designed with qualitative approach of thematic content analysis. The statistical population was consisted of the faculty members and experts at the research centers who have had research and executive experience in the field of higher education. This study was carried out via the Grounded Theory. To this end, 21 persons were selected using purposive sampling until theoretical saturation was obtained. The required data was collected by means of semi-structured interviews and data analysis was conducted using three stages of coding. Its validity was approved by the experts and the reliability was calculated via coding of six interviews, agreement or consistency with the agreement coefficient equal to 0. 89. The results indicated that creating equal access to quality of skills training at the universities is realized in three stages: process, graduation and after graduation And nine indexes included Appropriate curriculum, educational facilities, Accurate evaluation, Graduate and professor satisfaction with university skills training, supplementary and skill training, employment related to the field study, Entrepreneurship and job creation, Employer Satisfaction and on the-job training.

Architectural Education in the traditional world relies on educating the Fotowwat-name of the builders and other existing Fotowwat-name. Understanding Fotowwat-name, discovering the interaction between architects in cities, the ethics values that govern them and teaching methods are the main concern and necessity of research. The goal of this study is to identify and analyze Fotowwat-name and traditional training of architectural skills and to find solutions and methods of teaching architectural skills. The research method is Historical-critical, using existing documents, and seeks to identify the traditional architectural skills education. A better explore of the subject using the most important documents, books, and publications was the principal goal. The information gathered is based on title and time and organized based on the mindset. In the traditional world architecture educations, intellectual and theoretical topics have transferred to the student along with practical training, and professional ethics has been taught to them. To improve nowadays architecture education, technical skills, and entering the construction profession, new concepts can be borrowed from traditions. Including student cooperation with a professor for several consecutive semesters, assigning a limited number of students for each professor, adding practical activities, Aptitude search in students to continue their education, and enter the job market.

Total quality management is one of the most successful management philosophies. Among the essential elements of TQM, focus on customer satisfaction is the most important element. Therefore, the key to successful implementation of TQM is to identify the key variables of customer satisfaction. Therefore, the present study aims to investigate the effect of total quality management (TQM) on customer satisfaction. The research methodology is a correlation study of the statistical community of trainers and experts of the General Directorate of Technical and Vocational training of Mazandaran Province. They were randomly selected from 130 people based on the Cochran sample size model. The data collection tool is a researcher-made questionnaire. The method of statistical analysis is descriptive and inferential linear multivariate regression. The results show a 37% relationship between total quality management and customer satisfaction. The results of this study indicate that the use of a Total quality management system can greatly enhance customer satisfaction.

E-marketing is defined as the marketing of products and services using digital channels, which is defined as the process of using digital technologies to gain customers and create customer preferences, promote the brand, retain customers and increase sales. The aim of this study is to identify the parameters affecting e-marketing in e-business using decision tree algorithms. This study examines electronic data mining techniques such as C&R Tree, Chaid and C5. 0 in Khogar Furniture online store by examining electronic marketing and related factors such as convenience, usefulness, trust, risk perception, digital culture of consumption. Responsibility, impact of digital environment, word of mouth and suggestion and criticism of products as inputs and e-marketing index as output were evaluated and the accuracy of the models was determined in two modes of training and testing. The Chaid Tree method was determined. It has a more favorable method than other methods.
