Islamic society, like any other society, needs its own culture. Organizational culture in society is intertwined with ethics, behavior, and values, and these values influence organizational culture. The culture of the society is connected with human and religious values and its moral principles and pays attention to the divine ideals. The purpose of this article is to design a comprehensive model to strengthen the organizational culture based on the moral values of Islam. The present study is qualitative in terms of purpose and qualitative content analysis has been used to analyze the data. The results showed that according to Islamic verses, hadiths and hadiths, there are six main dimensions to organizational culture based on moral values based on Islam: commitment at work, work ethic, welfare and comfort, populism at work, work motivation and Continuous improvement that these dimensions include 17 components.

In Talkhī ṣ Buṭ iqā , Averroes has his own innovations. In this book, he expresses the most poetic rules according to the characteristics of Arabic language. Now the question arises: What is the purpose of these innovations? This essay tries to examine one of these innovations and answer the above question. In this study, the ethical Objective of religious speech from Talkhī ṣ Buṭ iqā are divided and expressed into two parts: the importance of using figures of speech and the ethical objective of Religious Speech. In these subjects, he follows ethical purposes. In his view, most Arab verses, while can be praised due to their aesthetics and exalted figures of speech, at the same time should be reproached because of their humiliation and frivolity. He believes that, because Arab poets are far away from ethical education they cannot overtake young people education. According to Ibn Rushd, every action is drawn to either goodness or ugliness, virtue or vice by simile and other figures. Moral virtue is well illustrated in religious discourse, especially in the story of Prophet Yusuf (AS). Cruelty towards him by his brothers leads to more virtues by changing the self and creating fear and mercy towards the brothers, thus achieving happiness and showing the status of morality. Therefore, the end of morality in Talkhī ṣ Buṭ iqā is literally completed with the verses of the Qur'an and the Shari'a, because it provides a complete tool for human education.

Euthanasia is a critical issue in the scope of life ending cares. Many people want to end their lives, without pain and suffering, and do not want to impose burdensome to their family members; besides these people, many doctors try to prepare for them the comfortable and quiet death. Many countries are attempting to legitimize this practice and in many countries are now being done legally. Of course, there are very serious opponents. Among the the medical, legal, and… discussions, ethical analysis of Euthanasia is a very important oe. This paper tries to review Euthanasia in terms of intuition-based Deontologism, According to some of the most important ethical principles of David Ross. Principles such as loyalty, beneficence, selfimprovement, and avoidance of hurting others are at the top of the most important principles against euthanasia. In this study, it has shown that only voluntary passive euthanasia and palliative care could be allowed based on the principles of intuition-based Deontologism.

Physical education and sports are an important part of the school curriculum and the process of educating students, and the observance of the principles of professional ethics by sports teachers is considered essential to the quality of education; Therefore, the purpose of this study was to design a professional ethics model for physical education teachers, which was done with a qualitative method based on basic theory (with Charms constructivist approach. (The statistical population of the study included experts in the field of ethics and sports. To select the interviewees, purposeful sampling based on the theoretical method was used to select the sample. Skinner et al. 's criteria were used to assess the validity of the instrument and retest reliability was used to assess the reliability. The data analysis process was based on three stages of initial or open coding, centralized coding and theoretical coding. Finally, the professional ethics model of physical education teachers was formed at three levels, including the factors affecting professional ethics, levels of professional ethics and its consequences.

Moral responsibility to other human beings is one of the fundamental issues addressed by moral schools and philosophers. The present study, using a descriptive-analytical method based on Kant's view, addresses the question of what is the concept of moral responsibility and from the perspective of conscientious objectors, what is the position of others in moral relations and responsibilities and why the moral agent has moral responsibility to others. Based on the explanations and evaluations, it became clear that conscientiousness, unlike other theories, has a more coherent approach to the concept of moral responsibility. Conscientiousness emphasizes the role of actual goodness along with the present goodness on the role of moral duties by emphasizing the issue of merit, competence and merit of the moral agent. In a general sense, conscientiousness has a more coherent approach to the concept of moral responsibility than moral theories, and considers issues such as entitlement, authority, rationalism, dignity, and merit. In his moral theory, Kant addresses many forms of conscientiousness, including rationalism and elitism in the field of ethics, but he seeks to bring ethics from popular sentiment, experience, and wisdom to the rational foundation, and accordingly to responsibility. Public Sociology, as an interdisciplinary field, emphasizes knowledge derived from the people and made for the people, and believes in providing policies for the public welfare of society. Research ethics argues that the subjects studied by the researcher should be dealt with in an ethical manner. On the one hand, however, there is public sociology, which is closely related to people and research about them. On the other hand, this relationship will involve the sociologist in part of the ethical issues that are the product of the interactions of the researcher, participants, stakeholders and supporters of the research. This article tries to answer the question of what are the ethical issues in the field of research from the perspective of public sociology, which aims to return ethical values to social research. The method in this research is descriptive-analytical and the research data is based on the study of library resources. Examination of the available findings shows that the maximum view on the selection of participants, the researcher's freedom to express scientific opinions, considering the benefits of research, and attention to the uncontrollability and adverse consequences of research on direct participants are four important ethical issues that can be addressed in the field of research with the perspective of public sociology.
