Abstract: 

The present study tries to study the first-year teaching performance of New teachers graduated from Farhangian University. The research method was a descriptive survey. The statistical population included principals, vice-principals, teachers' representatives and the representatives of the parent-teacher conferences, heads of educational groups, and relevant experts in the education departments. Sampling was performed by a multi-stage sampling method. In total, 125 people were selected as a statistical sample. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect information. The reliability of this questionnaire was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0. 86. The validity of the questionnaire was also confirmed by education experts. The results showed that the performance of teachers are divided into four groups including design and preparation for teaching, effective learning environment, proper education for students, teacher professional responsibilities. These groups can be ranked in the following order: teacher professional responsibilities, effective learning environment, design and preparation for teaching and proper education for students. The results also showed that different groups believed that these teachers have performed properly.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study is a comparative study of the competency components of teacher entry candidates in Iran and the United States and the United Kingdom. This research is in the field of qualitative studies and content analysis method. George Brody's comparative method was used for comparative analysis. Research data were collected through book study and document review with the help of MAXQDApro12 software. The research population included texts and articles from Iran and countries that took measures to identify the qualifications of candidates for teacher training. Iran and the United Kingdom and the United States were selected as the target sample. A total of 40 basic themes, 4 main organizing themes and 16 sub-organizing themes were identified for the comprehensive theme of teacher competency. The components of the United Kingdom are 23, the United States is 22 and the Islamic Republic of Iran is 33. The research findings showed that there are relatively similar similarities between the eligibility components of teacher training candidates in Iran and the studied countries. Also, using Boolean algebra, 27 valuable components were proposed for the qualification of candidates for teacher training. As a result, the competence of the candidates to enter the teacher training, including four main categories of organizing themes under the title: 1-Characteristics of socialization 2-The level of readiness to enter the teacher training 3-Personality and psychological characteristics 4-Developmental characteristics were identified. Abstract: 

In the educational system, the teacher has an impact on the learning rate of different subjects, and in the meantime, students with learning disabilities need the support and attention of teachers. The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of teacher attention and feedback on the level of learning of mathematical topics of students with third grade mathematical disorder. The present research is applied in terms of purpose and to perform it, experimental research method with pre-test, post-test design with control group has been used. The statistical population includes all third grade students of Imam Hossein (AS) School in District 5 of Tehran in the academic year of 1397-98. The subjects included 30 students who had a learning disability in the math class who were purposefully selected, 15 in the control group and 15 in the experimental group. The research instrument was a researcher-made test that obtained its formal validity and content and then used it before and after the experimental variable was applied. The results of the research showed that the teacher's attention and feedback increase the learning rate of mathematics lessons for students with learning disabilities.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of school culture on the lesson study of elementary school teachers in Tabriz. The research method of this research is applied in terms of research purpose and in terms of data collection is descriptive-correlational. The statistical population of this study consisted of all public school teachers in elementary school in Tabriz who was selected by multistage cluster sampling method and based on Morgan table, 354 students were selected. The standard questionnaire of Salafi and Saeed School of Culture (2007) and researcher-made questionnaire were used for data collection. Multivariate correlation and regression tests were used to analyze the data. The findings showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between teachers 'professional competence, teachers' interaction with staff and management, teachers 'interaction with each other, parents' involvement in school activities, and the use of school physical facilities. The results of regression coefficient of predictor variables showed that all components of school culture (utilizing school physical facilities, teacher-staff interaction and management, teacher-teacher interaction, parental involvement in school activities, and teachers' professional competence) could be a research activity to explain it in a meaningful way.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study is to investigate the extent to which mathematics textbooks pay attention to fostering students' mathematical literacy by presenting real-world issues. Content analysis method has been used to conduct this research. The statistical population is the sixth grade math textbook. The tools used are check list and content analysis forms. To determine the validity of the instrument with the help of 8 experts, the Lavache method was used and the obtained values were acceptable. education specialists have been used and the reliability of the instrument has been determined 0. 94 through Holsti formula. The results show that among all the problems, only 21. 35% of them have real world context and among these, problems with social context (57. 01%) and content scope of quantity (77. 19%), the highest number and problems with scientific background (7. 89%) and content area of uncertainty (10. 53%) have the lowest number of problems. Also, the processes of formulation (36. 84%) and interpretation (15. 79%) are much less used in solving contextual problems compared to the process of application (91. 23%). Despite the importance of mathematical literacy and the emphasis of our country's curriculum planners on this issue, the results show that textbooks pay little attention to contextual problems. Also, the lack of uniform distribution of these problems and the lack of uniform attention to the fields, content and mathematical processes can be considered as one of the shortcomings of this book. The findings of this study can help textbook authors to improve textbooks and subsequently increase students' math literacy levels.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study is investigating the perceptions and misunderstandings of tenth and eleventh grade students in the field of experimental sciences about the concepts of material transfer from the cell membrane and the electrical potential of the membrane. 56 students of experimental sciences in schools of Kermanshah city were selected for this study in the academic year 1398-1399. To collect information, the tenth and eleventh grade exam papers were reviewed and a diagnostic test containing 10 retrospective questions was also used and according to the existing misunderstandings, a researcher-made questionnaire was designed and implemented. Finally were analyzed Students' answers to questionnaires, semi-structured interviews (5 people) and the results of drawing concept maps and shapes. A review of the results showed that Experimental science students have many misconceptions about the electrical potential of cell membranes, membrane channels and pumps, nerve conduction and synapses And they can't be compared in many cases, Make good use of what you have learned about basic concepts. Based on these findings, it is necessary to be considered Biology Curriculum Review, Production of educational packages for teachers and students and teacher in-service training.

Abstract: 

The quality of life and social status of teachers is a clear sign of the process of growth and excellence or the destruction and devastation of any society and shows the quality of rationality in investing and budgeting. The purpose of this study was to "sociological study of the factors affecting the social status of teachers" from the perspective of teachers themselves. This research is quantitative in nature, applied research in terms of purpose, cross-sectional research in terms of time, and descriptive-survey research in terms of research method, as well as correlational. The statistical population of this research is the teachers of Tehran with a volume of 46, 000 people, the sample size according to Cochran's formula is equal to 382 people and the sampling method in this research was cluster random. In this study, a researcher-made questionnaire was used to measure the variables and the Likert scale was used. The research hypotheses were performed using Pearson correlation test. The results of the study indicate that between education, functional system of education, level of economic and welfare facilities of teachers, development of teachers' professional skills, method of recruitment and selection of teacher training, membership rate There is a significant relationship between participation in teachers 'unions and political organizations and teachers' social status, and the mentioned variables have affected social status. Also, there is no significant difference between gender and social status of teachers.

Abstract: 

The present study is qualitative in terms of practical purpose and in terms of how to collect data. Since the present study sought to obtain a comprehensive knowledge of the components of the faculty recruitment model of Farhangian University, so we tried to use qualitative data to achieve this goal. Therefore, a qualitative approach was used in this study. In this regard, the research has been conducted with a qualitative approach, based on which, 20 interviews with faculty members and the method of targeted snowball sampling. The research assessment tool was a semi-structured interview form that was finalized by experts with the help of interview and Delphi technique through selective coding. In order to analyze the data and to answer the research questions, the content analysis technique was used. The data analysis method consisted of three stages of open, axial and selective coding. After the theoretical saturation of experts, the model consists of 5 dimensions, 17 components and 111 indicators. According to the findings of the present model can be a good model for attracting faculty members of Farhangian University.
