Today, cities face major structural challenges, such as improving the development of domestic markets and increasing the migration process, which has led to the imposition of negative effects such as environmental pollution, population density, and the unbalanced expansion of cities in the provision of services. In this regard, urban regeneration is important as one of the pillars of a sustainable or green city. In the process of urban regeneration, financing is one of the most important strategies for Upgrading and Renovating projects. Therefore, the aim of this study is to review the internal experiences of the financing methods of urban worn-out textures renovation projects, to obtain a set of experiences and components that affect their success. Therefore, in the present study, considering the breadth of the subject and the number of studies in this field, library, and review and documentary methods was used to study and analysis of urban worn out textures renewal Financing Methods, the components affecting their selection and also issues related to people participation in restoration of worn-out urban textures. The results showed that the financing structure used for the renovation project may not be effective in the city or even in the region due to its specific rules and conditions; while it can be used effectively in other areas. Therefore, the choice of the appropriate financing method depends on the conditions of each project and the characteristics of the host region. Moreover, most studies have been addressed only the factors affecting financing methods and ranking of financing methods. However, the strengths and weaknesses of the financing strategies for urban upgrading and renovating which are needs to be considered as a prerequisite for the ranking of financing methods in future studies have not been addressed.

In this regard, the present study was conducted with the aim of “ determining solutions for improving productivity through e-businesses in Tehran municipality” with nine hypotheses in the field of improving the performance and efficiency of electronic business. The statistical population of the study consisted of managers, principals, officials and senior experts of the Tehran Municipality. Which was 800, measured in a 360-member sample. The research method has been applied, descriptive and survey method. The data collection tool was a standard questionnaire with 72 questions. To test the hypotheses, the structural equation modeling method was used with Amos software. The results of this research have shown that all nine hypotheses are approved. Internal factors on improving the quality of electronic business have a positive impact on the amount of 0. 522, external factors on improving the quality of e-business has a positive impact on the amount of 0. 531, the quality dimensions of e-business on improving the quality of electronic business has a positive impact on 0. 490, technological factors on improving the quality of electronic business has a positive impact on the amount of 0. 369, the factors related to customers to improve the quality of electronic business has a positive impact of 0. 229, improve technological capabilities on improving the quality of business and Electronic work has a positive impact of 0. 214, improving the quality of electronic business on improving the performance and efficiency of electron business A positive impact of 0. 210, Improving the technological capabilities to improve the performance and efficiency of electronic business has a positive impact of 0. 497T and improving the intention to use e-services by the customer to improve the performance and business efficiency of the electronic business by 0. 452 has had a positive impact.

The importance of protecting the environment is not hidden, and the evolution of its issues is one of the major issues that have prompted domestic and international researchers to pursue its growth and development, while economic researchers have identified environmental status as one of the most critical issues. They have been described in the ambush of the Iranian economy. Groundwater and surface water resources depletion, severe soil erosion, deforestation, increasing biodiversity degradation, maladaptive industry and inadequate location, temporary and unstable policies that all lead to complex environmental conditions and acute biological problems. This study aimed at examining the effects of civil rights caused by environmental degradation by urban individuals on urban economy in Tehran’ s 13th district municipality, examines existing laws, regulations, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats and its impact on urban economy. According to the expert team, 7 strengths, 10 weaknesses, 10 opportunities and 12 threats were identified and analyzed and therefore the study area was in a competitive area, so 11 executive strategies and finally suggestions for resolving existing problems were presented. The results showed that the developed environmental laws were responsive to the need for the right.

Street hawking is a global socio-economic phenomenon, but it is more prevalent in underdeveloped and developing countries due to specific socioeconomic conditions. Based on the requirements of urban management, it is imperative to pay attention to this issue and to organize street hawkers as part of the mechanism and process of delivering goods and services to citizens. The present study conducted on the subject of organizing street hawkers in district 10 of Tehran, aims to regulate sellers in order to provide one of the components of citizenship rights and prevent urban anomalies (environmental, economic, social, etc. ). While identifying the origins of the issue and the factors contributing to the occurrence and spread of the phenomenon, the study seeks to provide strategies to settle and manage the problem. This is a descriptive-analytical study that based on field surveys (observation, questionnaires and interviews) and statistical analysis (spss) and spatial analysis (GIS). The obtained results of the study show that citizens consider the lower price and availability of goods and services as the main reason for buying from hawkers, as differences can also be observed depending on the type of goods and services demanded. In addition, coercive and negative actions to face this issue will not produce significant results, and only with proper management of the processes and mechanisms associated with it, can we expect positive results.

Considering the increasing energy consumption and the reduction of energy resources as one of the major concerns of metropolitan areas as well as the existence of overseas documents in this regard, including the adoption of general environmental policies by Leader and the eleventh government’ s plans to optimize energy consumption, including the government decree specifically on the optimization of energy consumption and environmental protection and the establishment of the energy and environment optimization campaign, Tehran municipality, through resolution No. 4474/1270/160 of the Council of the islamic republic of Tehran on “ Requirement of the Tehran municipality to implement the consumption model reform” , has done several projects in this field among them are “ optimization of water, electricity and gas consumption in Tehran municipal buildings” . Implementation of the program in recent years in municipal buildings has produced significant results. The present paper investigates the reduction of energy and resource consumption in two years (2018-2019) in municipality’ s buildings. Investigation of changes in energy consumption and resources in municipality’ s buildings in the year 2019 compared to the year 2018 showed that the implementation of the project of modifying the consumption pattern resulted in a 3% reduction in water per capita, 9% in electricity consumption and 5% in gas consumption.

The present study was conducted with the aim of “ study on the Impact of the Quality Dimensions of Electronic Services of Municipalities on Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty with regard to the Mediating Role of Customer Perceived Values and Customer Trust “ was conducted with four hypotheses to improve the loyalty of citizens and customers regarding the dimensions of the quality of e-services of Tehran municipality. The statistical population of the study consisted of managers, principals, officials and senior experts of the Tehran Municipality. In a 315 member sample. The research method has been applied, descriptive and survey method. The data collection tool was a standard questionnaire with 63 questions Which has been validated by structural validity and Cronbach’ s alpha coefficient. To test the hypotheses, the structural equation modeling method was used with Amos software. The results of this research have shown that all four hypotheses have been confirmed. So that the quality of electronic services of municipalities on the citizens ‘ satisfaction had a positive impact of 0. 641; the satisfaction of the municipal electronic services on the citizens’ loyalty had a positive impact of 0. 819. Also, the perceived value of electronic services of municipalities has an intermediary effect on the impact of service quality on citizens ‘ satisfaction by 0. 411; and the trust of customers in electronic services of municipalities has had an intermediary effect on the impact of service quality on citizens’ satisfaction of 0. 941. Therefore, the role of moderating citizens’ trust in electronic services of municipalities has been very high.
