Abstract: 

Nowadays, market globalization has been caused intense competition between many firms. Remaining a firm in this procedure and being successful against competitors' depends on quick respond to customer needs. Regarding to this, supply chain management proposed which implies to the management of material and information flows between facilities such as vendors, manufacturing and production factories and distribution centers.Supply chain management is divided to three levels including: strategic, tactical and operational. Considered models in operational level can be divided to three other groups itself: buyer-vendor coordination, production- distribution coordination and inventory- distribution coordination.In first group models, unlike to old inventory models, which optimality is considered respect to buyer opinion, problems modeling and analyzing are considered by both vendor and buyer view, and buyer-vendor profits simultaneously will be assumed.In this thesis, the model with one buyer and multi-vendors will be considered in which annually buyer's demand is constant. Two cases, finite and infinite production rate for vendors will be studied and in each cases, the amount of demand that should be provided by every vendor, will be computed. Buyer's lot size respect to every vendor, and suitable discounts for prices will be determined that consider simultaneous buyer-vendor profits.

esigning of the produced televisions in Iran have mainly been originated from foreign countries, but what is important is that we should take Iranian consumer's needs into consideration, since it plays a critical role in the conditions of current competitive market. Making copies from foreign products without attention to their conformity with the characteristics and needs of Iranian consumers oblige the consumers to be satisfied with low quality products. As quality means customer satisfaction and it is ultimately judged by him, in this research we have used QFD method (that deals with identification of the customers, their needs and how to meet them) to determine criteria for the product selection in accordance with Iranian needs.In T.V. industry, this research has been done by the Action Research to identify the implementation problems of QFD and its defects and finding ways for overcoming or adjustment of the existed difficulties. In this research by QFD method, customer's criteria will be translated to producer's ones and the obtained results from actions are taken indicating improvement of the practice under study.

Abstract: 

The ever-changing economic and technological conditions turn the decision-making on financing a project into a crucial one for banks and financial institutes. On the other hand, limited resources require these institutes to pay more attentions in lowering the risks of financing projects. There are many cases in these countries in which projects failed either by completing far later than their dues or by not meeting their minimum economic and managerial requirements. These situations require financial institutes to have a thorough and careful evaluation of projects before financing. In this research, a decision-making model for project evaluation was developed using AHP technique. Important factors were first determined by consulting with experts from two prominent financial institutes in Iran. 39 criteria were recognized which put into five groups. AHP technique was used to determine the weights of each criterion and then to evaluate projects. The model was tested in 10 cases and the results confirmed the validating of the developed model.

Today all privet and government organizations have mutually understood the importance of performance measurement systems in research institutes. Thus, an effective performance measurement system must be designed to measure the performance of a specific research organization, because performance evaluation systems are unique and case oriented. It is obvious designing a research performance evaluating model should be such that it measures each level of research work in the intended organization. The success is depending on the measurement of the important factors of the research organization related activities. This research work focuses on the research center effective performance measurement system. The important parameters of the model are determined by using the Delphi method, group decision making and expert peoples' ideas. Thus the important parameters for performance measurement at various levels are defined. Finally a model was developed to accomplish this important task.

A Control Chart can be designed based on heuristic, statistical, economic or economic statistical assumptions. When a control chart such as multivariate cumulative sum (MCUSUM) control chart is employed to monitor a production process, three parameters should be determined; subgroup size, sampling frequency and the control limits. This paper provides an algorithm for economic-statistical designing the PPCUSUM control charts parameters based on simulation approach. Finally, example and sensivity analysis are presented.

Abstract: 

This paper presents a fuzzy-neural approach for constraint satisfaction of a generalized job shop scheduling problem (GJSSP) with fuzzy process time. This paper is an extension of recently developed research carried out in the literature. However, we assume that the process time is uncertain. Due to NP-hard nature of the problem, there is a need of using a metaheuristic method.The first step of any metaheuristic method is to generate initial solutions. Thus, the proposed fuzzy neural approach can adaptively adjust its weights of connections based on the sequence, resource, and uncertain process time constraints of the GJSSP during its processing. Simulations have shown that the proposed fuzzy-neural approach is efficient with respect to the capability of accessing to feasible space and the solution speed.

Basic and applied research and development of research center are main factors in more nation's Economical growth wich leads to independently of a society.In this research work, factors which influence organization structure such as environment; technology, size of organization and view of top managers and also strategy in this regards has been studied. Relationship between these factors and organization structure is investigated. For organizing the research development activities in mineral industries, the IMIDRO company and related organization is being selected as pilot study. The DOE approach is applied to chromating process to improve the thickness of Zinc formed on the surface of low carbon steel. Cp, Cpk are the most important indices to evaluate of process capability witch has been applied in industries. In 1985 Mr. Hsiang and Taguchi created Cpm, and application of this index was developed, uncreasingly nowadays they are apply it as valid and trusty index for evaluating the capability of a process. To prove this matter, the biasedness of this index is calculated and is compared with biasedness of other indices. Also OC diagram of this index is compared with OC diagram of Cp. Finally for one-sided tolerance a creative formula for this index is proposed.

Abstract: 

In this paper we have developed a framework for hierarchical production planning in make to order systems. This framework consists of three levels. In the first level we consider minimizing the cost of overtime and tardy jobs and in the second level minimizing major setup costs are considered. In the modeling of third level the objective function is minimizing the cost of minor setups. For this level we have developed a heuristic algorithm to obtain the sequencing and lot sizes of items. Using real data from a cable manufacturing company during a four months period we have evaluated our models. The results show the efficiency of proposed framework.
