Abstract: 

Higher education law is considered as a branch of education law. This branch is posed two major concepts; Higher Education Right and, Higher Education Law. The first concept is encompassed the theoretical foundation of Higher Education Law and is also interpreted as the basics of educational law as well. In the second concept, which is posed Higher Education Law, the main issue is the regulation of higher education’s internal relations and also regulation of higher education relations and mutual rights with government, citizens and other organizations. In this study on theoretical and conceptual sections is at so attempted to explain their essential introduction and concepts. The second step of this study is on problem investigation of higher education law. In this step has been recognized the most fundamental existing problems and issues by an exploration study method based on a semi-structured interview with managers and experts in this field. At the end, has been prepared and posed set of recommendations for establishing and improving the higher education laws in Iran with the approach of boosting effectiveness and solidarity of that will be mentioned.

Abstract: 

In the present research surveyed the multiple relationship between intellectual capital and organizational innovation be reviewed. In this research, intellectual capital and organizational innovation questionnaires was distributed academic among 492 members of State University in Isfahan province, that were randomly selected as a class, and after collecting more than 97% was extracted from questionnaire data. Validity of both questionnaires confirmed the Educational Administration professors and reliability of questionnaires intellectual capital and organizational innovation by using Cronbach alpha coefficient. 95 and was determined. In this research, was used single-variable test to check Kalmvgrvf Smirnof normal scores, Pearson correlation coefficient for the relationship between variables, multiple regression, ANOVA, analysis of covariance and Benforoni to check assumptions were used. According to research scores of human capital, structural capital and relational capital was less than average in the public universities of province. Meanwhile, scores of administrative innovation and technical innovation was less thane average in the public universities of province was less than average. Multivariable regression results showed that the relationship between human capital, structural capital and relational capital, with the administrative innovation is significant. Also, it was significant the relationship between human capital, structural capital and relational capital with technical innovation was significant hand, there was a significant difference among members comments on the relation about the human capital, structural capital and relational capital with technical innovation and administrative innovation in terms of their demographic characteristics.

Abstract: 

This research has been done with aim to investigate agriculture students' satisfaction regarding educational quality in higher agricultural education. This research has been accomplished by survey method. The statistical society of this research has been consisted of all agricultural students of the Gorgan University of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources (N=1618).The sample size (n=180) has been determinated by Cochran' s formula and respondents has been selected by stratified sampling technique. Data has been gathered by a researcher-made questionnaire, including five components set of indicators of agricultural education quality. Gathered data has been analyzed by SPSS. This set of indicators of students' satisfaction could be considered an alternative measures of education quality in the agricultural higher education. Using SPSS, gathered data was analyzed. According to the research findings, the most of students' satisfaction level regarding to educational quality is low and average. In addition, there is a significant negative correlation between age with quality of "content, educational methods and curriculum" and significant positive correlation between hope of skill and occupational preparing with quality of "teaching and performance of educators", academic achievement with quality of "content, educational methods and curriculum", and scientific field trips with quality of "educational infrastructures, facilities and supporting affairs". Conceptual processing of students' satisfaction regarding to educational quality has been led to "Web of Total Development Management of Educational Quality".

Abstract: 

The aim of this research was to determine the relationship between pathological internet use and incidence of anxiety and insomnia symptoms. This research conducted with a survey and cross-sectional design. Statistical society in this research were 350 the Academic Members of Yazd University which in conducting research time were teaching in that university. Ninetysix Academic Members were selected by using proportional stratified sampling. Instruments of data gathering were: Compulsive Internet Use Scale (CIUS); and short form of Goldberg General Health Questionnaire (28 items) (GHQ-28). Data were analyzed by using zero-order Pearson correlation and hierarchical multiple regression. Generally Significant positive correlation were found between pathological use of internet, and the incidence of anxiety and insomnia symptoms (P<0.01); and moments of pathological internet use, such as preoccupation (P<0.01); conflict (P<0.01); and coping (P<0.01); and incidence of anxiety and insomnia symptoms. Multiple linear regression analysis with hierarchical method showed that socio-demographic variables (step 1) explained for %5.3; and components of pathological internet use (step 2) explained for 17.5 of the variance of incidence of anxiety and insomnia symptoms among the academic members of Yazd University. Pathological and compulsive use of internet is a powerful risk factor for incidence of anxiety and insomnia symptoms of users. According to this result, in order to decrease of negative effects of pathological use of internet on mental health of users, attention to behavioral interventions, especially motivation to change the internet use pattern is seems necessary.

Abstract: 

The main purpose of this research was to analysis of educational obstacles for expansion of nanotechnology in Iranian agricultural sector. Research Method was explanatory and analytic. One hundred and twenty eight out of a total of 190 researchers of nation centers of Agricultural Jahad Ministry familiarity were randomly selected and were interviewed for this research. Validity was estimated by experts, suggestion and reliability by using Cranach’s alpha formula. The results of a factor analysis showed that variation for seven factors. It was 18.896 percent, for managerial factor, it was 11.946 percent, for human resources factor, it was 9.724 percent for planning factor, it was 9.399 percent for experts factor, it was 9.177 percent for attitudinal factor, and it was 7.559 percent, for lack of information factor. These factors with different variations were the most important educational obstacles for nanotechnology development in agricultural sector.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this present research was to the study of scientific and practical capabilities of M.A. students and advising quality of their supervisors and advisors. In this regard, was gathered perspectives of M.A. students of physical education of universities of Urmia, Shahid Chamran Ahvaz, Tarbiat Moallem Tehran, Tehran, Shahid Beheshti, Ferdosi Mashhad and Gilan who had been passed 3 semester of their program was gathered. The instrument of data collection was a researcher-made questionnaire (a-coefficient was 0.87). Research results indicated that the graduate students evaluated their scientific and practical capabilities (2.45 out of 4) and advising quality of their supervisors and advisors (2.65 out of 4) in a mediocre level. In addition, research findings illustrated a significant difference between supervisors and advisors in quality of advising (P=0.001) that quality of advising of supervisors (with mean of 2.75) was better than advisors (with mean of 2.54). There was a significant positive correlation between student capabilities and advising quality of their professors (P£0.001). Also, there was significant positive correlations between students, scientific and practical capacities and 1) notice of target population from thesis results (P£0.001),2) attendance of authorities at these results and putting them in practical use (P=0.026), and 3) using real data by students and without cheating probability (P=0.001). In addition, there was significant positive correlation between the advising quality of teachers and 1) notice of target population from thesis results (P=0.043),2) fair variable of evaluation of postgraduate (M.A) theses (P£0.001).

Abstract: 

The main purpose of this research was to evaluate the quality of educational services of the training center of Payam Noor University of Hamedan. By using the SETVQUAL model, the research data on the quality of educational services in two aspects of perception and expectation were collected from 300 randomly-selected students of Payam Noor University of Hamedan. Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire that had been developed by the researcher using five factors extracted from factor analysis. Analysis of obtained data shows that students, perceptions of the quality of education services are at low level and with high levels of expectations, and also perception and expectation gap mean of students of the quality of model is negative and significant in the educational services in all aspects of SERVQUAL t-test with a level of 0.05. The highest gap has been found in the empathy aspect (-2.806) and then, there were aspects of confidence (-2.437), guarantee (-2.32), tangibles (-2.217). The lowest gap was found in accountability aspect (-2.072). In fact, results reveals that students are not satisfied with the quality of educational services of above – mentioned university and these services do not grant the expectations of the students.
