This study has been done to investigate the correlation between differentiation of self and marital satisfaction of Tarbiat Moallem University employees.The population consists of Tarbiat Moallem University employees with at least 5 years of marriage and one child. Total population of employees was 130 persons. We have used simple random sampling. Samples were 40 couples. Enrich Marital Satisfaction Inventory consists of 47 item, and Differentiation of Self inventory of 46 items were conducted. Descriptive statistics such as frequency mean variance and inference statistics were used to investigate correlation (multiple regressions). The result revealed significance correlation (p< 0.01) between differentiation of self, its subscales: (Emotional reactivity, I-position, emotional cut off and fusion with other), with marital satisfaction.

The present research aims to study the correlation between emotional intelligence and it subtests with marital satisfaction in married staff. Statistical population is composed of Fajr hospital's married couples in 1385. The Sample consisted of 177 participants. Research instrument consisted of Cyberia Shrink emotional intelligence questionnaire and Hudson Marital Satisfaction questionnaire. The results of Peirson correlation indicated that there is significant correlation between emotional intelligence and Marital satisfaction. Also, there is significant correlation between self-awareness, empathy, self-monitoring and Social skills with Marital satisfaction. There is not any significant correlation between self-motivation and marital satisfaction.

The purpose of this research was to study Professional Counseling with use of Job support groups Method on increase Job Searching Skills reducing of senior student’s job choice insolvencies and anxieties of senior student. The population was in this study all 1385-1386 senior students at the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, University of Allame Tabatabaee. The researcher invited of 78 senior students who participated in a secliational interview and after that 40 of selected and divided to two group-one control them (10 Male and 10 Female) and one experimental group them (10 Male and 10 Female) randomly. Pre-tese became executed for all and then experimental group has received Job counseling with use of Job support groups Method for 12 sessions. Post-test became executed for two groups too. In order to collect information, three questioners were used: 10 Job Searching Skills Questionnaire; 20 Job choices Insolvencies Questionnaire; and, 30 Job choice Anxieties Questionnaire. T-test used to test the hypotheses and an alpha level of 0.01 was used to determine statistical significance. The results of this study showed, Professional Counseling with use of Job support groups Method is effective on increase Job Searching Skills reducing of senior students job choice insolvencies and anxieties.

The present study sought to compare the effectiveness of cognitive behavioral methods including the "Fordyce's happiness method" and "lewinsohon's social skills instruction" with the two mood induction methods, ti.e "Positive mantal imagery" and recalling positive statements" on increasing the happiness of the first grade students in Isfahan high school. A total of 125 students were randomly selected and later were divided into five groups (N= 25). They were randomly assigned to four experimental and one control groups. The intervention methods were "Fordyce's happiness method", "social skills instruction", "positive mental imagery" and "recalling positive sentences". The Oxford's happiness questionnaire was chosen as research instrument. Results: The analysis of varians with repetitive measures showed a significant correlation between the control and experimental groups in increasing happiness. The follow up tukey test also indicated that the 135 cognitive-behavioral methods, specially "the social instruction" were more effective and efficient than mood induction procedures.

This paper emphasizes the potentiality of metaphors and their application in counseling and psychotherapy. The methodology used in this research is qualitative analysis, mostly based on studies done in recent years. In this article some of the possible therapeutic methods including the study of client's key metaphors as markers of change are introduced. Overall results indicate that metaphors may play a decisive role in facilitating change processes in counseling &psychotherapy. The results indicate that therapeutic metaphors can be used as a creative way, so that through their application, clint gets the power of making mental images to achieve insight.

The aim of this study is to determine the effectiveness of stress inoculation training (SIT) in decreasing student's anxiety. Subjects were selected using random sampling. A total number of 30 subjects were selected and assigned into two groups. Date was collected using Zung Anxiety scale (S.A.S) and was analyzed using t test. Result showed that stress inoculation training decrease student's anxiety (p<0.01). No significant difference was observed in effectiveness of stress inoculation training in decreasing anxiety of the two sexes. This method can be used by counselors and mental health professionals for helping clients.

Research on connection of self-respect and birth order of female university students of Mash had Ferdowsi University. Sample of The research was 375 students studying in 84-85 academic year who were randomly selected. We used descriptive and inferential statistics. Cooper smith test was used to measuring self-respect. The results indicatives of the subjects that there is a significant correlation between birth order and self-respect. The average scare of self-respect of middle children is higher than the average score of the first and last children in a family. The difference of the score of first and middle children was not significant. While self-respect scores of the last children was lower 4 than the groups of children. It means that the first and middle children of a family enjoy mores elf-respect that the last children.
