Collaboration between firms has developed at a tremendous rate over the last twenty years. There are different motivations for defining collaboration between firms such as accessing financial resources, learning new technologies and know-how, accessing competitive advantage and reducing the risk. It is necessary for the firm to select the appropriate form of collaboration in order to achieve its goal. Choosing the appropriate form of collaboration is a strategic decision for management and has great effect on success and failure of the firm. In this paper the Iranian IT firms collaboration are surveyed based on questionnaires. This research leads to find the framework to select the appropriate form of collaboration between firms in Iranian IT firms.

According to dynamic nature of system and machines has been tried to develop a framework model. For this reason a system dynamic model has been introduced that the most important variables, such as: systems age, mission critically, availability, technology upgrade, in select and appraisal of maintenance policy take in consider. In this article we attempt to design a model framework for appraising maintenance polices and also simulating the parameters and variables, which affect on system life cycle cost. In this paper from system dynamics knowledge for maintenance modeling has been used. Objective of this model like any other maintenance model is balancing between breakdown cost and opportunity lost with preventive maintenance costs. We can use this model to better analysis of the cost structure and achieving sustainable competitive advantage. The emphasis of the research is to achieve a cost competitive advantage by focus on life cycle cost and cumulative breakdown of system.

Many developed and developing countries try to support their industries through special production systems base on their different cultural, social, political and economic concepts. This support requires due knowledge of the elements and relations in the system. Functional Requirements (FRs), Design Parameters (DPs), Process Variables (PVs) became more complex with human intervention. Almost, Current research to expand the current theory of Axiomatic Design to complex systems, like software design or the design of manufacturing systems, this approaches create a powerful and effective tool for analyze of complex systems. In this paper, we introduce axiomatic design and use of design principles or design Axioms and also, Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) for modeling.

Nowadays, there are many organizations searching for more effective way to compete in the fast growing markets. Internal services for these companies play an undeniable role in orienting the competition. The managers’ attentions have been drawn to the internal services that produce competitive advantages. One of these services is Information Technology which establishes a major quota of cost portfolio for the organizations. Due to those above mentioned facts, evaluating the performance of IT departments become a very considerable aspect for administrating the organizations. In this paper, at first we review three known models in service quality measurement, namely SERVQUAL, SERVPERF, and Nor med Quality. Among these models we choose SERVQUAL for measuring service quality of IT departments. In next step, we measure IT service quality of one of the Iranian public transportation companies using SERVQUAL. Based on a gap analysis, we offer recommendations to improve the IT service quality for the company. In this paper IT affects on SERVQUAL dimensions and new dimensions are presented using factorial analysis.

One of the new ideas which has been considered as a major change and has been used in engineering optimized processes or systematic view is lean thinking philosophy which in this articles deals with to describe concept, principles and how this philosophy is applied to designing optimum organizational process. Lean thinking is the most applied of conceptual instrument in designing organizational information process.

Undoubtedly banks in our economy like other countries considered as one of the most important go between financial institutions that assist governments in its accomplishment of the strategies and policies. In the economy classification, these financial institutions considered as service sector which have direct relation with manpower and customers, in other word, customer and manpower whether in the form of receiving or giving services are the crucial factors for the survival of an institution, thus improving the system of providing services from the banks can help the banks to gain many advantages in today's competitive environment , through the reducing the expenses and attracting the satisfaction of customers. The plan “staff – cashier” is one of the project that is planned to honor and attract the satisfaction of customers, so removing Its short falls, We can pave the way towards customer orientation and bring about a successful banking system, with the help of techniques and queuing system. In this research the writer with the help of tries to assess the functions of “staff – cashier” system considering different parameters and measures such as time, density of customer and productivity and compares it to the previous system. to this end, a brief theoretical and methodological introductory has been provided and by virtue of theoretical basis some actions have been taken towards the process of data , by applying statistical techniques and models in the queuing theory and after matching information and data, we can analyses the “staff cashier” system.

The dynamics of business environment of production units and the numerous factors affecting them makes planning, as the principal function of management, more important. Therefore production planning is considered one success tool. In this article we are trying to present a proper production planning model in the wire and cable industry using operations research methods in order to show the rational relationships between operations for better planning and productivity increase. In this article after studying production planning and the wire and cable industry, goal programming model will be designed for production planning.
