Abstract

 IN FRENCH: Un ensemble de discours dé, clinistes, publié, s depuis le dé, but du XXIe siè, cle, notamment ré, digé, s par les spé, cialistes et professeurs de Litté, rature, proclament la dé, valorisation, la crise, l'oubli et voire la mort de la Litté, rature et des é, tudes Litté, raires. Pour é, tudier la nature et les cibles de ce dé, clin en Litté, rature contemporaine, cet article se propose, d’, une part, de pré, senter ces textes apocalyptiques suivant une approche descriptive, et d’, autre part, de les distinguer les uns des autres selon une approche comparative et surtout contrastive, tout en se basant sur les trois caté, gories de menaces dé, jà,é, voqué, es en 2011 par Dominique Viart. Une conception trè, s restreinte et esThé, tique, remontant au XIXe siè, cle et notamment diffusé, e et dé, fendue par le systè, me é, ducatif et la Thé, orie Litté, raire, se trouve à,l’, origine de toutes ces inquié, tudes devant la perte de l’, autonomisation de la Litté, rature dans une socié, té,marqué, e par le capitalisme cognitif. Il est peut-ê, tre temps de recourir é, galement à,une conception é, largie et pragmatique de la Litté, rature, en interaction avec les autres moyens modernes d’, expression et en contact avec le monde ré, el, et de mettre fin à,toute hé, gé, monie des approches monologales au profit d’, une lecture actualisante avancé, e par le philosophe suisse Yves Citton. IN ENGLISH: There have been plenty of discourses about discredit, crisis, and even the death of contemporary French literature and literary studies by professors and experts of literature from the beginning of the twenty-first century. The present study tries to investigate the nature of declinism and its possible objectives in contemporary literature using a descriptive approach and explain these discourses for the reader following a comparative and contrast approach. The texts are distinguished based on three categories of literature threats by Dominique Viart (2011). There is no doubt that the origin of any concerns for the loss of literature independence during cognitive capitalism is a limited and aesthetic cognition that has been rooted in the nineteenth century and the educational system and literary theories have been always supported. Perhaps, now it is time to reach a general and extrovert definition of literature. The definition allows us to study literature about other modern methods and the real world. It is maybe time to listen to Yves Citton’, s suggestion and have a new reading in the literature and end the excellence of traditional monologue readings.
