Abstract

In our competitive society of today and in order to keep sustainable development through the information centers and companies' websites and more audience satisfaction as well, we have to assess the quality of the websites' information services from the perspective of the users.In order to understand users' expectations and perceptions about WEB SITES' information quality services, one of the suitable methods is based on the users' feedbacks named WEBQUAL. It is an instrument for assessing the quality of websites' information services from the users' point of view, include for dimensions-Usefulness, Ease of use, Entertainment, Complimentary Relationship- 12 constructions and 35 items in which every construct was evaluated at the 7 level score from strongly disagree to the strongly agree.A CONCEPTUAL MODEL for the improvement of the QUALITY OF INFORMATION SERVICES in websites is developed.
