Abstract

 Introduction: The aim of this study was to investigate the structural relationship between Quality Of Life based on Resilience, Psychological Toughness and Social Support with the mediating role of courage in working women. Methods: This is a descriptive-applied research. The sample includes 500 working women in Tehran. For data collection, Hardness Questionnaire (AHI), Connor-Davidson Resilience Questionnaire (CD-RIS), Assertiveness Questionnaire (AQ), Social Support Questionnaire (SSQ), Quality Of Life Questionnaire (QLQ) and Characteristics Questionnaire Demographic Pearson correlation and path analysis model were used to analyze the data using AMOS specialized software. Results: The fi, ndings of the present study indicated that Psychological Toughness and Social Support as well as Resilience component. Indirectly (due to courage), it has a positive and signifi, cant effect on the Quality Of Life of working women (p <0. 01). It was also found that there is a signifi, cant relationship between courage and Quality Of Life in working women (p <0. 01). Conclusion: The fi, ndings of this study indicate the design and implementation of programs aimed at increasing Resilience, Psychological Toughness, Social Support and courage in working women, which can improve the Quality Of Life working women.
