Abstract

One of the important issues in the field of family that has been raised in the country in recent years is determining a structure to support the family and help to strengthen the family foundation in the country, but a suitable and convincing answer has not yet been provided. This research seeks to reform the Family Governance System/fa?page=1&sort=1&ftyp=all&fgrp=all&fyrs=all" target="_blank">family governance system by determining or creating a structure that acts as the guardian of the process. The current research is practical and has been done using a mixed method (qualitative and quantitative). In the qualitative part, in addition to the pathology of the Family Governance System/fa?page=1&sort=1&ftyp=all&fgrp=all&fyrs=all" target="_blank">family governance system with the Mana System Model (VSM) method, in-depth semi-structured interviews were conducted with 25 experts who were selected through purposive sampling in order to identify the proposed structures of the institution in charge of the family system. Using the content analysis method, the suggested structures were identified. In the quantitative part, the identified proposed structures were presented to the experts in the form of a questionnaire with the aim of prioritizing them, and then prioritization was done using the TOPSIS method. The results show that among the 9 proposed structures, the first priority is the family management organization under the Expediency Council or the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution, which is more powerful and has a more stable approach, and the next priority is the National Family Organization (Vice President ) in which the executive guarantee is more visible and more realizable.
