Abstract

Urban Livability deals with all aspects and dimensions of urban settlements that seek to create a healthier and more livable urban environment for current and future generations. Urban Livability is used to evaluate the performance of cities in terms of the living standards it has provided for residents, which includes the best living standards to the worst living standards. Therefore, Livability is defined as the product of interaction between social, economic, health and environmental conditions that affect human and social well-being. The fact that researchers and thinkers present a different factor is because the needs and issues depend on place and time, and since the solution to these challenges also depends on the same place and context in which it is located, definitions, Factors and solutions are also different from each other. Hence, it is necessary to pay close attention to the local climatic, environmental, cultural, social, and economic conditions and the needs and wishes of the local residents. The noteworthy point is that these indicators are different according to the political, social and cultural governance conditions in different countries and cities, and attention to the issue and concept of Livability in each city should be taken into account according to its context and context. take shape The purpose of the upcoming research is to express the concept of Livability in Metropolises from the point of view of different Experts according to the different background and context and to examine the indicators proposed by them. Urban environment and its various dimensions such as physical, social, economic, natural environment, etc., housing, urban management, services and urban infrastructure, transportation, education, security, participation, social justice, sense of belonging to place, times Leisure and recreation etc. are listed as the main and important indicators from the point of view of different Experts.
