Abstract

Employees generally spend more than half of their age in working environment and this may affect EMPLOYEES' MENTAL HEALTH. This may in turn influence EMPLOYEES' performance and productivity in organization. The present research aims to study the role of internal and external ORGANIZATIONAL FACTORS on managers and EMPLOYEES' MENTAL HEALTH in Shahid Foundation and Isargaran affairs. The sample comprised 184 EMPLOYEES and managers who randomly selected from different part of Shahid Foundation and Isargaran affairs. The collected data were analyzed and the results showed that there is a relationship between MENTAL HEALTH and age, so that older people had better MENTAL HEALTH in comparison to younger ones. Also, people with more period services and high income had better MENTAL HEALTH.Other variables such as gender, academic level and the place of work had no relation with MENTAL HEALTH.
