Abstract

Due to the rapid changes of adolescence, we call it a crisis. It is clearly possible to face these changes in the context of choice theory. Based on the theory of choice, everything that happens to each of us at any moment is a behavior, and every behavior has a purpose, and every purpose satisfies a desire, and every desire satisfies at least one of our five basic needs. slow William Glaser believes that every human being is born with five basic needs, the intensity and weakness of which are different in people. 1-The need for survival 2-The need for love and belonging 3-The need for freedom 4-The need for power 5-The need for fun. By satisfying a need, we feel good and by not satisfying our need, we experience bad feeling. The choice theory, which was proposed by Glaser in 1945, tells us to stop external control, because as long as we use external control, stable results will not be obtained. In contrast to external control, Glaser proposes internal control, using 7 bonding behaviors 1-support 2-encouragement 3-listening 4-accepting him as he is 5-trust 6-respect 7-negotiation can It will lead to the creation of a close relationship between the teacher and the student, which will ultimately reduce the failure of the teacher and the student.
